CONSTRUCTION...Completely welded
cabinet construction with outer cabinet
welded to cabinet liner and bolted to
base.
CABINET MATERIAL...All stainless steel
construction; 20 gauge polished exterior
and 20 gauge interior.
BASE FRAME...12 gauge stainless steel
full depth bolsters with 1”x1” stainless
steel perimeter channel supports.
CASTERS...Heavy-duty casters with
rubber tread. Double ball bearing swivel.
Zerk grease fittings. Plate mounted and
bolted to base. Two casters fitted with
brakes. PH125 has 3” black rubber
casters; PH128 & PH129 have 4” grey
rubber casters.
INSULATION...High density fiberglass,
full 1” thick continuous wrap-around type
in top, bottom and sides.
DOORS...Recessed within cart walls, top
and base. Welded double panel stainless
steel 20 guage polished exterior and 20
gauge interior. Filled with 1” thick high
density fiberglass insultation. Flushmounted, gasketless design.
HINGES...12 gauge stainless steel butt
hinges with 3/8” diameter stainless steel
pins, fully welded to cabinet and doors.
LATCH...Flush mounted heavy duty slide
latch for positive door closure.
TRA Y RACK ASSEMBLIES...Removable
16 gauge stainless steel tray racks with
20 gauge stainless steel channel slides.
Channel slides welded to rack
assemblies and spaced on 2 3/4” centers.
THERMOMETER...Dial type with remote
sensing bulb. Set flush with control
panel.
HEATING SYSTEM... Top mounted
heater with inconel-sheathed heating
element. High impedence protected,
internally cooled fan motor. Full range
thermostat and on/off switch with power
indicating light.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS...
Operates on 120 volts, 50/60 cycle,
single phase, 1000 watts, 8.3 amps. Six
foot 3 wire rubber cord with 3 prong
grounding plug. NEMA 5-15P.
PERFORMANCE...Capable of heating to
200OF (94OC). Preheat to 160OF (71OC)
in approximately 20 minutes.
