This manual describes the stand model as follows:

SAFETY OF INSTRUCTION
1、The workplace must be keep clean and shining, mussily and disorderly or dark work
-place is easy to cause accident.
2、Can't be work in the in the flammable liquid, gas or dust workplace.
3、Pls don't allow the chirlder or bystander close to the workplace when operating the
machine, if the distraction for third party interference may lead to operate out of control.
4、Be sure to concentrate when you are working, not only to keep our head on out rat-nal
operation. pls don't operate the machine when you are tired, drank or take drugs,
medicines.
5、Wear your personal protective equipment and wear protective goggles. wear approp-
riate protective equipment according to the machine you use,such as dust mask, slide
overalls, safety helmet or earmuffs, all these ca n reduce the risk of injury.
6、Wear suitable clothes.pls don't wear the looser clothes when working, also don't wear
jewelry.Can't let a hair, clothes and gloves close to the machine rotating part, loose
clothing, long hair or jewelry are easy to be involved into the rotating parts.
7、Don't let the machine carrying heavy load.According to the nature of work to choose
the appropriate electric tools, choose the right electric tool can be more efficient and
safe to operate the machine within the prescribed scope of power.
8、Please pull out the plug from the socket when adjusting the machine, replacement parts,
or don't use machine, to avoid accidentally start the electric tools.
9、Pls keep stand in children cannot be obtained when didn't use it.Don't let the pers-on
who is not familiar with the operation machine and any person who didn't read this
manual use this stand, inexperienced people is easy to operate the accidents.

SAFETY PRECAUTION
1、Please power off before any adjustment of the machine. unexpected start is the result
of accident.
2、Please assure the correct assembly of the drilling frame before install the machi-ne.
This is important for avoiding the collapse.
3、Please fix the machine to the firm drilling frame before starting the machine. The
movement of the machine on the stand will lead the lack of control.
4、Please put the drilling stand on stable and flight floor. It will be hard to control the
machine safely when the stand moveable or rockable .
5、Please do not overload the stand or using ladder scaffold. The overload of the stand
top will lead to the falling.
6、Please clear up the site and assure enough stable space. And pls pay attention to the
unexpected movement of any obstacle.
7、When doing deep drilling (from one side to the other), please check the other side
where the drill head will out of. pls fix and segregate this area to assure no harm to any
body or material.
8、Please be equipped with the following accessories when proceeding.
head-protection cap
ear-protection device.
goggle or dust-proof mask.
respirator / protection glove
Cloth keep you move freely.
boots with steel toe protection
First-aid box should be stand-by. pay attention to the cloth, long hair and jewelry
that could be twist into the moving part.
INSTALL THE STAND
There have two ways to install the stand
Using vacuum suction plate fixation
Using expansion bolts or anchor fixation
Warning: the vacuum suction plate can't used in the ceiling or wall
drilling.it may result in serious or fatal injury with negligence or improper use, if the use of vacuum suction plate, to ensure the bearing
surface is not porous, and its thick loose, make sure that the vacuum
pump have enough suction to the fixed vacuum suction plate.
Using vacuum suction plate fixation
First install the vacuum seal on the pedestal, then connecte vacuum pump to
vacuum pressure fast connection, take the base on the desired location, start
the vacuum pump, must achieve to the minimum pressure :635 mm hg (25
inches),so that the base can seal on the surface.
Using expansion bolts or anchor fixation
Drill a hole at the position of determining by expansion bolt or anchor, tighten the firm base, and then check carefully whether the expansion bolt fixed
correctly, can use spanner to adjust the base screw adjust the base according
to the basement.
Note: if you need to fixed on the wall, it is better to take out the
head for installation and fixed stand, installed on the rack after
the stand fixed, please make sure installed the head on the stand
and screw has been tightened.(if need help, with spiral crane
transferred to the appropriate length to fixed)

When you are using a large drill bit, need to install a connection block, to make a
distance between the bit and stand. the specifications of the connection block have 30mm,
60mm,100 mm for your reference, sometimes you can use multiple connections in order to
achieve the required distance. need four bolts to connect piece fixed on lifting, please
remeber tighten the bolt .then connect the motor assembly fixed on the block.
Warning: please tighen all the bolt before use the machine.
Consumers can enjoy free maintenance and warranty service within six months of buy
the machine from our company, if the machine and the parts have any manufacturing
process or components of product have trouble with the normal use. please take the
original invoice, stamp dealers and fill in the warranty certificate to the company or the
company designated repair station enjoy free services.

original design and modification of thismachine, please use the origi
-nal accessories, unauthorized modification or use of unauthorized
parts parts, may lead to injury or death.
