Non-Insulated Aluminum with Universal Slides

CONSTRUCTION...Straight line modular

styling with all seams hemmed-in for
added strength & durability. Heavy
gauge aluminum construction is heli-arc
welded to form solid unit.

CABINET MATERIAL...Entire cabinet
constructed on .080” thick aluminum,
completely heli-arc welded and reinforced
in the center of the cabinet with 1/4” x 1”
tie rods. 2” x 1” x 1/8” thick specially
extruded aluminum vertical uprights and
1-3/8” x 1” x 1/8” thick horizontal top
supports are heli-arc welded for rigidity
and support.

BASE FRAME...Constructed of .125”
thick aluminum with heavy duty full width
bolster pads. Entire base frame,
including bolster pads, are heli-arc
welded.

CASTERS...5” diameter plate mounted
casters. All swivel.

DOOR...Face mounted, full length door
constructed of .080” thick aluminum
reinforced with 1” thick square tube
vertical reinforcement channel. All sides
are hemmed and completely heli-arc
welded.

HINGES...Heavy duty stainless stell butt­type hinges with 3/8” diameter fix pin.
270 degree door swing.

TRAY SLIDES...Heavy duty universal
type trays slides constructed of .125”
thick aluminum. Fully adjustable at 1-1/2”
centers with top, middle and bottom
slides welded to uprights for additional
support. Holds two 12”x20” pans or one
18”x26” tray per slide. Will also
accommodate Gastronorm 2/1 pans (one
per slide), 1/1 pans (2 per slide), and
20”x20” glass racks.

LATCH...Side mounted 12 gauge
stainless steel door latch with 3/8”
diameter pin for positive door closure.
