Betrieb und der sichere Umgang müssen erklärt werden (bevorzugt
mit grafischen Darstellungen). Das Fliegen des Flugmodells erfordert
Übung und Kinder müssen unter der Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen
geschult werden. Hinweis für erwachsene Aufsichtspersonen:
Prüfen Sie, ob das Spielzeug gemäß der Anleitung zusammengebaut
ist. Das Zusammenbauen muss unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen
erfo lgen. Händ e, Haare und we ite Kleid ung müssen v om Propel ler
(Rotor) ferngehalten werden. Ändern oder modifizieren Sie nichts am
Flugmodell! Um eine sichere Benutzung zu gewährleisten, muss das
Zimmer, in dem das Flug modell be nutzt w ird, ausre ichend gr oß sein.
Das Zimm er muss fre i von Hinde rnissen s ein. Dies es Spielze ug ist nur
für den G ebrauch i n privaten B ereiche n (Haus und Ga rten) bes timmt.
Vorsich t! Das Flugm odell sol lte nicht g estar tet werden , wenn sich
Personen, Tiere oder Hindernisse im Flugbereich des Flugmodells
befinden (30m). Vorsicht! Verletzungsgefahr für die Augen! Nicht
in der Näh e Ihres Gesi chtes f liegen las sen, um Verle tzunge n zu
vermeiden. Niemals das Flugmodell hochnehmen, solange die
Propeller noch drehen. Um unvorhergesehenen Betrieb zu vermeiden,
müssen die Batterien und Akkus bei Nichtverwendung aus dem
Spielzeug genommen werden. Zuerst muss der Sender und dann das
Flugmodell eingeschaltet werden, um einen unvorhergesehenen
Betrieb zu vermeiden. Beim Ausschalten stets das Flugmodell und

sondern bringen Sie sie zu einer Sammelstelle oder entsorgen Sie
sie bei einem Sondermülldepot. Entfernen Sie leere Batterien aus
dem Spielzeug. Nicht wiederaufladbare Batterien dürfen nicht
aufgeladen werden. Wiederaufladbare Batterien sind vor dem
Aufladen aus dem Spielzeug herauszunehmen. Aufladbare Batterien
dürfen nur von Erwachsenen aufgeladen werden. Verwenden
Sie keine unterschiedlichen Typen von Batterien und setzen Sie
nicht gleichzeitig neue und gebrauchte Batterien ein. Schließen
Sie die Verbindungsstege nicht kurz. Mischen Sie nicht neue und
alte Batterien. Mischen Sie nicht Alkaline, Standard- (Kohle-Zink)
und wiederaufladbare Batterien. Um eine optimale Funktion zu
gewährleisten, empfehlen wir für das Fahrzeug, nur Alkaline Batterien
oder aufladbare Akkumulatoren zu verwenden. Ladegerät regelmäßig
auf Schä den überp rüfen. B ei einem Sc haden dar f das Lade gerät bis z ur
vollständigen Reparatur nicht mehr verwendet werden. Ladevorgang
nur in trockenen Räumen durchführen, Gerät vor Nässe schützen. Wir
haften nicht für Datenverlust, Schäden an der Software oder andere
Schäden am Computer oder an Zubehör, die durch das Laden der
Batterie entstanden sind. Bitte keine Kabel in Steckdosenanschlüsse
stecken. Das Spielzeug darf nur mit Geräten der Klasse II verbunden
werden, die mit dem folgenden Symbol versehen sind:

Sicherheitsanweisungen Lithium-Akkus:

1. Allgemeines: Lithium-Akkus sind Energiespeicher mit sehr hoher

Energiedichte, von denen Gefahren ausgehen können. Aus diesem
Grund bedürfen Sie besonders aufmerksamer Behandlung bei der
Ladung, Entladung, Lagerung und Handhabung. Lesen Sie diese
Anleit ung beson ders auf merksa m bevor Sie de n Akku das er ste Mal
einsetzen. Beachten Sie unbedingt die aufgeführten Warn- und
Verwendungshinweise. Fehlbehandlungen können zu Risiken wie
Explosionen, Überhitzungen oder Feuer führen. Nichtbeachtung
der Verwendungshinweise führt zu vorzeitigem Verschleiß oder
sonstigen Defekten. Diese Anleitung ist sicher aufzubewahren und
im Falle einer Weitergabe des Akkus dem nachfolgenden Benutzer
unbedingt mitzugeben.

2. Warnhinweise:

• Vermeiden Sie Kurzschlüsse. Ein Kurzschluss kann unter
Umständen das Produkt zerstören. Kabel und Verbindungen
müssen gut isoliert sein.

• Achten Sie unbedingt auf richtige Polung, beim Anschließen des
Akkus.

• Orig inalstec ker und Kabe l dürfen n icht abge schnit ten oder
verändert werden (ggf. Adapterkabel verwenden).

