Für dieses Pro dukt leistet CARSON eine Ga rantie von 24 Monaten betreffend Fehler bei der Herstellung in Bezug auf Material und Fertigung bei normalem Gebrauch ab dem Kauf beim autorisierten Fachhändl er. Im Falle eines Defekt s während der Garant iezeit bringen Sie das Produk t zusammen mit dem K aufbeleg zu Ihrem Fachhändler.

CARSON w ird nach eigener Entscheidung , falls nicht anders im Gesetz vorgesehen:

(a) Den Defek t durch Reparatur kos tenlos in Bezug auf Material

und Arbeit beheben;

(b) Das Produk t durch ein gleichar tiges oder im Aufb au ähnliches

ersetzen.

Alle erse tzten Teile und Produk te, für die Ersat z geleistet wird, werden zum Eigentum von CARSON. Im Rahmen der Garantieleistungen dürfen neue oder wiederaufbereitete Teile verwendet werden.

Auf repari erte oder ersetzte Teile gilt e ine Garantie für die R estlaufzeit der ursprünglichen Garantiefrist. Nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist vorgenommene Reparaturen oder gelieferte Ersatzteile werden in Rechnung gestellt.

SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN

Sicherheitsanweisung und bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Dieses Pro dukt ist ausschli eßlich für Hobbyz wecke ausgeleg t und darf nur auf dafür vorgesehenen Plätzen benutzt werden.

Mit diesen Modell dürfen keine Personen oder Tiere transportiert werden.

Um Bedienungsfehler zu vermeiden, muss vor der Benutzung unbedingt die Gebrauchsanweisung gelesen werden!

Diese Modelle dürfen nur mit einer Karosserie, die ordnungsgemäß angebracht ist, betrieben werden.

Bitte be im Abnehmen der Karosserie be achten, da sich währen d der Fahrt ei nige Teile sehr stark erh itzt haben.

Bitte beachten sie, dass es bei verschiedenen Modellen zu erhöhten Geräuschpegeln kommen kann, daher dür fen diese nicht dauerhaft in ihrer unmittelbarer Umgebung betrieben werden.

Bitte be achten sie vor Antrit t jeder Fahrt, dass der Tank richtig verschlossen, bzw. de r Akku richtig montiert ist .

Um zu vermeiden, dass das Modell mit Störungen im Steuerungssystem und dadurch unkontrolliert fährt, sind die Batterien des Senders und des Modells auf einwandfreien Zustand hin zu über prüfen.

Die korrekte Montage des Modells muss stets vor und nach je der Nutzung überprüft werden, gegebenenfalls Schrauben und Muttern nachziehen.

Dieses Produkt ist kein Spielzeug!

• Kinder unter 14 Jahren sollten das Modell nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen in Betrieb nehmen.

Das Betreiben von RC Modellen ist e in faszinierendes Hobby, das jedoch mit der nötigen Vorsicht und Rücksichtnahme betrieben werden muss. Da dieses ein beachtliches Gewicht aufweist u nd eine sehr h ohe Ge schwindig keit erre icht, kann in einem unkontrollierten Fahr zu stand er heb liche Beschädigungen und Verletzungen verursa chen, für die Sie als Be treiber haftbar sind.

Vor dem Gebrauch müssen Sie sich von den folgenden Punkten überzeugt haben:

• Alle Akku s müssen vollständig geladen sein.

• Überprüfen Sie vor dem Start die Funk reichweite.

• Überprüfen Sie das ordnungsgemäße Ansprechen des Modells auf die Steuersignale.

• Alle Funkt ionsteile des Produktes sind in einwandfreiem Zustand und überprüft.

• Sämtliche Schrauben s ind auf festen Sitz überprüf t.

• Fahren Sie auch nicht unter Hochspannungsleitungen oder Funkmasten oder bei G ewitter!

• Atmosphärische Störungen können die Funktion ihres Modells beeinflussen.

• Die Elek trik des Modells is t nicht wasserdicht. Fahren Sie deshalb nicht bei Regen, Schnee, durch P fützen oder nasses Gras.

• Das ferngesteuerte Modell darf nur auf geeignetem Gelände und nicht auf öffentlichen Vekehrsf lächen betrieben werden.

• Nicht in der Nähe von Personen und Tieren einsetzen!

• Kein Betrieb, wenn sie übermüdet oder anderweitig in Ihrer Reaktionsfähigkeit beeinträchtigt sind.

• Halten Sie immer direk ten Sichtkontakt z um Modell.

• Regelmäßige Wartung und Pfl ege ist für erstk lassige Fahrleistung notwendig.

• Das Modell hat Teile, die sich im B etrieb erhitze n, z.B. die Oberseite des M otors, das Metall getriebe und vie les mehr. Die Berührung dieser Teile während des Betriebs kann zu Verletzungen führen.

Nur ein einwandfrei zu sam men gebautes Modell wird erwartungsgemäß funktionieren und reagieren.

Improvisieren Sie niemals mit untauglichen Hilfs mitteln, sondern verwenden Sie im Bedarfsfall nur Originalersat zteile. Auch bei einem vormontierten Modell soll ten Sie alle Verbindungen auf exakten und festen Sitz kontrollieren.

Achten Sie auf Ladezustandsanzeige Ihres Senders.

• Mit halbleeren Akkus, Batter ien können Sie die Kontrolle über das Modell verlieren.

• Mischen Si e im Sender niemals vo lle Akkus/Batterien mit halbleeren oder Akkus unterschiedlicher Kapazität.

• Versuchen Si e nie, Trockenbatterien zu laden (nur Ak kus sind aufla dbar).

SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN LITHIUM AKKUS

1. Allgemeines

Lithium-Akkus sind Energiespeicher mit sehr hoher Energiedichte, von denen Gefahren ausgehen können. Aus diesem Grund bedürfen Sie besonders aufmerksamer Behandlung bei der Ladung, Entladung, Lagerung und Handhabung.

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung besonders aufmerksam bevor Sie den Akku das erste Mal einsetzen . Beachten Sie unbed ingt die aufgeführten Warn- und Verwendungshinweise.

Fehlbehandlungen können zu Risiken wie Explosionen, Überhitzungen oder Feuer führen.

