The Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also
may have other legal rights that vary from state to state. The
warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
Limitation of Warranty Liabilities:
Your sole and exclusion remedy pursuant to this Limited
Warranty is the repair of replacement of defective parts or

for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or
consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings,
business interruption, lost business information, property

Any action against CAMX based on an alleged breach of
warranty must be filed in court within 1 year of the claimed
breach.
Entire Obligation:
This document states the entire obligation of CAMX with
respect to the product. If any part of this Limited Warranty

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
ALWAYS TREAT YOUR CROSSBOW WITH THE RESPECT
DUE ANY FIREARM OR SPORTING WEAPON:
Your crossbow is a powerful weapon and can be dangerous
if carelessly used. Treat your crossbow as if it were loaded
at all times.
ALWAYS POINT YOUR CROSSBOW IN
A SAFE DIRECTION:
Never point your crossbow at anything you do not
wish to destroy!
NEVER DRY FIRE YOUR CROSSBOW:
Even though your crossbow is equipped with an anti-dry fire
feature, attempting to shoot your crossbow without an arrow
may cause bodily injury or damage the crossbow and voids
the warranty.
BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET BEFORE YOU SHOOT:
While hunting keep in mind that many hunters wear camouflage. Never fire your crossbow until you have positively
identified your target. Additionally, be aware of your background and what lies beyond your target in the event that the
arrow passes through the intended target. Be aware of the
potential for ricochet.
NEVER RELEASE THE SAFETY UNTIL YOU
ARE IN POSITION TO FIRE:
Once ready and only after you have clearly identified your
target and the backstop is it SAFE to remove the safety and
FIRE. Attempting to alter or delete the safety and/or trigger
mechanism in any way can result in severe bodily injury
and/or death while voiding the warranty.
NEVER SHOOT ARROWS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF
PROJECTILE FROM YOUR CAMX CROSSBOW EXCEPT
FOR ARROWS RECOMMENDED AND SUPPLIED BY
CAMX OUTDOORS INC.
Shooting arrows other than specified by the manufacturer will
not only void your warranty but may damage your crossbow
and/or result in bodily injury.
NEVER SHOOT YOUR CROSSBOW WHILE ALONG SIDE
OR BEHIND OTHERS:
In the event the crossbow was to accidentally fail injuries
could result to not only the shooter but those especially
standing alongside the crossbow.
BEFORE SHOOTING ENSURE THAT THE CROSSBOW
LIMBS AND STRINGS ARE FREE OF OBSTRUCTIONS:
Make sure the crossbow is clear from striking obstacles like
tree limbs. While this will greatly affect the accuracy of the
arrow should this occur it may also result in damage to the
crossbow and/or cause bodily injury.
NEVER LOAD THE CROSSBOW WITH AN ARROW
UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SHOOT:
When walking, stalking and/or climbing NEVER load an
arrow in the crossbow because of the inherent dangers
of an exposed broadhead and/or points. Always unload
the crossbow before lowering it from, or climbing down
from a tree stand.
WARNING, KEEP FINGERS AND ALL BODY
PARTS CLEAR OF THE CROSSBOW’S STRING
AND CABLES PATH:
While your CAMX crossbow is equipped with the Thumbsaver™
feature, exposing hands, fingers, thumbs or other body parts to
the travel path of the string and cables will result in serious
bodily injury. Do not operate, attempt to alter or remove the
Thumbsaver™ Guards.
EYE & EAR PROTECTION:
As with any sporting weapon remember to take the appropriate
steps to ensure your safety while shooting with protective
items such as safety glasses.
INSPECT ARROWS PRIOR TO USE:
Shooting arrows that are damaged from delaminating,
splintering, cracks or impact crush marks can result in
serious bodily injury.
ALWAYS USE A PROPERLY DESIGNED CROSSBOW
TARGET AND BACKSTOP:
Be sure that your crossbow range or shooting area is located
in a spacious area free of buildings and that your target is
designed for crossbow use. Bag style targets work well for
practice tipped arrows and high-density, block-style foam
targets work well for broadheads.
REMEMBER YOU ARE SHOOTING A DANGEROUS WEAPON THAT IS CAPABLE OF CAUSING DEATH.
YOUR CROSSBOW IS A MECHANICAL DEVICE.
NEVER RELY ON ANY MECHANICAL DEVICE OR SAFETY FEATURE TO REPLACE SAFE HANDLING PRACTICES.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO ALTER OR MODIFY YOUR CROSSBOW IN ANY WAY!
