COOK AT MEDIUM OR LOW TEMPERATURES
At medium or low temperatures, foods will cook in their own juices, retaining their
flavour and all their nutritional properties. In this way, you will also reduce your
electricity or gas bill.
Select a hob that is smaller or equal in size to the bottom of the pan. This will avoid
wasting energy.
CAN I USE METAL UTENSILS?
Even though the enamel coating is highly resistant, we recommend avoiding metal or
sharp utensils, since they may damage or scratch cooking surface of the pan. Always
use wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils.
STOVE TO TABLE. PRACTICAL TIPS
Since our pans are both attractive and functional, they can be brought directly to the
table for serving. However, if you wish to use the pans to serve, you should protect
the table with a heat resistant tablemat.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN IT?
The high quality of the enamel coating makes this pan very simple to clean. Although
it can be washed in a dishwasher, in order to extend its useful life, we recommend
washing it by hand with hot water and a mild detergent.
Avoid using scourers or abrasive materials, so as not to damage its surface.
To remove remaining residues, soak the product in warm water and mild detergent
until they can be easily removed.
Do not leave the piece in the dish rack. Dry it thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel
and rub with oil the uncoated rim of the cooking vessel and the cover before storing it
to avoid rust for forming.
Don’t remove the dark brown layer of the cooking surface. It creates a natural dark
brown non-stick layer that improves cooking efficiency, prevents food from sticking
and reduces the oil required.
