ALIGMENT CALIBRATION
Obs.: Este roteiro tem caráter orientativo, podendo alguns itens sofrer adaptações pela Eng
de Fábrica para melhor adequar ao processo produtivo.
FAIXA FM
Sintonize em 87,5 MHz, ajuste a bobina OSC-FM (L.102) para obter ~ 2,0 V na tensão de sintonia (terminal 28 do IC101 com resistor de 10K em série com o voltímetro). Sintonize em 108,1 MHz, e verifique se a tensão de sintonia seja ~ 7,1 V. Os valores de tensão podem ser ligeiramente mudados para facilitar a produção.
FI-FM
Conecte um gerador de varredura de FM na entrada de FM. Sintonize o rádio em 98,1 MHz. Verifique o formato da curva “S”, no pino 23 do IC.101.
TRACKING FM
Conecte um gerador de varredura de FM na entrada de FM. A saída do gerador deve ter um sinal de RF muito baixo e não pode saturar a saída do IC (pino 23 do IC.101 ). Sintonize em 90,1 MHz e ajuste a bobina RF-FM (L.101) para obter máximo sinal na saída. Sintonize em 106,1 MHz e ajuste VC.102 para obter máximo sinal na saída.

FAIXA AM
Sintonize em 520 kHz, ajuste a bobina OSC-AM (T.101) para obter ~ 1,0 V na tensão de sintonia. Sintonize em 1650 kHz, e verifique se a tensão de sintonia seja ~ 6,5 V. Os valores de tensão podem ser ligeiramente mudados para facilitar a produção.
FI-AM
Ajuste um gerador de AM para 1000 kHz com 30% de modulação em 400 Hz. Sintonize o rádio em 1000 kHz. Deve ser usado um sinal de RF muito baixo. Caso tenha ruídos indesejáveis, esta freqüência pode ser deslocada para + ou para -, junto com a freqüência do gerador. Ajuste a bobina de FI-AM (T.104) para obter o máximo sinal detectado.
TRACKING-AM
Irradie uma varredura de AM para a antena de ferrite . Sintonize em 600 kHz e ajuste a bobina ANT-AM (T.102) para obter máximo sinal na saída. Sintonize em 1400 kHz e ajuste VC.101 para obter máximo sinal na saída. Refaça o ajuste três vezes para obter o melhor ponto de ajuste .

O gerador do sinal de FM deve ser conectado na entrada de FM através do DUMMY DA-V. O gerador do sinal de AM deve ser irradiado por uma antena LOOP e captado pela própria antena de ferrite do aparelho. Tanto na calibração de FM como de AM a ferramenta utilizada para calibrar as bobinas deve ser de material não magnético.

Conecte um VTVM no TP5 e TP6. A saída do VTVM deve ser ligada a um freqüêncímetro. Coloque uma fita com a trava de gravação intacta. Selecione a função AUX sem sinal na entrada. Ajuste T903 para obter 59.068 Hz +/- 20Hz no freqüêncímetro. Verifique se no VTVM está um sinal de 0,035V.
