1. Remove all packaging materials, staples and packing straps from the carton.
2. Refer to Parts List and Hardware List, and ensure parts and hardware are correct before assembly.
Contact customer service for missing parts.
3. Place all wooden parts on a clean, flat and soft surface (e.g. carpet or rug) to prevent parts from getting scratched.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
1. KEEP ALL HARDWARE PARTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
2. DISPOSE PLASTIC PACKAGING MATERIAL IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID ANY RISK OF SUFFOCATION TO
CHILDREN AND ANIMALS.
TIPS FOR ASSEMBLY
1. Allow ample room for assembly and in close proximity to where product will be placed.
2. Assemble the product on a surface that does not scratch or damage the exterior gloss and finish of the furniture.
3. Identify all of the parts, hardware and quantities required for each step.
4. During assembly, do not over-tighten any fittings as this may cause damage.
5. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THIS PRODUCT.
6. Always place the product on a flat, level surface.
7. Do not sit or stand on the partially assembled product; only use the product for which it is intended.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the product. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaning material.
• Check all the fittings periodically and re-tighten as necessary. Do not use the product if any of the parts is
damaged or broken.
• Never allow any kind of liquid to remain on your furniture. Absorption can cause wood to warp or delaminate.
• Do not place hot items (e.g. hot drinks) directly onto the wood surface.
• Do not drag and/or pull the furniture.
This product is for indoor and household use only - not for commercial use.

Fasten Wood Feet (S) to the Footboard (D).
Note:
For illustrative purpose, the Footboard and Wood Feet is shown right-side up.
It is easier to assemble the Wood Feet to the Footboard with the Footboard place bottom-side up.

fitted with Flat Washer (M). Use Allen
Wrench (P) to drive (I).

end of (R) to (F). Note that the leg end of
(R) is adjustable.
Install Iron Rail (F) to the Side Board (E). .

a) Lay Side Board (E) bottom-side up on a flat surface & soft material to prevent scratch and damage.
b) Align bolt holes on Iron Rail (F) to bolt holes on (E).
c) Use Bolt (J) fitted with Flat Washer (M) to fasten (F) to (E). Use Allen Wrench (P) to drive (J). Do not
tighten (J) completely until all 4 bolts are in place.

Install Metal L-Plate (L) to Sideboard (E).

a) Place metal L-Plate (L) on (E) as shown and align the bolt holes on each part
b) Use Bolt (H) fitted with Flat Washer (N) to fasten (L) to (E). Use Allen Wrench (O) to drive
(H). Do not tighten (H) completely until both bolts are in place.

Install Sideboard (E) to the Headboard (A) and Footboard (D).
a) With assistance, hold Headboard (A) vertically upright or set
(A) vertically against a wall.
b) Position a Side Board (E) as shown and place metal L-Plate

c) Use Bolt (H) fitted with Flat Washer (N) to fasten (L) to (B).
Do not tighten (H) completely until both bolts are in place.

Install Wooden Slats (G) and Support Leg (Q).

a) On each Wooden Slat (G), locate screw hole for Support Feet (Q) and use Bolt (J) fitted with Flat
Washer (M) to fasten (Q) to (G). Note that the leg end of (Q) is adjustable.
b) Locate screw hole on Iron Rail (F) to fasten (G) and use Bolt (K) fitted with Flat Washer (M) to
fasten (Q) to (G). Use Allen Key (P) to drive (K).
c) Set the bed at the designated space. Adjust the individual Support Feet (Q & R) to ensure each leg
rest firmly on the floor.
The assembly of the bed is complete.
