Heavy-Duty Correctional Features

for 18” x 26” Sheet Pans

CONSTRUCTION...Completely welded

cabinet construction and top corners, with
outer cabinet formed to base and welded.
Welded in-place center mullion. All
seams turned in to eliminate raw edges.
Tamper-resistant fasteners. Completely
covered cabinet bottom with no open
crevices or holes. Insulated stainless
steel divider between each section.

CABINET MATERIAL...All stainless steel
construction with polished exterior.

BASE FRAME...12 gauge stainless steel
full depth bolsters with 1”x1” 14 gauge
stainless steel perimeter tube supports
welded to bolsters.

CASTERS...8” diameter, polyurethane
caster. Two rigid and two swivel with
brakes. Plated mounted and bolted to
base in offset wheel-ahead pattern.

BUMPER... Non-marking gray vinyl
bumper set in heavy-duty 3/16” thick
extruded aluminum frame with reinforced
corner cutouts; reinforced with welded
and bolted on stainless steel angle
brackets.

INSULATION...High density fiberglass,
full 1” thick continuous wrap-around type
fiberglass insulation.

DOORS... Double panel stainless steel;
with polished exterior. Filled with 1” thick
high density fiberglass insulation.

HINGES...Heavy gauge stainless steel
strap hinges with 3/8” diameter stainless
steel rod pins, fully welded to cabinet.

LATCHES...Flush mounted heavy-duty
slide latches for positive closing of door.
Two top-mounted transport latches with
padlock provision.

HANDLES... Two 1” diameter stainless
steel tubular handles, horizontally
mounted and welded to cabinet.

TRA Y RACK ASSEMBLIES... Tray rack
assemblies with tamper-resistant security
hold down device; removable with tools.
Slides welded in place; fixed spacing at
5”.

THERMOMETER...Two dial types with
remote sensing bulb. Set flush with
control panel. Protective Lexan covers.

HEATING SYSTEM...Bottom mounted
removable heating systems; one for each
side of the cabinet. Right side features
blower heat and left side features blower
heat with humidity pan. Power cords
connect to junction box, where power is
combined into single cord. Rear mounted
raceway with cord exit at top rear of
cabinet. Each heating system contains
inconel-sheathed heating element. High
impedence protected, internally cooled
fan motor. Manual reset high-limit switch
to protect all internal components. Heater
security hold-downs require tools to
remove heater.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS...

Operates on 208 volts, 60 cycle, single
phase, 3063 watts, 15 amps. Three wire
rubber cord with 3 prong grounding plug.
NEMA L6-20P plug.

PERFORMANCE...Capable of heating to
200OF (94OC). Preheat to 160OF (71OC)
in approximately 40 minutes.

welded-on transport latches
and hinges, and tamper­resistant fasteners. Insultated
center divider is welded in
place to separated heated and
humidified sections.

HEAVY-DUTY STAINLESS STEEL BASE FRAME...

12 gauge caster bosters with tubular perimeter
frame to withstand heavy loads and harsh transport
conditions. Completely covered cabinet bottom
eliminates open crevices and holes, discouraging
concealment of contraband.

POLYURETHANE TREAD CASTERS WITH SEALED
ROLLER BEARING... Long lasting, easy rolling for

maximum load and minimum maintenance. 8” casters
offset in wheel-ahead pattern for easy movement over
thresholds and uneven surfaces. Two rigid, and two
swivel with brakes.

DUAL ENVIRONMENT HEATING SYSTEM... Blower heating
system for fast heat up, recovery and even heat distribution
throughout cabinet. Left side of cabinet features blower heat and
right side features humidified blower heat. Each heater can be
unplugged from junction box and removed, with tools, for easy
cleaning and service. Power is combined in junction box into
single power cord supply, mounted inside raceway on rear of
cabinet. Exit from top of raceway to plug into overhead electrical
receptacles.