Nichtbeachtung der Verwendungshinweise führt zu vorzeitigem Verschleiß oder sonstigen Defekten.

Diese Anl eitung ist sicher aufzubewahren und im Falle ei ner Weitergabe des Akkus dem nachfolgenden Benutzer unbedingt mitzugeben.

2. Warnhinweise

• Vermeiden Sie Kurzschlüsse. Ein Kur zschluss kann unte r Umständen das Produkt zerstören. Kabel und Verbindungen müssen gut isoliert sein.

• Achten Sie unb edingt auf richtig e Polung, beim Anschließen des Akkus.

• Originalstecker und Kabel dürfen nicht abgeschnitten oder verändert werden (ggf. Adapterkabel verwenden).

• Akku kein er übermäßigen Hit ze/Kälte oder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aussetzen. Nicht ins Feuer werfen. Akku nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührungen bringen.

• Laden Sie den Akku auss chließlich mit dafü r vorgesehenen Ladegeräten und nur unter Verwendung des Balanceranschlusses. Nur bei der Verwendung des Balanceranschlusses ist eine optimale Aufladung gewährleistet. Wird dieser Anschluss nicht verwen det, bestehen bei der Aufladung die oben genannten Risiken. Akku vor Aufladung immer erst auf Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen lassen. Nie in aufgeheiztem Zustand laden.

• Akku beim Laden auf nicht brennbare, hitzebeständige Unterlage legen. Es dürfen sich keine brennbaren oder leicht entzündlichen Gegenstände in der Nähe des Akkus befinden.

• Akku während des Ladens und/oder Betriebs niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen.

• Unbedingt empfohlene Lade-/Entladeströme einhalten.

• Die Hülle des Akkus dar f nicht beschädig t werden. Unbeding t Beschädigungen durch scharfe Gegenstände, wie Messer oder Ähnliches, durch Herunterfallen, Stoßen, Verbiegen… vermeiden. Beschädigte Akkus dürfen nicht mehr verwendet werden.

• Akkus sind kein Spielzeug. Vor Kindern deshalb fernhalten.

3. Hinweise zur Ladung

Lithium-Akkus werden nach den CC-CV Verfahren geladen. CC steht hier f ür “constant current “ und bedeutet, dass in dieser ersten Ladephase mit einem konstanten Ladestrom geladen wird. Erre icht der Akku die im La degerät eingestellte maximale

Ladespannung folg t die zweite Ladep hase und es wird auf CV (steht für constant voltage/Konstant-Spannung) umgeschaltet. Die Akkuspannung steigt nicht mehr weiter an. Bi s zum Ende der vollständigen Aufladung reduziert sich nun der Ladestrom kontinuie rlich. Der maximale Ladestrom für den Ak ku beträgt 1C (C=Nennkapazität des Akkus; Bsp. be i einem Akku mit 2700 mA Nennkap azität kann der Ak ku maximal mit eine m Ladestrom von 2700 mA (2,7A) geladen werden). Laden Sie nie mehrer e Akkus zusammen an einem Ladegerät. Unterschiedliche Ladezustände und Kapazitäten können zur Überladung und Zerstörung führen.

4. Hinweise zur Lagerung

Lithium-Akkus sollten mit einer eingeladenen Kapazität von 20-50% und einer Temperatur von 15-18°C gelagert werden. Sinkt die Spannung der Zellen unter 3V, so sind diese unbe dingt nachzuladen. Tiefentladung und Lagerung im entladenen Zustand (Zellenspannung <3V) machen den Akku unbrauchbar.

5. Allgemeine Gewährleistung

Es besteht die geset zliche Gewährleistung auf Pro duktions- und Materialfehler, die zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung vorhanden waren. Für gebrauchstypische Verschleißerscheinungen wird nicht gehaftet. Diese G ewährleistung gi lt nicht für Mängel, die auf eine unsachgemäße Benutzung, mangelnde Wartung, Fremdeingriff oder mechanische Beschädigung zurückzuführen sind. Die gilt insbesondere be i bereits benut zten Akkus und Akkus, die deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.

Schäden oder Leistungseinbußen aufgrund von Fehlbehandlung und/oder Überlastung sind kein Produktfehler. Akkus sind Verbrauchsgegenstände und unterliegen einer gewissen Alterung . Diese wird durch Fakto ren wie z.B. Höhe der Lade -/ Entladeströme, Ladeverfahren, Betriebs- und Lagertemperatur, sowie Ladezustand während der Lagerung beeinflusst. U.a zeigt sich d ie Alterung an einem irreversiblen (nicht rückgängig machbare n) Kapazitätsverlust. Im Modellbereich, wo Akkus ge rne als Stromversorgung für Motoren eingesetzt werden, fließen teilweise sehr hohe Ströme.

6. Haftungsausschluss

Da uns sowohl e ine Kontrolle der La dung/Entladung, der Handhabung, der Einhaltung von Montage- bzw. Betrieb shinweisen, sowie des Ersatzes des Akkus und dessen Wartung nicht möglich ist, kann Tamiya /Carson ke inerlei Haftung für Verluste, Schäden oder Kosten übernehmen.

Jeglicher Anspruch auf Schadenersatz, der sich durch den Betrieb, den Ausfall bzw. Fehlfunktionen ergeben kann oder in irgendeiner Weise damit zusammenhängt, wird daher abgelehnt. Für Personenschäden, Sachschäden und deren Folgen, die aus unserer Lieferung entstehen, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

7. Entsorgungshinweis

Akkus sind Sondermüll. Beschädigte oder unbrauchbare Zellen müssen entsprechend entsorgt werden.

1 Lege n Sie den Akku ein.

2 Fixieren Sie den Akku mit dem Akkuhalter.

Hinweis:

• Wiederaufladbare Akkus müssen vor dem Aufladen aus dem Modell genommen werden.

• Laden nur unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen.

• Beim einlegen des Akkus auf die richtige Polarität achten.

• Leere Akkus immer nach Gebrauch aus dem Modell entfernen.

• Die Anschlusskabel dürfen nicht kurzgeschlossen werden.

• Bitte überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Elektronik oder Akkus, Ladegerät, Ansch lussstecker, Kabe l, Gehäuse und and ere Teile auf Schäden .