• Akku keiner übermäßigen Hitze/Kälte oder direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung aussetzen. Nicht ins Feuer werfen. Akku
nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührungen
bringen.

• Laden S ie den Akku a usschlie ßlich mit d afür
vorgesehenen Ladegeräten und nur unter Verwendung
des Balanceranschlusses. Nur bei der Verwendung des
Balanceranschlusses ist eine optimale Aufladung gewährleistet.
Wird dieser Anschluss nicht verwendet, bestehen bei der
Aufladung die oben genannten Risiken. Akku vor Aufladung
immer erst auf Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen lassen. Nie in
aufgeheiztem Zustand laden.

• Akku be im Laden au f nicht bre nnbare, hi tzebes tändige Un terlage
legen. Es dürfen sich keine brennbaren oder leicht entzündlichen
Gegens tände in d er Nähe des Ak kus befi nden.

• Akku während des Ladens und/oder Betriebs niemals
unbeaufsichtigt lassen.

• Unbedingt empfohlene Lade-/Entladeströme einhalten.

• Die Hül le des Akku s darf nich t beschäd igt werde n. Unbedin gt
Beschädigungen durch scharfe Gegenstände, wie Messer
oder Ähnliches, durch Herunterfallen, Stoßen, Verbiegen…
vermeiden. Beschädigte Akkus dürfen nicht mehr verwendet
werden.

• Akkus s ind kein Spi elzeug. Vor K indern de shalb fern halten.

3. Hinweise zur Ladung: Lithium- Akkus wer den nach den CC-CV

Verfahren geladen. CC steht hier für “constant current“ und bedeutet,
dass in dieser ersten Ladephase mit einem konstanten Ladestrom

geladen wird. Erreicht der Akku die im Ladegerät eingestellte
maximale Ladespannung folgt die zweite Ladephase und es wird auf
CV (steht für constant voltage/Konstant-Spannung) umgeschaltet.
Die Akku spannun g steigt nic ht mehr wei ter an. Bis zum E nde
der vollständigen Aufladung reduziert sich nun der Ladestrom
kontinu ierlich . Der maxim ale Lades trom für d en Akku bet rägt 1C
(C=Nennkapa zität des A kkus; Bsp. be i einem Akk u mit 2700 mA
Nennkapazität kann der Akku maximal mit einem Ladestrom von
2700 mA (2,7A) gel aden werde n). Laden Sie ni e mehrere Ak kus
zusammen an einem Ladegerät. Unterschiedliche Ladezustände und
Kapazitäten können zur Überladung und Zerstörung führen.

4. Hinweise zur Lagerung: Lithium-Akkus sollten mit einer
eingeladenen Kapazität von 20-50% und einer Temperatur von
15-18°C gelagert werden. Sinkt die Spannung der Zellen unter 3V,
so sind diese unbedingt nachzuladen. Tiefentladung und Lagerung
im entladenen Zustand (Zellenspannung <3V) machen den Akku
unbrauchbar.

5. Allgemeine Gewährleistung: Es besteht die gesetzliche
Gewährleistung auf Produktions- und Materialfehler, die zum
Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung vorhanden waren. Für gebrauchstypische
Verschleißerscheinungen wird nicht gehaftet. Diese Gewährleistung
gilt nicht für Mängel, die auf eine unsachgemäße Benutzung,
mangelnde Wartung, Fremdeingriff oder mechanische Beschädigung
zurückzuführen sind. Die gilt insbesondere bei bereits benutzten
Akkus und Akkus, die deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen.
Schäden oder Leistungseinbußen aufgrund von Fehlbehandlung
und/oder Überlastung sind kein Produktfehler. Akkus sind
Verbrauchsgegenstände und unterliegen einer gewissen Alterung.
Diese wird durch Faktoren wie z.B. Höhe der Lade-/Entladeströme,
Ladeverfahren, Betriebs- und Lagertemperatur, sowie Ladezustand
während der Lagerung beeinflusst. U.a zeigt sich die Alterung an
einem irreversiblen (nicht rückgängig machbaren) Kapazitätsverlust.
Im Modellbereich, wo Akkus gerne als Stromversorgung für Motoren
eingesetzt werden, fließen teilweise sehr hohe Ströme.

