20Mj/hr Power-Flo Burners

The most advanced custom designed
burners in the industry, from true simmering
to an incredibly powerful 20Mj/hr. The
burners have auto re-ignition and are
designed to distribute heat evenly.

Hot Surface Ignition

Electronic thermostat is used to monitor
the oven temperature so that the burner
turns off when the oven reaches the
desired temperature. This is a very

accurate and efcient system.

Motorised Rotisserie System

Allows you to roast mouth-watering,
evenly cooked meals at up to 290°C.
Rotisserie spit rod and prongs are made
of heavy duty stainless steel and are built
to last and easy to clean.

Infra-Q BBQ/Teppanyaki Grill Plate

Powerful Infra-Q ceramic tile burner that
can produce temperatures in excess of

500°C for quick, efcient searing.

Pyrolytic Cleaning System

During this unique cleaning process the
oven door is locked and the interior is
superheated to 500°C. This turns food
spoils into ash which can be easily wiped
away with a damp sponge making
cleaning a breeze.
