Unfor tunately, as heated or cooled air escapes, your comfort system wo rks a little
harder, and costs yo u money in lost efficiency. Carrie r Perfor mance series HRVs
and ERVs are designed to expel s tale, polluted indoor air and refresh your home
with clean, ou tside air. These units maintain higher energy efficiency b y
recovering heat or ener gy from t he outgoing air and transf erring it to fresh,
incoming air. This allows the incomi ng air to more closely match the tempe rature
of air circulating through your home. By minimizing heat l oss and helping
maintain proper humidit y, these units can maximi ze energy efficiency while
lowering utili ty costs.

Our high-efficiency heat recovery core recovers up to
84% of heat or energy from stale indoor air being
exhausted and transfers it to the clean, incoming
outdoor air for maximum comfort with minimal heat
loss. The core also removes excess humidity from
recirculated air allowing you to save money by feeling
comfortable at higher temperatures in the summer and
lower temperatures in the winter.

Consistent Comfort Control

Our electronic circuit board controls ventilator operation
as needed, adjusting air circulation modes and motor
speeds for optimum ventilation and comfort.
By preventing frost build-up within the system, our
damper defrost keeps your ventilator performing at its
best while eliminating the need for a supplemental,
energy-consuming electric defroster. The defrost
unction engages when outdoor temperatures drop
f
below 23 degrees Fahrenheit.
