Introduction
Congratulations on your investment! You are now the owner of a
Nutri-Tech Air Purification System, a state-of-the art air purifier
designed to improve the quality of the air you breathe indoors!
Carico International has been a leader in supplying quality health
products for over 30 years! Your Carico Nutri-Tech Air Purification
System is ideal for purifying approximately 675 square feet 2 times
per hour/1350 square feet of your indoor environment through an
exclusive Multi-Stage Full Spectrum® Cartridge which collects up to
99% of airborne pollutants.
Please take time to read through your Owner’s Manual to help
understand how your unit works and for important information on
replacement cartridges and periodic maintenance.

Getting Started
FRESH CLEAN AIR
Note: Your air purifier can be
used in any room in the house
or in most working environments. Place your unit in a location on the floor which allows air
to circulate freely around and
into the front louvers, and out
the top grill (Fig. 1).
Avoid placing anything on top
of your unit! Items will restrict
air flow and even small items
can fall through the grill and
damage the fan. Do not use an
extension cord and keep in a
dry area! (see Fig. 2 on next
page).

How your Air Purifier Works
The Nutri-Tech air purifier has an exclusive multi-stage full spectrum
purification system . . . this means as air passes through the unit, it is
cleaned MULTIPLE times! The cartridge is an innovative, technological
break-through incorporating the following stages:

“TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, THIS
EQUIPMENT HAS A GROUNDING TYPE PLUG THAT HAS A THIRD
(GROUNDING) PIN. THIS PLUG WILL ONLY FIT INTO A GROUNDING TYPE
POWER OUTLET. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT INTO THE OUTLET, CONTACT QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO INSTALL THE PROPER OUTLET. DO

Carefully remove the unit from the carton and remove and discard the
plastic bag covering the unit. Please read the warning label at the end of
the electrical plug, and leave it in place for the life of your unit (Fig. 3).

Su purificador de aire Nutri-Tech tiene un sistema exlusivo de purificación
de espectro completo de Múltiples Etapas. . . esto significa que el aire al
pasar por la unidad es limpiado ¡Múltiples Veces! Si tiene olores fuertes,
nosotros le recomendamos el “Modelo Delujo” el cuál tiene una etapa adi-
cional deodorizante. El cartucho es un descubrimiento innovativo de la
tecnología más avanzada, incorporando
las siguientes etapas:

FACTO TIENE UN ENCHUFE CON CONEXION A TIERRA, EL CUAL TIENE UNA TER-
CERA ESPIGA (QUE CONECTA A TIERRA). ESTE ENCHUFE SE PUEDE CONECTAR
UNICAMENTE A UN TOMACORRIENTE DEL TIPO CON CONEXIO NA TIERRA. SI EL
ENCHUFE NO ENCAJA EN EL TOMACORRIENTE, PONGASE EN CONTACTO CON
PERSONAL CALIFICADO PARA INSTALAR EL TOMACORRIENTE APROPIADO. NO
ALTERE EL ENCHUFE DE NINGUNA MANERA.”
Remueva la unidad cuidadosamente de la caja y remueva y bote la bolsa
plástica que cubre la unidad. Por favor lea el aviso en la etiqueta al final del
enchufe y déjelo en su lugar durante toda la vida de su unidad. (Fig. 3)
