installation instructions

condent in your mechanical skills, please seek the help of a professional to perform the installation. Check your packages immediately
upon arrival to ensure that everything listed is included, and to check for damage during shipping. If anything is missing or damaged, or

Hardware:
• (2) –⁄” X 4” grade 8 bolts
•(4) –⁄” X 1” Grade 8 bolts
•(6) –⁄” serrated ange nuts
•(6) –⁄” SAE Washers
•(2) –½” X 1 ½” Grade 8 bolts
•(2) –½” serrated ange nuts
•(2) –½” SAE washers
•(2) –½” Strut washers zinc
•(6) –Black strut washers
•(2) –Side support brackets
License Plate Hardware:
•(2) –¼” X ½” S.S. button head bolts
•(2) –¼” serrated ange nuts
Fog Lights:
•(4) –¼” X ½” S.S. button head bolts
•(4) –¼” serrated ange nuts
•(2) –⁄” X ¾” hex head bolts
•(2) –⁄” SAE washers
•(2) –⁄” serrated ange nuts
•(2) –fog light brackets
(le and right specic)
Power Steering Cooler Relocation
Brackets:
•(2) –¼” X ¾” hex head bolts
•(2) –¼” SAE washers
•(2) –¼” serrated ange nuts
•(2) –Power Steering Coolerbrackets
Winch Plate:
•(6) –⅜” X ¾” S.S. button head bolts

IMPORTANT INFO:
If your CBI product comes as unpainted, bare steel or aluminum. You will want to either powder coat or paint prior to nal
installation, however it is very important to PRE-INSTALL the
unpainted product rst, following these instructions, BEFORE
painting or powder coating any of the components! is will
ensure that all parts are correct and any incidental trimming or
drilling will have been done prior to coating. Also, it will give
you a practice run to familiarize yourself with the process, to
lessen the likelihood of damaging the nish during nal installation. CBI O Road is NOT RESPONSIBLE for paint or powder
coating costs, damage to paint or powder coating, or costs associated with inadvertently painting or powder coating components
that are defective or were shipped or assembled in error. It is the
customer’s responsibility to pre-install and verify that all parts
are correct prior to paint or powder coat.
Removing and cutting factory plastic bumper
• Remove Grill
• Unplug light harness pop out harness keeper –Photo A
• Undo bolts and keepers on inner fender wells –Photo C

• Remove all 10mm bolts under the bumper –Photos D & E

• Pop out keepers on the top of bumper where the grill was

• Pull the inner fender wells out of the way so you can get your
hand inside the fender to release the clips on the ares
• Remove tow hook and ears on the cross-member
