Urbane II Basin Pop-up Waste Assembly
Installation Instructions

Plug and Waste Installation Procedure

1. Disassemble the Rubber Washer, Waste Nut and Wing
Nut as shown in Fig. 1.

2. Apply flexible sealant to the underside face of the Waste

Body as shown.

3. Fit Waste Body and Stud into basin waste hole and
centralise the Top Cap.

4. Fit Rubber Washer to the Waste Nut and slide onto the
Stud and centralise with the underside of the basin waste,
secure with Wing Nut and Metal Washer as detailed in

Fig.1. Important: Do not overtighten.

5. Disassemble the Top Cap from the Pop-up Waste

Mechanism as shown in Fig.1. The Top Cap assembly
can be unscrewed by hand.

6. Wipe away excessive sealant around the flange of the
Waste Body.

7. Screw the Top Cap assembly back onto the Pop-up
Waste Mechanism. Ensure the Pop-up assembly is
centralised with the basin waste.
