Use this product only one person at a time.
Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened.
Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tightened every three months or as needed.
Do not overturn back tilt knob when decreasing tension.
Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as head covering,
as it may cause suocation.
Do not use chair as a stepladder.
Use this chair for its intended purpose only.
To reduce the risk of injury, read the following safety instructions
before assembling.

Requires 1, 2, 3,
Insert ve casters 1 into base 2.

Push hard until you feel or hear the
caster 1 snap into place.
Insert cylinder 3 into base 2.
Step 2
Requires 4, 5, 8, 12,
Assembly
Attach seat plate 4 to seat cushion 5 with
the arrow towards the front of the chair.
Insert four screws 8 into the seat plate 4.
Fully tighten all screws using hex wrench 12.
Step 3
Requires 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8,
Place the seat plate 4 on top of cylinder 3
and apply downward pressure.

Requires 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12,
Open the velcro on both sides of seat rst,
then place the back cushion 6 on the seat
cushion 5 and use two screws 9 to attach
the lower screw holes on seat cushion 5.
Step 5
Requires 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12,
Push the back cushion 6 up to a vertical
position and attach the seat cushion 5
by using two screws 9 then cover the
velcro back.
Step 6
Requires 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
Attach arms 7 to seat cushion 5 and back
cushion 6 using four screws 10.
Tighten screws using hex wrench 12,
