CONSTRUCTION...Heavy-duty, high
tensile, all-welded extruded aluminum.
Upper frame constructed of vertical
uprights 1” x 2.5” x 1/8” thick extruded
aluminum channels with top cross and
side bracing of 1.25” x 1.25” x .070 wall
extruded aluminum tubing, all fully
welded together. Solid cap of .063 thick
aluminum welded to uprights and cross
bracing. Fully reinforced with welded-on
horizontal 3/4” x 1” x .070 extruded
aluminum stabilizing bars, one at each
end.
CABINET MATERIAL...Heavy-duty, high
tensile, extruded aluminum. Type 6463T5 alloy.
BOTTOM FRAME... Constructed of 1/8”
thick aluminum shett with 4 sides bent
down 1.375”, with all corners welded
smoothly. Tubular framework welded
inside the 1/8” aluminum sheet for added
rigidity.
ANGLE SLIDES... Compound guides are
interlocking wall type, extruded aluminum
panels. Each panel has a series of slides
space on 1.5” centers, with 1/2” ledges
and .090 wall thickness. Guides welded
to vertical uprights.
CASTERS...Four 5” diameter platform
type, all swivel with sealed ball bearing
axle and non-marking tread. Caster
plates welded to bottomof frame.
