1. Unpacking
The unit will come in two pieces, one carton box and one wooden crate.
The carton box includes:
TV monitor
The wooden crate includes:
JB-99RG In the side pockets of JB-99RG:
Power cable 2 Keys 4 Screws Songbook, Program CD-ROM, and Instruction sticker 2 Microphone hangers with 4 screws
In the back bottom compartment:
2 M-5 microphones Remote Control Manager’s kit: User’s Manual, Remote control, AV cable Instruction sticker FX cable Swivel joint with 4 screws
Together they weigh 375lbs with dimensions 22” x 22” x 21” for the carton box and 45” x 35” x 35” for the wooden crate. You are advised to have a forklift in the receiving location to unload them from a truck.
1.1 To dismantle the wooden crate, use a screwdriver to take out the screws from each side of the crate. Then using a crowbar, gently pry open the top cover followed by four sidewalls. Next using the steel handles located on three sides, lift the JB-99RG unit out of the bottom holder and gently place it on the floor. Unlock the wheels on the bottom of the JB-99RG and roll the unit into its place.

1.2 When transporting the unit without its wooden crate, it is best to do so in its upright position. If a height restriction does not allow such positioning, then lay down the unit on its backside, preferably on top of a soft carpet for easy sliding and protection. Use cushions on both ends of the unit for a balance against the steel handle on the backside.
2. Installation
2.1 TV monitor
2.1.1 Remove the upper steel plate on top of the JB-99RG by unscrewing 4 bolts.
2.1.2 Attach the upper steel plate to the bottom of the TV monitor with 4 screws that came in a side pocket of JB-99RG. The upper steel plate is design to fit the bottom of the TV monitor in only one way with the 4 screw holes in line with the 4 screw holes of the TV bottom.
WARNING: Tightening the screws onto the bottom of the TV monitor should be done delicately as the screws may tear out the plastic grooves on the bottom of the TV monitor if too much force is used.
2.1.3 If you would like to have the TV monitor swivel on top of the JB-99RG case, you can make it so using the optional swivel joint found in the back bottom compartment. Using 4 screws, first attach the swivel joint to the upper steel plate now attached to the bottom of the TV monitor. Then place the TV monitor (with the swivel joint) on top of the lower steel plate located on the JB-99RG case. Lock the swivel joint to the lower steel plate with additional 4 screws.
2.1.4 To set the TV monitor without swivel movement, place the TV monitor on top of the JB-99RG with the upper steel plate sitting on top of the lower steel plate. Screw the 4 bolts into the steel plates locking the two pieces together.

2.1.5 Insert the power cord of the TV into the circular hole on the top of the JB99RG and down to the bottom chamber. You should have the door to the bottom chamber opened by now. Plug the power cord of the TV monitor into the multi-outlet inside the bottom chamber.
NOTE: The multi-outlet may have come loose from its holders on the bottom of the compartment while being transported. If so, place the multi-outlet into its position on the floor of the compartment and lock it in position by sliding it against its holders.
2.1.6 Connect the video RC cable on the top of the JB-99RG to the TV monitor Video In.
2.2 Mixer-Amplifier
2.2.1 Set all round knobs of the mixer-amplifier at the 12 o’clock (center) position except for the master volume (the largest round knob) that is to be set at 9 o’clock position.
2.2.2 Set all 4 white push buttons so that they are pressed out. Also set the power button on.
WARNING: To avoid any damage to the mixer-amplifier and the speakers, please consult with CAVS Tech Support before attaching any additional speakers to the mixer-amplifier.