EINLEGEN DER SENDERBATTERIE

EINSCHALTEN DER RCANLAGE

ACHTUNG! Immer zuerst den Sender

und anschließend erst das Modell anschalten!

Bitte Batterien we chseln, wenn die Status LED am Sender blink t!!!

1 Schließen Sie die Fahrakkus an.

2 Schalten Sie den Empfänger ein.

3 Se tzen Sie die Kaross erie auf und sicher n Sie diese mit

den Karosseriesplinten.

1. Öffnen Sie den Batteriedeckel an der Unterseite des Senders.

2. Legen Sie vollständig geladene Akkus oder neue Batterien der Größe AA/Mignon e in. Achten Sie auf die ric htige Polarität. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach anschließend wieder mit dem Deckel. D er Deckel muss richti g einrasten. Überprüfen Sie diesen auf exakten Sitz.

Verbindung zwischen Sender und Empfänger herstellen:

Fahrzeug is t vom Werk aus fahrbere it, daher muss die Bin ding-Funktion nicht durchgeführt werden!!

Diese Binding-Funktion sollte also nur bei evtl. Verbindungsproblemen zwischen Fahrzeug und Sender oder bei einem Austausch von Sender/ Empfänger angewendet werden. 

STEUERN DES MODELLS

• Stellen Si e das Modell so ab, dass d ie Räder frei in der L uft hängen.

• Drehen Si e das Steuerrad bis zum Anschlag nach rechts und links. Die Räder sollen dem Lenkausschlag folgen.

• Zum Regeln der Fahrgeschwindigkeit betätigen Sie den Gas/ Bremshebel

- nach hinten ( Vorwärtsfahrt, Gas g eben) bzw.

- nach vorne (Bremsen, Rückwärtsfahrt)

Safety Instructions and Intended Use

This prod uct is designed exc lusively for hobby us e and may only be used on tracks and areas intende d for this purpose.

No persons or animals may be transported with this model.

To avoid operator errors, it is mandator y that the user manual is read before use!

These mo dels may only be used with body work that is correctly fitted.

When removing the bodywork, please note that, during operation, certain parts ca n become very hot.

This model is not a toy!

• This prod uct is not a toy, its oper ation must be learn ed step by step.

• Children under 14 years of age should operate the model only if supervised by an adu lt.

Operati ng RC models is a fascinating hobby t hat, however, must only be exe rcised with prope r precautions and care. Since the weight of thi s model is considera ble and it can reach a ver y high speed it c an, if it runs out of control, cause sig nificant damage a nd injury for which you, as t he operator, are liable.

Please note t hat various models can generate very high noise levels and should, ther efore, not be operated in your imm ediate proximity.

Please make sure, before every driv ing session, that the t ank is correc tly closed or the powe r pack is correctly inserted.

To avoid faulty o peration of the contr ol system causing th e model to run out of control, it must be checked th at the transmitter a nd model batteries are in good condition.

It is essential to check that the model is co rrectly assemb led both before and after use; if need be, tighten nuts an d bolts.

Only a correctly assembled model will work a nd react as expec ted.

Never improvise with uns uitable materials b ut, when the need arises, use only original spare par ts. Even if the mod el is pre-assemble d, all joints and fastenings should be checked for correc t seating and tightness.

Before use, you must make sure of the following points:

• All rechargeable batteries must be fully charged.

• Before sta rting, check the r adio range.

• Check that the m odel reacts correctly to th e control signals.

• All functi onal parts of the product are i n a faultless condition and have bee n checked.

• All screw fastenings are f irmly seated.

• Do not drive under high-vo ltage power lines or radio mast s or with nearby thunderstorms!

• Atmospheric interference can influence the operation of your model.

• The electrical par ts of the model are not water-tight . Do not, therefo re, drive it in rain or snow o r through puddles or wet grass.

• The remote controlled mo del may be driven only o n suitable areas and must not be used on the public h ighway.

• Do not use near p eople or animals!

• Do not use it when tired or if your reactio ns are otherwise impaired.

• Always mainta in direct visual contact with yo ur model.

• Regular maintenance and care are required for firt class driving performance.

• The model ha s parts that become hot in oper ation, e.g. the top of the motor, the metal gea rbox, amongst many o thers. Touching these parts during operation can cause injury.

Pay attention to the charge level indication on your transmitter.

• With power pa cks or batteries that are half discharged, you can lose control of the mode l.

• In the transmitter, never mix f ully charged batteries, rec hargeable or not, with half discharged batteries or rechargeable batteries of different capacity.

• Never try to ch arge non-rechargeable bat teries (dry cells), onl y batteries specified as rechargeable can be charged.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS LITHIUM BATTERIES

1. General

Lithium batteries (accumulators) are energy storage devices with a high en ergy density and c an present risks . For this reason, particular care is needed when charging, discharging, storing and handling.

Read thes e instructions very caref ully before first using the batter y. Do not fail to take note of the warning notices and instruc tions for use.

Misuse can l ead to risks such as ex plosion, overheat ing or fire.

Failure to obse rve the instruc tions for use leads to ea rly failure and other defects.

The instr uctions should th erefore be kept in a sa fe place and it is essentia l that they are handed ove r to the second user if th e batteries are passe d on.

2. Warning notices

• Avoid shor t-circui ts. A short-circ uit may well destroy the produc t. Cables and conne ctions must be well i nsulated.

• It is essential when connecting the batter y to ensure that the polarit y is correct.

• Original plug connec tors and cables may n ot be cut off or changed - i f need be, use an adapter cable.

• Do not exp ose the battery to excessive heat or cold or to direct sunlight. D o not throw in the fire. Do not place th e battery in contact with water or other liquids.

• Charge the b attery only wit h charging units intended for the purpose and always use the balancer co nnection. It is on ly by using the balancer connection that optimum charging can be ensured. I f this connection i s not used, charging is s ubject to the risks me ntioned above. Bef ore charging, always f irst allow the batter y to cool to ambient tem perature. Never charge while hot .

• When charging, place th e battery on a non -flammable, he atresistant support. There should be no flammable or readily ignited objects in the vicinit y of the battery.

• During charging or ope ration, never leave th e battery unsupervised.

• Do not fail to keep to the recommended charge/discharge current.

• The battery casin g must not be damaged . It is essential to avoid damag e by sharp objects such as knives or the like, from dropping, impact, bending etc. Damaged batteries may no longer be used.

