Wiring Diagram

The output voltage is propor­tional to the highest current
value in the 3 conductors
which are drawn through the
holes of the current metering
transformer.

By drawing each conductor
several times through the
hole, the output voltage is
multiplied by the number of
times each conductor is
drawn through the hole.

Mode of Operation

This makes it possible to use
the current metering trans­formers, e.g. type MP 3005,
for measuring far below the
nominal range.