6. Haftungsausschluss: Da uns sowohl ei ne Kontro lle der Ladu ng/
Entladung, der Handhabung, der Einhaltung von Montage- bzw.
Betri ebshinwei sen, sowi e des Ersat zes des Ak kus und des sen
Wartung nicht möglich ist, kann Tamiya / Carson keinerlei Haftung
für Verluste, Schäden oder Kosten übernehmen. Jeglicher Anspruch
auf Schadenersatz, der sich durch den Betrieb, den Ausfall bzw.
Fehlfunktionen ergeben kann oder in irgendeiner Weise damit
zusammenhängt, wird daher abgelehnt. Für Personenschäden,
Sachschäden und deren Folgen, die aus unserer Lieferung entstehen,
übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

7. Entsorgungshinweis: Akkus sind Sondermüll. Beschädigte oder
unbrauchbare Zellen müssen entsprechend entsorgt werden.

Safety Precautions Lithium batteries:

1. General: Lithium batteries (accumulators) are energy storage

device s with a high en ergy dens ity and can p resent ri sks. For th is
reason , partic ular care is n eeded whe n charging , discharg ing,
stori ng and handli ng. Read the se instr uctions v ery care fully bef ore
firs t using the b attery. D o not fail to ta ke note of the w arning not ices
and inst ructio ns for use. Mi suse can le ad to risks s uch as expl osion,
overhe ating or fi re. Failure to o bserve th e instruc tions fo r use leads
to early failure and other defects. The instructions should therefore
be kept in a s afe place an d it is essen tial that th ey are hande d over to
the seco nd user if th e batter ies are pass ed on.

2. Warning notices:

• Avoid short-circuits. A short-circuit may well destroy the

produc t. Cable s and connec tions mu st be well ins ulated.

• It is ess ential whe n connect ing the bat tery to en sure that th e

polari ty is corr ect.

• Origi nal plug con nector s and cable s may not be cut o ff or

change d - if need be, u se an adapter c able.

• Do not ex pose the ba ttery to e xcessive h eat or cold or t o direct

sunlig ht. Do not thr ow in the fir e. Do not place t he batte ry in
contact with water or other liquids.

• Charg e the batte ry only wi th chargi ng units in tended fo r the

purpo se and alway s use the bal ancer conne ction. I t is only by
using th e balancer c onnecti on that opt imum charg ing can be
ensure d. If this con nectio n is not used , charging i s subjec t to the
risks m entione d above. Bef ore charg ing, always f irst al low the
battery to cool to ambient temperature. Never charge while hot.

• When cha rging, pla ce the batt ery on a non -flamma ble,

heat-re sistant s upport . There shou ld be no flam mable or rea dily
ignite d object s in the vici nity of the b attery.

• Durin g charging o r operati on, never leav e the batte ry

unsupervised.

• Do not fa il to keep to the r ecommen ded charge /discharg e

current.

• The bat tery cas ing must no t be damaged . It is essent ial to

avoid dam age by sharp o bjects s uch as knive s or the like, f rom
dropping, impact, bending etc. Damaged batteries may no
longer be used.

• Batt eries are no t toys. They s hould be kep t away from ch ildren.

3. Charging instructions: Lithium batteries are charged according
to the CC-CV pr ocedure. CC s tands for “co nstant cu rrent“, whic h
is appli ed during t he first p hase of cha rging. Onc e the batte ry

reaches the maximum voltage configured in the charger, it switches
to CV (cons tant volt age) for the se cond phas e of chargin g. The
battery voltage no longer increases. The charging current now
falls co ntinuous ly until the b attery i s fully cha rged. The ma ximum
chargi ng curren t for the bat tery is 1C (C=nomin al capaci ty of the
batte ry, e.g. for a ba ttery wi th a nominal c apacit y of 2700 mA,
the max imum charg ing curren t for the bat tery is 270 0 mA (2.7
A)). Never cha rge severa l batteri es togeth er from a sin gle charge r.
Diff ering sta tes of charg e and capac ities can l ead to overc harging
and destruction.

4. Storage instructions: Lithium bat teries sho uld be stor ed
charge d to 20-50 % of th eir capac ity and at a te mperatur e of 15-18
°C. If the c ell voltag e falls belo w 3 V, they should b e recharge d. Deep
discha rge and sto rage when di scharge d (call volta ge <3 V) will
render the battery unusable.

No liability is accepted for normal wear and tear. This guarantee
does not a pply for de fects a ttribu table to imp roper use, i nadequat e
maintenance, third-party interference or mechanical damage.
This applies, in particular, to used batteries and batteries clearly
showin g signs of use. D amage and lo ss of perf ormance du e to
improper handling and/or overload are not product faults. Batteries
are cons umables an d subject t o a certain a geing. Thi s is influe nced
by fact ors such as t he charge /discharge c urrent s, the charg ing
proced ure, the ope rating an d storage te mperatu res and the s tate
of charg e during st orage. The a geing show s itself in, a mong othe r
things , an irrever sible los s of capaci ty. In the mode l field, w here
batte ries are fr equentl y used to supp ly motors , very high c urrents
can fl ow from time t o time.

