VOLUME SETTING
Important!!!
The sound simulator is basicall y intended for oper ation with 2-3 cell LiPo or 5-9 cell NiMh b atteries. Bat teries with a greate r number of cells or high er voltage may be used. However, in this c ase it must be no ted that the volume cont rol may only be used up to level 5 !!!!
· Activate sound simulator by briefly operating the accelerator lever
· The simul ator has 8 volume levels
· Button “+“ increase volume
· Button “+“ reduce volume
Important:
The simula tor has electroni c temperature moni toring. If too much heat builds up, the volume is too loud or t here is not enough coo ling, the equipmen t will shut off.
SAFETY NOTICES
This prod uct is not a toy. The volume that can be rea ched with this produ ct can cause hearing damage. Please be sure to maintain a su fficient distance from the speaker. Please read th e instruc tions in the manual ca refully, since errone ous settings can damage the product . Please ensure that suffi cient ventilation and heat remov al is provided when th e product is insta lled. Applyin g too much voltage can d estroy the produc t, please pay atten tion to the manufac turer’s specifications.
Please ensu re that the sound is not ove rloaded or sound s distorted when a djusting the volume. (reduce the vo lume !!!) Disconne ct the motor cable to p revent injuries caused by rotati ng parts when programming the simulato r. The volume set ting depends on the input voltage !! (see volume setting)
INSTALLATION
The sound simulator is attached using the a dhesive tape inclu ded in the scope of del ivery. Please ensu re that this is securel y attached during motion.
CONNECTING THE SOUND SIMULATOR
· Connec t battery using t he BEC connection ( power supply). The connectin g cable included in the scope of supply is u sed for this. (use T-Plug or Tamiya connec ting cable depen ding on batter y)
· Use Y-cabl e to connect the simul ator, the drive controller and the rece iver
· Connec t AUX connector to free slot of rece iver (e.g. 3rd channel)
