1°) La garantie s’applique à compter de la date de livraison, pour une période de 12 mois consécutifs sauf pour
les pièces et accessoires extérieur et portant une marque propre, qui ne sont compris dans notre garantie que
dans la limite des garanties accordées par les fournisseurs de ces pièces.
2°) La garantie est réduite de moitié dans le cas où le matériel serait utilisé jour et nuit.
La garantie concerne le remplacement ou la réparation dans nos ateliers de toute pièce
défectueuse par la société CAPLAIN Machines à la suite d’un défaut de matière ou d’un
vice de conception. La réparation, la modification ou le remplacement des pièces pendant la
période de garantie, ne peuvent avoir pour effet de prolonger le délai de garantie du matériel.
Les pièces remplacées restent la propriété de CAPLAIN, les frais de port et d’emballage
restent à la charge de l’acheteur.
3°) La garantie ne s’applique pas aux remplacements ou aux réparations qui résulteraient de
l’usure normale du matériel, de détérioration ou d’accident provenant de négligences, de
défaut de surveillance ou d’entretien, d’installation défectueuse, d’utilisation dans des
conditions différentes de celles spécifiées dans la documentation ou dans la notice d’entretien
du matériel et de tout autre motif échappant à notre contrôle.
4°) La garantie ne saurait en aucun cas entraîner une responsabilité quelconque de notre part
pour des préjudices tels que l’immobilisation des installations de l’acheteur, accident aux
personnes, dommages à des biens distincts de l’objet du contrat, manque à gagner, etc. et
n’implique en aucun cas la possibilité d’une demande de dommage et intérêts ou indemnités.
5°) Notre garantie disparaît immédiatement et complètement si le matériel fourni a été
démonté, modifié ou réparé par une autre personne qu’une personne appartenant au service
technique CAPLAIN ou habilité par celui-ci.
6°) La garantie ne sera effective qu’après le retour des pièces défectueuses en nos usines
pour contrôle technique.
7°) Toutes détériorations dues à une mauvaise utilisation ou un manque d’entretien annulera
notre garantie.
8°) La société CAPLAIN Machines n’est pas responsable des éventuels dommages qui
pourraient subvenir aux personnes ou aux choses lors de l’installation, l’utilisation et de
l’entretien.
Les caractéristiques techniques et les dessins sont purement indicatifs.
La société CAPLAIN Machines se réserve la possibilité d’apporter à n’importe quel moment
les variations qu’elle jugera nécessaire sur ces produits.

MANUTENTION
La machine est fixée sur sa palette par 2 vis écrou.
Pour tout transport, il est impératif d’utiliser ce seul mode de fixation / emballage.
La manutention doit être effectuée avec soit un transpalette, soit un élévateur approprié.

MISE EN SERVICE
L’opérateur se place devant la machine.
Le tableau de commande se trouve sur le capot de la machine. Et le levier de changement de
vitesse se trouve sur le coté droit de la machine.
Tourner la grille de protection.
Baisser la cuve (qui aura au préalable été bloquée) pour changer d’outil.
Dans le cas d’un BT60C, utiliser le bouton «BAS » sur le coté de la machine
Relever la cuve. (Celle-ci étant muni d’un micro-contact, la machine ne peut fonctionner que
si la cuve est relevée)
Dans le cas d’un BT60C, utiliser le bouton «HAUT » sur le coté de la machine
Introduire les ingrédients dans la cuve.
Refermer la grille de protection. Celle-ci étant munie d’un micro-contact, la machine ne peut
fonctionner que si la grille est en position ouverte.
Sélectionner un temps de travail sur la minuterie (INDISPENSABLE sinon la machine ne se
met pas en route)
Appuyer sur le bouton vert MARCHE.( permet de démarrer la machine)
Augmenter ou réduire la vitesse à l’aide du levier de vitesse.
La vitesse se choisie en fonction du travail à effectuer.
UNE FOIS LE TEMPS DE TRAVAIL ECOULE, LA MACHINE STOPPE.
La machine étant équipée d’un interrupteur manque de tension, en cas de coupure de
courant ou d’arrêt par le bouton rouge « stop », il est nécessaire de refaire les opérations cidessus.

Laver la cuve et l’outil après chaque utilisation avec une eau claire à l'aide d'une éponge; puis
essuyer avec un chiffon propre et sec.
L'emploi de nettoyant alimentaire est possible. Il vous appartient de vérifier si ceux-ci sont
compatibles avec les dernières normes alimentaires et qu'ils ne risquent pas d'entraîner de
dégradation de la machine.
Le corps du batteur sera lavé à l'éponge humide après chaque utilisation et essuyer avec un
chiffon doux et propre. Ne pas utiliser de produit à récurer ni tampon abrasif.
Il ne faut en aucun cas, pendant le fonctionnement du batteur, introduire au travers des grilles
de protections un objet quelconque. Ceci pour votre sécurité et le maintien en bon état de
votre machine.
Après les 3 premiers mois de travail, vérifier la tension des courroies.
Graisser le berceau de cuve une fois tous les 4 ou 5 mois. Pour cela, utiliser une Graisse
Alimentaire Réf. GA.
ENTRETIEN & CONTROLE
ATTENTION TRES IMPORTANT
POUR TOUTE INTERVENTION D'ENTRETIEN, DE CONTROLE OU DE REPARATION,
VERIFIER QUE LA MACHINE NE SE TROUVER PAS SOUS TENSION ELECTRIQUE.
POUR UNE LONGUE VIE DE VOTRE BATTEUR, IL EST IMPERATIF DE NE JAMAIS
UTILISER DE NETTOYEUR A HAUTE PRESSION POUR LE NETTOYAGE DE LA
MACHINE. La pression fait monter l'eau par les ouïes d'aération, dans le corps de l'appareil,
endommage l'intérieur et risque de provoquer des courts-circuits et une corrosion prématurée
de la marche et ainsi de commettre des dommages annulant la garantie.

3. THE UNIT COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING:

UNPACKING SO THAT ANU RESERVATIONS MAY BE PROVED AS TO QUANLITY AND
QUANTITY WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERY ORDER AND TO YOUR ORDER. WE MUST
IMMEDIATELY BE NOTIFIED ON ANYTHING MISSING.
5. THE INSTALLATION, START-UP OPERATION AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
MUST BE HANDLED BY QUALIFIED STAFF.
6. THE MACHINE MUST BE PLACED ON A CONCRETE BASE.

DIRECTION FOR USING
The user must be in the front side of the machine. Ha can see the control panel of the
machine.
The control panel is on the front side of the machine..
Turn the safety grid.
Lower the bowl (the bowl must be locked) and change the tool corresponding to the use you
want.
In case of a BT60C model, use the “DOWN” button on the side of the machine
Raise the bowl. (The machine can be used only if the bowl is raised).
In case of a BT60C model, use the “RISE” button on the side of the machine
Put the ingredients in the bowl .
Close the safety grid. The machine can’t be used if the safety grid is opened.
Choose the work time in using the timer. The machine can’t be used if you don’t use the
timer.
Push the « START » button to start the machine.
Use the speed lever to change the speeds. The speed must be changed when the machine
is stopped
The speed is changed following to the work you want to do.
WHEN THE TIME IS UP THE MACHINE STOPS.
The machine is equipped with a safety switch. , in case of power stop or a stop with the
emergency stop button, it’s necessary to repeat the above steps.