6. Exclusion of liability: Since we are unab le to have any con trol
over charge/discharge, handling, compliance with assembly and
operating instructions, battery replacement and its care and
maintenance, Tamiya / Carson can accept no liability for loss, damage
or cost s incurre d. Any claim f or damage s that may re sult from
operat ion, fail ure or faul ty opera tion or tha t is in any way rel ated
theret o will ther efore be re fused. We a ccept no lia bility f or perso nal
injur y or materia l damage and t heir cons equence s that aris e from
our delivery.

Les erreurs de manipulation peuvent provoquer des explosions,

3. Consignes relatives à la recharge: La recharg e des accus

lithiu m se fait sel on le princi pe CC-CV. CC (« constan t current » –
courant constant) signifie que la recharge s’effectue durant une
premiè re phase ave c un courant d e charge con stant. Lo rsque l’acc u
atteint la tension de charge maximale paramétrée dans le chargeur,

la recha rge bascu le en mode CV (« co nstant vo ltage » – tens ion
const ante). Ainsi, la te nsion de l’ac cu n’augment e plus. Le cour ant de
charge d iminue en co ntinu jusq u’à ce que la re charge so it achevée.
Le coura nt de charge m aximal es t de 1C (C=capacité n ominale de
l’accu). Exe mple : le cour ant de char ge pour un acc u d’une capa cité
nomina le de 2700 mA ne de vra pas dép asser 2700 mA (2 ,7 A). Ne
rechar gez jamais p lusieur s accus en mêm e temps avec le m ême
charge ur. Les diff érences d e capacit é et d’état de ch arge peuve nt
entraîner des surcharges et détruire les accus.

4. Consignes relatives à l’entreposage: Les accus lith ium
doiven t être entre posés dan s un état de ch arge compr is entre 20
et 50 % de leu r capacit é et à une tempé rature com prise ent re 15 et
18 °C. Lors que la tensi on des éléme nts desce nd en desso us de 3 V,
l’accu doi t être impé rativeme nt rechar gé. Une déch arge profo nde et
un stoc kage à l’état dé chargé (te nsion des él éments < 3 V) r endent
l’accu inutilisable.

5. Garantie générale: Vous bénéficiez de la garantie légale

Avver tenze di sicu rezza bat terie:

1. Generalità: Le batterie al l itio sono a ccumulat ori elet trici con

un’elevata densità di energia che possono comportare dei pericoli.
Per tale motivo devono essere caricate, scaricate, stoccate e utilizzate
con particolare attenzione. Leggere molto attentamente le presenti
istru zioni pri ma di usare l a batter ia per la prim a volta. At tenersi
scrup olosame nte alle av vertenz e e alle istr uzioni pe r l’uso qui
contenu te. L’uso improp rio può com portar e rischi d i esplosio ne,
surriscaldamento o incendio. La mancata osservanza delle presenti
istruzioni per l’uso determina l’usura precoce o persino difetti della
batteria stessa. Tali istruzioni devono essere conservate in un luogo
sicuro e, i n caso di ce ssione de lla batte ria, conse gnate sen za eccezi oni

• Rispettare scrupolosamente le correnti di caricamento/
scaricamento.

• L’involuc ro della ba tteria no n deve esse re danneg giato. Evi tare
assolutamente danneggiamenti mediante oggetti affilati come
lame o simi li o a causa d i cadute, ur ti, pieg ature, ecc . Le batter ie
danneggiate non possono più essere utilizzate.

3. Indicazioni per il caricamento: Le batterie al litio vengono

caric ate secon do la proce dura CC-CV. CC sta pe r “constant c urrent ”
(corren te costan te) e signif ica che in qu esta pri ma fase il c aricame nto
viene ef fett uato con una c orrente c ostante. S e la batte ria raggi unge

la tensione di carica massima impostata nel caricabatterie, il
caric amento pa ssa alla fa se success iva con com mutazio ne alla CV
(“consta nt voltage ” = tension e costant e). La tension e della bat teria
non continua ad aumentare. Finché il caricamento non è completato,
la corre nte di cari ca si riduc e continua mente. La co rrente di c arica
massim a per la batt eria è di 1 C (C = cap acità nom inale dell a batter ia;
ad es. una b atteri a con una cap acità nom inale di 2700 m A può esser e
caric ata con una co rrente di c arica no n superio re a 2700 mA (2,7 A)).
Non caricare mai più batterie contemporaneamente con lo stesso
caric abatter ie. I dif ferenti s tati di ca rica e le div erse cap acità pos sono
determinarne il sovraccarico e il deterioramento.

4. Indicazioni per lo stoccaggio: Le batterie al litio devono essere
caric ate con una c apacità i mmessa de l 20-50 % e a una t emperatu ra di
15-18 °C. Se la tens ione delle c elle scend e sotto i 3 V, ric aricar le subito.
Lo scar icamento c ompleto e l o stoccag gio in sta to di scari ca (tensio ne
