Standard nylon (300°F) or soft flexible polyethylene
(150°F) blades will sharpen and contour to your specific
application with usage
Stainless scrapers are NSF Listed and feature chisel
point blades and tapered sides for superior scraping action
Heavy-duty, threaded, stainless steel handles have
plastic grips (end and center) to provide comfort and heat
resistance when used in high temperature or high viscosity
applications
Available as a nylon handle/paddle combination for
lower temperature and lower viscosity uses
Smooth finished, water-proof construction for easy cleanup
All stainless scrapers feature fully sealed handle
construction to eliminate bacteria harboring food traps
