Compartment I, is for prewash powder detergent. The recommended quantity is 60 gm of detergent (for 5 kg of laundry).
Compartment II, is for wash powder detergent. The recommended quantity is 120 gm of detergent (for 5 kg of laundry).
• The compartment is for bleach. The recommended quantity is 7 cl.
• The compartment is for fabric conditioners, scenting agents and special additives. The recommended quantity is 5 cl.
The detergent compartment has two guidance lines:
• RECOMMENDED (lower line). This indicates the recommended level for the prewash and wash compartments.

AUTOMATIC VARIABLE CAPACITY – FUZZY LOGIC ELECTRONICS
This machine has electronics that automatically process all stages of the wash to ensure exceptional results and at the same time save you time and money. Once a programme has been selected, the machine
optimises the following elements
depending on the wash load and type of fabric:
- quantity of water and power consumption
-wash time
-drum rotation rate
-rinse efficiency
The washing machine also:
- detects suds and increases the amount of rinse water if necessary
- adjusts spin speed according to load distribution, thus forestalling any imbalance in the mechanism.

PROGRAMME SELECTION
Select as follows:
Check the programme table and set the desired programme using selector
(A)
Select the options as permitted: the options available via the keys depend on which programme is selected. If a key flashes when pressed, the options it offers are not available. If it remains lit, they are. Options can be seen on the display (V).
Press the Start/ Pause button. The door lock lamp will light up and the display will show three dashes (- - -) and then the average duration of the programme selected. After 10-15 minutes, during which time the water temperature, amount of washing, etc. are determined, the display will show the time remaining to the end of the wash cycle.
• Because the machine is electronic, the programme may take up to one minute to commence. Its fuzzy logic programming technology gives this machine smart monitoring capabilities, enabling it to adapt water levels, washing rates and spin speeds with no further intervention by the user.
NOTE: A special memory unit stores the programme choice in case of power failure, so that the machine will resume washing at the point where it left off when power is restored.
END OF CYCLE: At the end of the cycle the lights go out and the display reads (0 0 0). After 2 minutes, the display begins to flash. This means that the washing can be removed. Press Start/ Pause and set the control to OFF.

It is also recommendable for washing baby clothes, heavily soiled clothes which need large amounts of bleach and spongy articles which tend to retain bleach.

USE OF THE SELECTION CONTROLS
I.
EASY IRON BUTTON
This function helps reduce creasing, depending on the programme selected and the type of fabric washed.
MIXED FABRICS:
- the water is cooled gradually to prevent heat shock
- the drum is not moved mechanically during emptying
- a mild spin is used to ensure that fibres are smoothed out as much as possible.
DELICATE FABRICS (OTHER THAN WOOLLENS):
- The machine operates as indicated above and stops with the drum full of water after the last rinse.
WOOLLENS:
- The machine stops with the drum full of water.
To complete the cycle for delicates and woollens, proceed as follows
1.- Disengage the Easy Iron (wrinkle reduction) button. The cycle will then run to completion, with emptying and spin.
2.- Or just empty the drum:
- stop the machine by pressing Start/ Stop.
- set the programme control to OFF.
- select programme .
- wait 5 seconds.
- start up the machine.

SPECIAL RINSE PROGRAMME
This programme runs through three rinses and a spin at 800 rpm (spin speed can be reduced or spin can be eliminated completely). This can be used to rinse all types of fabric, e.g. after hand washing.
SPECIAL VIGOROUS SPIN PROGRAMME
This runs through a spin cycle at 1200 rpm (spin speed can be reduced)
EMPTY ONLY
This empties the water from the machine.
MIX & WASH The MIX & WASH programme enables all types of fabric to be washed together.
- Never mix coloureds that dye.
- New coloured items should be washed separately the first time.

2. With the Cottons programmes (WHITES 90º - FAST COLOUREDS 60º) automatic whitening can
be obtained by adding bleach to dispenser .
3. The machine is designed to add fabric softener automatically during the last rinse in all wash
cycles.‘