• Batteries are not toys . They should be kept aw ay from children.

3. Charging instructions

Lithium batteries are charged according to the CC- CV procedure. CC stands for “constant current“, which is applied durin g the first

phase of cha rging. Once the bat tery reaches the ma ximum voltage configu red in the charger, it switches to CV (constant voltag e) for the second phase of charging. The battery voltage no longer increases. The charging current now falls continuously until the batter y is fully charged. The maximu m charging current fo r the batter y is 1C (C=nominal c apacity of the bat tery, e.g. for a batte ry with a nominal capacit y of 2700 mA, the maxim um charging current fo r the battery is 2700 mA (2.7 A)). Never charge s everal batteries together from a single charger. Differing states of charge and capacities can lead to overcharging and destruction.

4. Storage instructions

Lithium batteries sh ould be stored charged to 20-50 % of their capacit y and at a temperature of 15-18 °C. If the cell volta ge falls below 3 V, they sho uld be recharged. Deep discha rge and storage when discharged (call vo ltage <3 V) will rend er the battery unusable.

5. General terms of guarantee

There is a le gal guarantee for pr oduction and material faults as applicable at the time o f dispatch. No liabili ty is accepted for normal wear and tear. This gua rantee does not apply for defects attributable to improper use, inadequate maintenance, third-part y interference or mechanical damage. This applies, in particular, to used bat teries and batter ies clearly showin g signs of use.

Damage and loss of performance due to improper handling and/ or overloa d are not product fa ults. Batterie s are consumables and subject to a certain a geing. This is infl uenced by factors such as the charge/discharge currents, the charging procedure, the operating and storage temperatures and the state of charge during storage. The ageing shows itse lf in, among other thi ngs, an irreversibl e loss of capacity. In the mode l field, where batteries ar e frequently used to supply mo tors, very high currents can f low from time to time.

6. Exclusion of liability

Since we are unable to have any control over charge/discharge, handling, compliance with assembly and operating instructions, battery replacement and its care and maintenance, Tamiya / Carson can accept no liab ility for loss, damage or costs i ncurred.

Any claim for damages that may r esult from operation, failure or faulty o peration or that is in any way related th ereto will therefore be refused. We accept no liability for personal injury or material damage and their consequences that arise from our delivery.

7.Disposal instructions

Batteries are haza rdous waste. Damage d or unusable cells must be dispose d of in the correct manner.

INSTALLING THE TRANSMITTER BATTERIES

1. Open the bat tery compartm ent lid on the undersi de of the transmitter.

2. Insert full y charged recharge able batteries or new AA batteries obs erving the corre ct polarity. Clos e the cover on the batter y compartment again. Ensure th at the cover clicks properly into place. Ch eck that it is in its corre ct position.

The vehicle is ready to drive when it leave s the factory. In nor mal circumstances, therefore, the binding function is not necessary!

The bindi ng function shou ld only be used if there are any connection prob lems between the vehicle and th e transmitter or if th e transmitter/receiver is replaced. 

2. Mises en garde

• Évitez les courts- circuits, car cela p eut détruire l’appa reil. Les câbles et les connexi ons doivent être bien isolés.

• Faites bien at tention à la polarité lors du racco rdement de l’ac cu.

• Les connecteurs d’ori gine et les câbles ne d oivent être ni coupés ni modif iés (utilisez au besoin un adaptate ur).

• N’expose z pas l’accu à une chaleur ou u n froid excessif et ne le laissez pas en plein soleil. Ne jete z pas l’accu au feu! Ne met tez pas l’accu en contact avec de l ’eau ou d’autres l iquides.

• Recharg ez l’accu uniquement ave c les chargeurs prév us à cet effet et en utilis ant la prise d’équilibr age. Seule la prise d’équilibrage garantit une recharge optimale. Si vous n’utilisez pas cette p rise, les risques indiqués ci- dessus peuvent surveni r lors de la recharge. L aissez toujours l ’accu refroidir à température ambiante avant de le recharger. Ne chargez jamais un accu déjà ch aud.

• Lors de la re charge, placez l’accu sur un suppor t résistant à la chaleur et non inflam mable. Veillez à ce qu’il n’ y ait aucun objet facilem ent inflammable à p roximité de l’accu.

• Ne laissez jamais l’accu sans surveillance en cours de recharge et/ou d’utilisation.

• Respec tez impérativement les courants de charge et de décharge recommandés.

• L’envelopp e de l’accu ne doit pas être abîmée. Évit ez impérativement toute dégradation due à des objets coupants (couteau ou aut re), des chutes , des chocs, des torsions, etc. N’utilisez plus l’accu s’il est abîmé.

• Les accus ne sont pas des jou ets. Ils doivent donc être tenus à l’écart des enfants.

3. Consignes relatives à la recharge

La rechar ge des accus lithium se f ait selon le princip e CC- CV. CC («constant cur rent» – courant constan t) signifie que la recharge s’effec tue durant une première phase ave c un courant de charge constant . Lorsque l’accu atteint la tension de charge maxi male paramétrée dans le chargeur, la recharge bascule en mode CV («constant vol tage» – tension constante). Ainsi, la tensi on de l’accu

n’augmente plus. Le courant d e charge diminue en continu jusqu’à ce que la recharge soit ach evée. Le courant de charge maximal est de 1C (C=capacité nominale de l’accu). Exempl e: le courant de charge pour un accu d’une c apacité nominale de 2700mA ne devra pas d épasser 2700mA (2,7A). Ne rechargez jamais plusieurs accus en mêm e temps avec le même chargeur. Les diff érences de capacité e t d’état de charge peuvent entraîne r des surcharges et détruire les accus.

4. Consignes relatives à l’entreposage

Les accus lithium doivent ê tre entreposés dans u n état de charge compris entre 20 et 50% de leur c apacité et à une tempé rature comprise e ntre 15 et 18°C. Lorsque la tension d es éléments descend en dessous de 3V, l’accu doit être impérativement rechargé. Une décharg e profonde et un stockage à l’état déchargé (tension des éléments <3V ) rendent l’accu inutilisable.

