CONSTRUCTION...Six-sided angled
design to fit as corner unit between other
servers. End and side panels constructed
of 18 gauge stainless steel, #3 finish. 18
gauge stainless steel interior with #3
finish. One piece 16 gauge, #3 finish
stainless steel top with die stamped
openings.

CABINET MATERIAL...All stainless steel
construction; 18 gauge polished exterior
and 18 gauge interior. 16 gauge polished
top.

INTERLOCKS... Quick action finger
operated spring loaded interlock system
on each of the bottom corners aligns and
locks multiple units in place to form
serving line.

CASTERS... Four 3” diameter heavy-duty
swivel polyurethane casters. Plate
mounted and bolted to frame. All casters
fitted with brakes.

INSULATION...Well insulated on all sides
and bottom with 1” thick foamed in
urethane to give a complete vapor seal
protection from moisture penetration.

REFRIGERATED WELL... 18 gauge die
formed stainless steel well with seamless
copper refrigerant tubing bonded to under
well for maximum uniform cooling. 1”
diameter stainless steel drain with plastic
1” drain tube with 1” connection at
operator’s left. Provided with perforated
false bottoms; divider bars provided to
support two 12”x20” pans up to 6” deep.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM... Self­contained “cold wall” concealed
refrigeration system has all coils
embedded in the insulation side of the
interior liner. Components include air
cooled Tecumseh condensing unit with
large receiver capacity, thermal
expansion valve, filter/dehydrator and
large capacity heat exchanger.
Refrigerant charge is approximately 2
pounds R-134a. On/off switch and power
indicating light on control panel.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS...

120 volt, 1140 watts, 9.5A, 60Hz, single
phase. Ten foot power cord with NEMA5­15P angled plug located on operator
right.
