STANDARDS:
1. Face Plate: 3/16” (5) thick hot rolled steel, 2” (51) square holes with 1/2”
(13) fret.
2. Sleeve: 3/16” (5) thick hot rolled steel.
3. Wire Mesh: 10 gauge [.135] (3) x #2 mesh.
4. Backer Plate: 3/16” (5) hot rolled steel, perforated to match faceplate.
5. Angles: 2”x2”x3/16” (51x51x5) hot rolled furnished loose for field
welding.
6. Damper: Balancing opposed blade damper, adjustable for volume air,
front operated.
7. Security Bars: 1/2” (13) dia. cold rolled steel bars. 6” (152) O.C. both
ways, welded at each end and every intersection.
8. Finish: White Prime Coat.
OPTIONS:
1. Angles furnished without mounting holes, for field
welding to sleeve.
2. Backing plate can be hardened, consult factory for
pricing.
3. Damper can be rear operated.
