leverage an imaging and capture platform that widens options for information sharing
and improves collaboration.

The ScanFront 300e/300eP scanners are ideal for capturing and

Easy To Deploy, Manage, and Use
The ScanFront 300e/300eP scanners are scalable solutions
that simply plug directly into any Ethernet network, eliminating
the requirement for separate dedicated computers. System
administrators can remotely manage and configure multiple
scanners—even a mixed deployment, including ShareScanenabled imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems—from a central
location using the ShareScan Administration Console. The
scanners also include a color touch-screen that lets users easily
select scanning functions and preview digitized documents.
And the ShareScan user interface is intuitive, helping to simplify
device usage and improve workflow efficiencies.
Efficient, Seamless Integration
The ScanFront 300e/300eP scanners are compatible with both
Microsoft
network address books, including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus
Notes, and LDAP, and databases such as Microsoft Access,
Microsoft SQL, and Oracle
Application Connectors allows users to send scanned documents
directly into business applications. With the ShareScan architecture, the ScanFront 300e/300eP scanners broaden the range of

Enhanced Security
The ScanFront 300e/300eP scanners support native integration
to Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory for log-in
authentication to help prevent unauthorized access. Additionally,
the scanners can create audit trails, including activity logging
and document tracking, as well as offer a Fingerprint Reader for
device-level user authentication.