5. Garantie générale

Vous bénéf iciez de la garantie légale pou r les vices de fabric ation et de matériel déjà présents lors de la livraison. Nous n’accordons pas de gara ntie pour les phéno mènes d’usure typ iques. La garantie ne s’appliqu e pas en cas de défauts résultant d’une utilisati on impropre, d’un entretien insuffisant, d’une intervention externe ou d’une dégr adation mécanique. C’est valable en particulier pour les accus déjà ut ilisés et les accus présentant des traces impor tantes d’usure.

Les dommages ou baisses de performances résultant d’une mauvaise m anipulation et/ou d ’une surcharge ne constituent pas des vices du p roduit. Les accus sont des consommables soumi s à un certa in vieillissement . Celui-ci dépen d de certains fac teurs, par exemp le de l’intensité des courants de cha rge et de décharge appliqués, de la tempé rature d’utilisatio n et de stockage, ainsi que de l’état de charge duran t le stockage. Le vie illissement se manifes te notamment par une p erte irréversib le de capacité. Dans le domain e du modélisme, où les a ccus sont souvent utilisés pour alimenter en courant des m oteurs, les courant s circulant dans les accus sont parfois trè s élevés.

Comme il ne no us est pas possible de contrôler la c harge et décharge, la manipulation, le resp ect des consignes d e montage et d’utilisat ion, ainsi que le rempl acement de l’accu et son entretien, TAMIYA / CARSON refuse toute pr ise en charge des per tes, dommages et frais entraînés.

Per evitare errori di utilizzo è asso lutamente necessario leggere le istruzioni d‘uso prima di impiegare il prodot to!

Questi modelli poss ono essere utilizzati solo se la carrozzeria è opportunamente applicata.

Prestare particolare attenzione nel rimuovere la carrozzeria, poiché alcune parti raggiungono temperature molto elevate durante la marcia.

Solo un mo dello montato corre ttamente è in grado di funzionare e reagire secondo le aspettative.

In caso di ne cessità non improv visare mai utiliz zando strument i ausiliari inadatti, ma impiegare esclusivamente ricambi originali. Anche se il modello è pre montato, accertar si che tutti i collegamenti siano ben saldi e in p osizione corret ta.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA BATTERIE

1. Generalità

Le batter ie al litio sono accumu latori elettric i con un’elevata densità di energia che possono comportare dei pericoli. Per tale motivo devo no essere caricate, s caricate, stoccat e e utilizzate con particolare attenzione.

Leggere molto attentamente le presenti istruzioni prima di usare la batteria per la prima volta. Attenersi scr upolosamente all e avver tenze e alle istruzi oni per l’uso qui contenu te.

L’uso improprio può comportare rischi di esplosione, surriscaldamento o incendio.

La mancat a osservanza delle presenti istruzioni per l’uso determina l’usura precoce o persino difetti della batteria stessa.

Tali istruzio ni devono essere conse rvate in un luogo sicuro e, in caso di cessione della b atteria, consegnate senza e ccezioni all’utente successivo.

2. Avvertenze

• Evitare cortocircuiti. In deter minate circostanze un cortocircuito può distr uggere il prodot to. I cavi e i collegament i devono essere be n isolati.

• Assicurarsi di colle gare la batteria con le polarità corrette.

• Non tagli are né modificar e le spine e i cavi originali (se necessario, usare cav i adattatori).

• Tenere le batterie lonta ne da fonti di calore o fr eddo eccessivo ed evitar ne l’esposizione diretta ai ra ggi solari. Non get tare nel fuoco. Non port are la batteria a cont atto con acqua o altri liquidi.

• Caricare la batteria unicamente con gli appositi caricabatterie e usando so lo la spina bilanciatore. Solo l’uso di questo tip o di collegamento, infatti, ne garantisce il caricamento ottimale. In caso contrario, possono verif icarsi i rischi suddetti. Prim a di caricare la batteria, lasciarla raffreddare fino al raggiungimento della temp eratura ambiente. N on caricare mai se ri sulta ancora surriscaldata.

• Durante la f ase di caricamento la batteria d eve poggiare su un suppor to non infiammabi le e resistente al calo re. In prossimità della batteria non devono trovarsi oggetti combustibili o facilmente infiammabili.

• Non lasciare mai la batteria incustodita durante il caricamento e/o l ’uso.

• Rispettare scrupolosamente le correnti di caricamento/ scaricamento.

• L’involucro della batteria non deve essere danneggiato. Ev itare assolutamente danneggiamenti mediante oggetti af filati come lame o simili o a causa di cadu te, urti, piegature, ecc. Le bat terie danneggiate non possono più essere utilizzate.

• Le batterie non sono giocattoli, pertanto tenerle lontano dalla portata dei bambini.

3. Indicazioni per il caricamento

Le batterie al litio vengono caricate secondo la procedura CC-CV. CC sta per “constant current ” (corrente costante) e significa che in questa p rima fase il caricamento viene e ffettuato con una corrente cos tante. Se la batter ia raggiunge la tensione di carica massima imp ostata nel caric abatterie, il car icamento passa alla

fase succes siva con commutazio ne alla CV (“constant voltage” = tensione co stante). La tensione de lla batteria non con tinua ad aumentar e. Finché il caricamento non è compl etato, la corrente di carica si riduce continuamente. La co rrente di carica mass ima per la bat teria è di 1 C (C = capacità no minale della batteria; ad es. una batte ria con una capacità n ominale di 2700 mA può essere caricat a con una corrente di cari ca non superiore a 2700 mA (2,7 A)). Non caricare mai più batterie contemporaneamente con lo stesso caricabatterie. I dif ferenti stati di car ica e le diverse capacità possono determinarne il sovraccarico e il deterioramento.

4. Indicazioni per lo stoccaggio

Le batter ie al litio devono esse re caricate con una cap acità immessa d el 20-50 % e a una temperatura di 15-18 °C. Se la tensione d elle celle scende sotto i 3 V, ricarica rle subito. Lo scarica mento completo e lo sto ccaggio in stato di sc arica (tensione delle cell e < 3 V) rendono la bat teria inutilizz abile.

5. Garanzia generale

Si offre la garanzia legale per di fetti di produzi one e di materiale presenti a l momento della conse gna. Si declina invece o gni responsabilità per i normali segni d’usura derivanti dal normale utilizzo. La presente garanzia non si estende a vizi derivanti da uso improprio, manutenzione insufficiente, manomissione o dannegg iamento meccanico. Ciò vale in par ticolare per le bat terie già usate e pe r quelle che mostrano tracce di utilizzo visibili.

