QUICK SERVETMHEATED/REFRIGERATED
MOBILE MODULAR SERVER
with drawer warmers
CONSTRUCTION...Completely welded
double wall stainless steel construction.
Full front, rear and end panels. Polished
stainless steel top. Staggered interior
edges on refrigerated side to
accommodate lift-off lids. Stainless steel
bolts on either side of refrigerated well to
accommodate lid locking device.
CABINET MATERIAL...All stainless steel
construction with #3 finish; 18 gauge
exterior and interior panels. 16 gauge
top. Interior pan is 18 gauge stainless
steel #2 finish.
STYLING... Standard styling is all
polished stainless steel.
INTERLOCKS... Quick action finger
operated spring loaded interlock system
on each of the bottom corners aligns and
locks multiple units in place to form
serving line.
CASTERS... 3” diameter plate mounted
heavy-duty swivel casters with
polyurethane tread. Plate mounted and
bolted to frame. All casters fitted with
brakes.
INSULATION...Well insulated on all sides
and bottom with 2” high density fiberglass
with foil back vapor barrier. Additional
insulation provided to seal and isolate
heated well from top surface.
DRAWER WARMERS... One Wells RW26 built-in two-drawer warmer on
operator right side. Accept 12”x20” pans
up to 6” deep. Individual thermostatic
controls with power indicating lights;
adjustable front vents. Stainless steel
tracks and bearings for smooth drawer
operation.
TOP SLIDING LIDS... Covers for
refrigerated compartment.

thermostatically controlled silicone

REFRIGERATED WELL... Located on
operator right. All stainless steel 18
gauge refrigerated well with coved
corners. On/off rocker switch and dial
thermometer located on operator side.
