These cabinets are ideal for just about any type of holding.
Hold covered moisture-sensitive food, uncovered crisper
foods… even boxed pizza.

Individually heated shelves and removable built-in food covers
allow you to hold a variety of foods. Leave the covers in for
moisture-sensitive food. They form a tight seal over
12”x20”x2.5” steam table pans and the food creates its own
environment. Leave the covers off, or use a 18”x26” sheet
pan for crisper foods. How about boxed pizza? No problem.
We have sizes to fit pizza boxes up to 18” x 18”.

Four and five shelf units are stackable, without the need or
expense of a stacking kit!

stacking kit. Simply remove the casters from one unit and the top of the other. Base of