I danni o le pe rdite di rendimento dovuti a uso errato e/o sovraccarico non costituiscono guasti del prodotto. Le batterie sono articoli di consumo sogget ti a invecchiamento, su cui influiscono, ad esempio, il valore delle correnti di caricamento/ scarica mento, il processo di ca ricamento, la tempe ratura d’uso e quella di conservazione, nonc hé lo stato di carica durante il period o di stoccaggio. Ad ese mpio, un segno di invecc hiamento è rappres entato dalla perdit a irreversibile di capacità (non ripristinabile). Nel settore del m odellismo, in cui le batterie so no spesso us ate per l’alimentazi one dei motori, talvolta le correnti sono molto alte.

6. Esclusione di responsabilità

Dal momento che non ci è possibile contro llare la fase di caricam ento/scaricamento né l’utilizzo, il rispetto delle istr uzioni di montag gio e d’uso e la sostituzione della batteria né la relativa manutenzione, TAMIYA / CARSON declina ogni responsabilità legata a p erdite, danni o costi.

Únicamente los modelos montados correctamente funcionarán y reaccionarán de la form a deseada.

No improvise bajo ninguna circunstancia con herramientas inadecuadas, emplee en cas o necesario únicamente piez as de recambio originales. También en el caso de modelos premontados deberá comproba rse que todas las cone xiones están fi rmes y correcta mente instaladas.

Observe la indicación del estado de carga del emisor.

• Si las baterías o las pilas están medio descargadas puede perder el control s obre el modelo.

• No mezcle n unca en el emisor bate rías o pilas completamente cargadas con baterías medio desca rgadas de distinta capacidad.

• No intente nunca cargar pi las secas (solo las baterías se pue den cargar).

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

1. Aspectos generales

Las bater ías de litio son acumuladores de energía con una densidad de energía muy elevada de las que pueden derivarse peligros. Por este moti vo se debe poner esp ecial cuidado durante la carga, la descarga, el almacenamiento y el manejo.

Lea estas instrucciones con especial atención antes de coloc ar la batería por primera vez. Preste especial atención a las indicaciones de uso y las advertencias.

Un manejo incorrecto puede provocar riesgos como explosiones, sobrecalentamientos o incendios.

La inobservancia de las indica ciones de uso provoca un desgaste prematuro u otros defectos.

Estas ins trucciones debe n guardarse en un lugar seguro y deb erán entregar se sin falta cuando s e dé la batería al siguie nte usuario.

2. Advertencias

• Evite los cor tocircuitos. Un circuito podría dañar el pro ducto bajo determinadas circunstanci as. Los cables y las cone xiones deben estar bien aislados.

• Tenga siempre cuidado de respetar la po laridad correct a al conect ar la batería.

• Los enchuf es originales y los cables no deben acortarse ni modificarse (emplear cables adaptadores, si es necesario).

• No exponer la batería a un calor/frío e xcesivo o a la radiación solar dire cta. No arrojar al fuego. No permitir que la batería entre en cont acto con agua u otros líquidos.

• Cargue la batería única mente con los disposit ivos de carga previsto s para ello y emplean do siempre una conex ión de balance de b atería. La carga com pleta solo puede garantiza rse empleando una conexión de balance de batería. Si no se emplea es ta conexión, exi ste el riesgo de que se p roduzcan los riesgos arriba mencionados durante la carga. Dejar siempre que la batería se enfríe primero hasta alcanzar la temperatura ambiente antes de cargarla. No cargarla nunca si está caliente.

• Colocar la batería sob re bases no inflama bles y resistentes al calor. Cerca de la batería no puede haber objetos combustibles o fácilmente inflamables.

• No dejar la batería nunca s in vigilancia mientras se está cargando.

• Respetar siempre la corriente de carga/descarga recomendada.

• La envoltu ra de la batería no debe dañarse. Impedir que se produzcan daños derivados de objetos afilados, como cuchillos o similares , caídas, golpes, dobleces, etc. Las bate rías dañadas no podrán seguir utilizándose.

• Las bater ías no son un juguete. Ma ntenerlas alejadas del alcance de l os niños.

3. Indicaciones relativas a la carga

Las bater ías de litio se cargan con el procedim iento CC-CV. CC quiere decir “constant current“ (corriente constante) y significa que la primera fase de ca rga se realiza con una co rriente de carga constante. Cuando la batería alcanz a la tensión de carga má xima ajustada en el cargador, se pasa a una segunda fase en la que se conmuta a C V (que significa “constant voltage“/tensión constante).

La tensión de la batería deja de aumentar. La corriente d e carga se reduce de forma continua da hasta alcanza r la carga completa. La corriente de carga máx ima para la batería es de 1C (C=capacidad nominal de la batería; p. ej . en el caso de una batería con una capacid ad nominal de 2700 mA, la b atería se puede cargar con una corriente de carga máx ima de 2700 mA (2,7 A). No cargue nun ca varias baterías con el mismo cargador de forma simu ltánea. Los diferentes estados de carga y capacidades podrían provocar su sobrecarga y destrucción.

4. Indicaciones relativas al almacenamiento

Las bater ías de litio deberían guardarse co n una capacidad cargada d el 20-50% a una tempe ratura entre 15 y 18°C. Si la tensi ón de las células desciend e por debajo de 3 V, estas deberán cargarse de inmedi ato. La descarga tota l y el almacenamiento con la batería descargada (tensión de l as células <3 V) la hacen inservib le.

5. Garantía general

Existe una garantía es tipulada por ley para los despe rfectos de producción y material existentes en el momento de la entrega. No se ofre ce garantía para el des gaste derivado de l uso. Esta garantía no tiene validez para desperfectos derivados de un uso inadecuado, un mantenimiento erróneo, intervención ajena o daños mec ánicos. Esto aplic a especialmente a las b aterías ya usadas y aquellas que presentan signos evidentes de uso.

