CONSTRUCTION...Heavy gauge
aluminum, fully reinforced with
horizontal stabilizing bar to prevent
buckling. Top, bottom and corner
reifocements are welded to upright
channels which are, in turn, welded
to the base frame. Entire base frame
and bolster pads are welded to form
a solid one piece unit.
CABINET MATERIAL...Extruded
tube 1-1/4” x 1-1/2” with 16/15” leg x
.070 wall thickness on tube and .125
on leg. Upright leg is notched on 11/2” centers to accept universal
stepped tray slide.
ANGLE SLIDES... stepped type; 2”
x 6-3/16” x .100 thick. Bottom guides
welded in place for support.
Removable and adjustable on 1-1/2”
centers. Standard spacing at 4-1/2”
centers. Accommodate a wide
variety of trays and pans, from 20” in
width to 26” in length, including:
10”x20” roast and bake pans
20”x22” roast and bake pans
18”x26” roasting pans
18”x26” bun pans
12”x20” steam table pans
1/1 gastronorm pans
2/1 gastronorm pans
15”x20” service trays

CONSTRUCTION...All welded, heavy-duty, high tensile,
type 6463-T5 alloy extruded aluminum. Fully reinforced
with horizontal stabilizing bars to prevent buckling.
CABINET MATERIAL... Vertical and horizontal frame
members are 1” x 1” x .070 extruded aluminum tubing.
Corner gussets of 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 5/8” thick angle are
welded to the inside angles (bottom side) where
horizontal cross bracing meets vertical uprights.
CHANNEL SLIDES... Slides are 3/4” x 1-9/16” channel
slides welded to frame. Accept 18”x26” lip loaded bun
pans on 1-1/2” centers.
CASTERS... Four 5” diameter platform casters. All swivel
with sealed ball bearing. Non-marking polyurethane.
