Experiment with these suggested settings when dialing in your tone.
You can also tailor your sound with the type of pickups you use and
where they are placed on the guitar.
Humbuckers (dual coil pickups) generally have higher output than
singlecoil pickups, and tend to overdrive more easily. Singlecoils
usually have a brighter, ‘clearer’ tone but less body to the sound. In
addition, a pickup sounds tighter and more crisp closer to the
bridge and has a warmer, more rounded sound closer to the neck.

1. Input Socket: This is a high impedance unbalanced mono jack
socket. Connect your guitar here using a high quality, shielded
instrument lead.
2. Clean Gain: Adjusts the gain applied to the signal when in clean
mode. Use this to balance volumes when switching channels.
3. Channel Switch: ‘Clean’ mode is enabled with the switch out. When
pushed in, ‘lead’ mode is enabled. The switch must be out to use a
footswitch.
4. Channel Indicator LED: Will illuminate to show when the lead
channel is active
5. Lead Gain: Controls the amount of gain added to the lead channel
Adding gain causes harmonic distortion of the signal, producing a
fuller, crunchier sound for use in rock music.
6. Boost Switch: When pushed in, this adds a gain boost to the lead
channel. This gives an extra bit of drive to the sound.
7. Bass: This is used to control the level of bass or low frequency
sound. Turn clockwise for boost, anti-clockwise for cut.
8. Mid: As with bass control but offers mid boost or scoop.
9. Treble: As with bass control but for treble or high frequencies
10. Reverb: Short for ‘reverberation.’ Adds an echoing character to the
sound to simulate an acoustic environment. Turn clockwise to
increase the amount added to the signal.
Note: In some conditions (very high reverb and volume settings) the
reverb can feedback. If this happens, the reverb level should be
decreased until the feedback dies away.
11. Volume: Sets the overall volume level for the combo. Turn
clockwise to increase volume.
12. Audio In: 3.5mm line level jack socket for connection of external
audio devices (e.g. mp3 player, CD player), allowing you to play
along to songs/recordings.

socket and plug are easily accessible during use.
Note: The unit is not fully isolated from the mains unless the
power cable is removed or the plug socket it is attached to is
turned off.
4. Footswitch Socket: For the connection of a footswitch for
remote channel switching and enabling/disabling of reverb.
Note: Footswitch will only work if the channel select button is
pushed out.