Los daños y las pérdidas de producción derivados de un uso erróneo y/o sobrecarga no son fallos del produc to. Las baterías son consumi bles y están sometidas a cierto envejecimi ento. Este se ve influ ido por factores como la intensidad de las corrientes de carga/descarga, el procedimiento de carga, la temperatura de uso y almacenamiento así como el estado de carga dur ante el almacenam iento. Entre otros, el envejecimiento se muestra e n una pérdida d e capacidad irreversible (imp osible de anular) En el área del modelismo, donde las baterías se usan mucho para alimentar de corriente los motores, fluyen en muchos casos corrientes muy elevadas.

6. Exención de responsabilidad

Como no podemos contro lar la carga/descarga, el manejo, e l respeto de las indicaci ones de uso y montaje ni la sustituci ón de la batería y su mantenimiento, TAMIYA / CARSON no puede asumir ningún tip o de responsabilidad por pérd idas, daños o costes.

Por ello se declinará cualquier reclamación de indemnización que pueda derivars e del uso, el fallo del f uncionamiento o un funcion amiento erróneo o qu e pudiera estar rel acionada con ello de alguna forma. No asum imos ninguna respon sabilidad por los daños personales y materiales y sus consecuencias derivados de nuestra entrega.

7. Indicaciones de eliminación

Las bater ías son residuos peligrosos. Las células daña das o inservibles deben eliminarse adecuadamente.

Garantievoorwaarden

CARSON ve rleent een garantie van 24 maanden o p dit product in geval van f abricagefouten in het materiaal en vakmanschap bij normaal gebruik vanaf het moment van aankoop bij de erkende vakhandelaar. Als er tijdens de garantieperiode een defect optreedt, brengt u h et product samen met het aanko opbewijs naar uw vakhandelaar.

CARSON z al naar eigen goed dunken, voor zover niets anders wetteli jk is voorzien:

(a) Het defec t kosteloos ten aanzien van materiaal en arbei d

verhelpen;

(b) Het product vervangen door een gelijksoortig of qua construc-

tie gelijksoortig product.

Alle vervangen onderdelen en producten waarvoor vergoeding wordt geleverd, worden eigendom van CARSON. In het kader van garantievergoedingen mogen nieuwe of gereviseerde onderdelen worden gebruikt.

Op gerepareerde of vervangen onderdelen geldt een garantietermijn gelijk aan de resterende tijd van de oorspronkelijke garantietermijn. Na afloop van de garantietermijn uitgevoerde reparaties of geleverde reserveonderdelen worden in rekening gebracht.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

Veiligheidsinstructies en doelmatig gebruik

Dit product is uitsluitend ontworpen voor hobbydoeleinden en mag alleen op daarvoor geschikte plaatsen worden gebruikt.

Met dit product mogen geen personen of dieren worden vervoerd.

Teneinde bedieningsfouten te voorkomen, moet vóór gebruik de gebruiksaanwijzing goed worden gelezen!

Deze modellen mogen alleen met een degelijk gemonteerde carrosserie worden gebruikt.

Bij het afn emen van de ombouw in acht nemen, dat tijdens het bedrijf enkele onderdelen erg heet geworden zijn.

Let er op, dat diverse modellen een sterk verhoogd geluidsniveau

produceren. Daarom mogen deze modellen alleen maar kortstondig in uw directe omgeving worden gebruikt.

Let er voor h et begin van elke rit op dat de tankdop g oed gesloten is en dat de accu correct is aangesloten .

Om te voorkomen dat de modelauto met storingen in het besturingssysteem te kampen krijgt en daardoor ongecontroleerd gaat rijden, moeten de batterijen van zowel de zender als die van het model vooraf worden gecontroleerd.

Een correc te montage van het m odel dient voor en na elk gebruik te worden gecontroleerd, bijvoorbeeld door het natrekken van schroeven en moeren.

Dit product is geen speelgoed!

• Dit produ ct is geen speelg oed, de bediening ervan mo et stapsgewijs worden geleerd.

• Kinderen jonger dan 14 jaar mogen het model alleen onder toezicht van volwassenen gebruiken.

Het bedienen van radiografische modellen is een fascinerende hobby, die echter met de nodige voorzichtigheid en aandacht moet plaatsvinden. Aangezien de modelauto een aanzienlijk gewicht he eft en een zeer hoge snelhe id kan bereiken, kan het in een ongecontroleerde rijtoestand aanzienlijke schade en letsel veroorzaken, waarvoor u als bediener aansprakelijk bent.

Voor gebruik dient men de volgende punten in acht te nemen:

• Alle accu’s mo eten volledig zijn op geladen.

• Controleer voor de start de reikwijdte van de zender.

• Controle er of het model in de jui ste volgorde reage ert op de verschillende stuursignalen.

• Alle functionele onderdelen van het product dienen in perfectie conditie en gecontroleerd te zij n.

• Alle schroeven zijn goed vastgedraaid en gecontroleerd.

• Rij ook niet onder hoogspanningskabels, zendmasten of tijdens onweer!

• Atmosferische storingen kunnen de functionaliteit van uw modelauto beïnvloeden.

• De elek trische installatie van het mo del is niet waterdicht. Rij daarom nie t tijdens regen, sne euw, door plassen of in n at gras.

• Het radiografis ch bestuurde mode l mag alleen op daar voor aangewezen terreinen en niet op openbare wegen worden gebruikt.

• Niet in de directe nabijheid van pe rsonen en dieren gebruiken!

• Niet gebruiken wanneer u oververmoeid of anderszins in uw reactievermogen bent belemmerd.

• Houdt alt ijd visueel contac t met het model.

• Regelmatig onderhoud en verzorging is noodzakelijk voor eersteklas rijprestaties.

• Het model bezit bepaalde onderdelen die flink heet worden tijdens ge bruik, bijv. de bovenkant van de motor, de metalen aandrijving en nog meer. Aanraking met deze delen tijdens het gebruik kan tot verwondingen leiden.

Alleen een perfect samengesteld model zal werken en reageren zoals men mag verwachten.

Improviseer nooit met ongeschikte hulpmiddelen, maar gebruik, mocht dat nodig zijn, alleen originele reserveonderdelen. Ook met een voorgemonteerd model moet u alle aansluitingen op een nauwkeurige en stevige bevestiging controleren.

Let op de oplaadtoestand van uw zender.

• Met half lege accu’s/ batterijen kunt u de co ntrole over het model verliezen.

