rise will be displayed during oven preheat in 5q=increments, starting at 100_::.

Latch oven "DOOR" to clean position. Press "CLEAN" key Display will indicate 3 hour c!ean
period. Two seconds after "GLEAN" key is pressed, control will automatically initiate "CLEAN"
operation.
Press "COOK TIME" key and rotate "TIME-TEMP" dial clockwise to desired hours and
minutesof cook time (Display will increment in S and 10minute increments). Two seconds
after last dial entry, control will assume "COOK TIME" and initiate cooking
Press "STOP TIME" key and rotate "TIME-TEMP" dial clockwise to desired stop hme for
bake or clean operation (Display will increment in S minute increments). Two seconds a_er
last dial entry, control will assume delayed operation.
Press "OFFICANCEL" key. Control wil cancel allcooking, cleaning and timing operat,ons
except timer. Display will return to time-of<lay display unless a timer operation is present.