• Meng noo it volle accu’s/batt erijen met halfl ege of accu’s van verschillende capa citeit met elkaar.

• Probeer nooit droge batterijen op te laden (alleen accu’s zijn oplaadbaar).

VEILIGHEIDSAANWIJZINGEN

1.Algemeen

Lithium-accu's zijn energieopslagmedia met zeer hoge energiedichtheid, die gevaar kunnen opleveren.Dit is de reden waarom u er heel voorz ichtig mee moet omg aan bij het laden, ontladen, opslaan en het hanteren.

Lees deze h andleiding heel z orgvuldig voorda t u de accu voor de eerste keer gebruikt.Volg altijd beslist de vermelde waarschuwingen en gebruiksaanwijzingen op.

Onjuiste b ehandeling kan le iden tot risico's zoals e xplosies, oververhitting of brand.

Niet opvol gen van de instruc ties voor het gebru ik leidt tot voortijdige slijtage of andere defecten.

Deze handleiding dient veilig opgeborgen te worden en in geval van doorgeven van de accu beslist meegegeven aan de volgende eigenaar.

CV (constant voltage/constante spanning) omgeschakeld.De accuspann ing stijgt niet mee r verder.Tot het eind van de volledig e lading wordt de laadstroom continu gereduceerd.De maximale laadstroom voor de accu bedraagt 1C (C=nominale capaciteit van de bat terij; voorbeeld b ij een batterij me t 2700 mA nominale capacite it kan de batterij maximaal (met e en laadstroom van 270 0 mA 2,7A) worden geladen).Laad nooit meerdere accu's samen op één oplader.Verschillende standen van lading en vermogens kunnen leiden tot overbelasting en vernieling.

4.Aanwijzingen voor de opslag

Lithium-accu's moeten worden opgeslagen met een ingeladen capacite it van 20-50% en een temperatuu r van 15-18°CAls de spanning v an de cellen onder de 3V da alt, dienen die beslist herladen te worden.Diepe ontlading en opslag in ontladen staat (celspanning <3V) maken de batterij onbruikbaar.

2.Waarschuwingen

• Vermijd kortsluiting.Kortsluiting kan het product onder bepaalde omstandigheden vernielen.Kabels en aansluitingen moeten goed geïsoleerd zijn.

• Let beslis t op de juiste polari teit bij het aansluite n van de accu.

• Originele stekkers en kabels mogen niet worden afgesneden of aangepast (eventueel adapterkabel gebruiken).

• D e accu mag niet worden b lootgesteld aan e xtreme hitte/ koude of directe zonin straling.Accu's n iet in het vuur gooie n. Accu niet met water of andere vloeistoffen in contact brengen.

• Laad de accu uitsluitend met daarvoor bedoelde opladers en alleen m et behulp van de bala nceraansluiting. Alleen bij gebruik van de balanceraansluiting is een optimale laadwijze gewaarborgd.Als deze aansluiting niet wordt gebruikt, bestaan bij het opladen de bovengenoemde risico's.Accu voor het opladen tot de omgevingstemperatuur laten afkoelen.Nooit in verhitte toestand laden.

• Accu bij het opladen op onbrandbare, hittebestendige ondergrond leggen tijdens het opladen.Er mogen zich geen brandba re of licht ontvlamb are voorwerpen in de buurt van de accu bevinden.

• Accu tijdens het laden en/of gebruik nooit zonder toezicht laten.

• Houd u beslist aan aanbevolen laad-/ontlaadstromen.

• De kast va n de accu mag niet worden b eschadigd.Be slist beschadigingen door scherpe voorwerpen zoals messen of iets dergelijks, door vallen, stoten, verbuigen... vermijden. Beschadigde accu's mogen niet meer worden gebruikt.

• Accu's zijn geen speelgoed.Dus uit de buurt ho uden van kinderen.

3.Aanwijzingen voor lading

Lithium-accu's worden opgeladen volgens de CC- CV-procedure. CC staat voor "co nstante stroom" en betekent dat in de ze eerste oplaadfase met een constante laadstroom wordt geladen. Wanneer de a ccu de maximale laadspanning be reikt die in de lader is ingesteld, vo lgt de tweede opl aadfase en wordt er naar

5.Algemene garantie

Er bestaa t een wettelijke gar antie op producti e- en materiaalfouten, die op het moment van levering bestonden.Voor vormen van slijtage di e typisch zijn voor g ebruik bestaat geen aansprake lijkheid.Deze garantie dekt geen defecten d ie zijn toe te schrijven aan onjuist gebruik, gebrek aan onderhoud, ingrepen van buiten af of mechanische schade.Dit g eldt met name voor reeds gebruikte accu's en accu's die duidelijke sporen van gebruik laten zien.

Schade of vermindering van de prestaties als gevolg van verkeerde bhandeling en/of overbelasting zijn geen productfout.Accu's zijn verbruiksartikelen en zijn onderhevig aan een bepaalde veroudering.Deze wordt beïnvloed door factoren zoals bijv. de hoogte van de laad-/ontlaadstromen, laadmethodes, bedrijfs- en opslagtemperatuur en de stand van lading tijdens de opslag. Onder andere blijkt de veroudering uit een onomkeerbaar capaciteitsverlies.Bij modellen, waar accu's worden vaak gebruikt als voeding voor motoren, vloeien er voor een deel zeer hoge stromen.

6.Uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid

Omdat we nie t zowel een controle op het laden/ lossen, de behandeling, de naleving van de installatie- en gebruiksinstructies, als de vervanging van de accu en het onderhoud ervan kunnen uitvoeren, kan TAMIYA / CARSON geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor verlies, schade of kosten aanvaarden.

Elke schadevergoedingsclaim die kan voortvloeien uit het gebruik, de uitval of storingen , of op enigerlei wijze verband daarmee houdt, wordt dus afgewezen.Voor persoonlijk letsel, materiële schade of gevolgschade, die voortkomt uit onze levering, aanvaarden wij geen enkele aansprakelijkheid.

7.Aanwijzing voor verwijdering

Accu's zijn speciaal afval.Beschadigde of onbruikbaar cellen moeten dienovereenkomstig worden verwijderd.

Geen aansprakelijkheid voor drukfouten, wijzigingen voorbehouden!
