LoJack Protection Plus 5000 Warranty

Summary of Benefits

If you’ve purchased our Protection Plus 5000 Warranty, below is a summary of the key terms and conditions. Please register your new
LoJack® System at my.lojack.com or by calling 1-800-4-LOJACK (1-800-456-5225) to receive a complete description of the product,
its conditions, limitations and exclusions.

Protection Plus 5000

Within five (5) years from the date of installation of the LoJack® Stolen Vehicle Recovery System, if your vehicle is stolen within a
LoJack Coverage Area and not recovered within thirty (30) days from the time that the report of theft is officially recorded by the police,
or if the vehicle is recovered but declared a total loss as a result of the theft, the plan will pay you a Total Loss Benefit of $ 5,000 provided
the total benefit does not exceed the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle on the date of loss. For full details on Terms & Conditions, please refer
to your Protection Plus 5000 agreement.

Protection Plus 5000 (New York)

Within five (5) years from the date of installation of the LoJack® Stolen Vehicle Recovery System, if your vehicle is stolen within a
LoJack Coverage area and not recovered within thirty (30) days from the time that the report of theft is officially recorded by the police,
or if the vehicle is recovered but declared a total loss as a result of the theft, the warrantor will:
(a) Pay you a Total Loss Benefit of up to $2,500 in expenses not reimbursed by your primary insurance carrier, as well as
(b) On your behalf we will pay to the auto dealer a Replacement Benefit of up to $2,500 toward the purchase or lease of a replacement

vehicle at the originating dealership, provided the total benefit does not exceed the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle on the date of loss.

CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The LoJack® products covered by this warranty are permanently installed on the original owner’s covered vehicle and cannot be
transferred to another vehicle. You must have in effect at the time of the theft comprehensive insurance on your covered vehicle* in an
amount at least equal to the Actual Cash Value of your covered vehicle.

CANCELLATION
FLORIDA: You may cancel this Plan by giving written notice to Us, stating when, thereafter, the cancellation will be effective. If cancellation

is effected by You within sixty (60) days of purchase, the refund shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Plan price paid less
any claims paid and a cancellation fee not to exceed five percent (5%) of the Plan price paid. If you cancel this Plan after 60 days of
purchase, the refund shall be computed at ninety percent (90%) of the pro-rata unearned premium. If We cancel this Plan, one hundred
percent (100%) of the unearned pro-rata premium will be refunded.

ALL OTHER STATES: This contract is noncancelable and nonrefundable.

TRANSFER
FLORIDA AND NEW YORK: You may transfer the remaining coverage under this Plan when you sell your vehicle to another individual

(no dealers, brokers, etc.) prior to the expiration of this Plan.

ALL OTHER STATES: This contract is nontransferable.

The purchase of the warranty is voluntary and is not a requirement for the purchase, lease or financing of the covered vehicle

LoJack Extended Limited Warranty (XLW) Certificate

If you’ve purchased our extended limited warranty, you have enhanced your LoJack® Stolen Vehicle Recovery System or LoJack
System with Early Warning Upgrade by extending your LoJack 24-hour Limited Warranty as follows. If you didn’t purchase an Extended
Limited Warranty but are interested in finding out more, please contact a LoJack Sales Representative at 1·800·4·LOJACK.

LoJack Extended Limited Warranty: : We warrant that if, during the Extended Warranty Period (which is the period after the expiration of the two-year LoJack Limited Warranty and until the earlier of (a)
one activation or (b) seven years from date of installation, or the date of purchase, whichever is later; or (c) for so long as you own your vehicle), the Purchaser’s vehicle is stolen and not recovered within
twenty-four hours from the time that report of the theft is officially recorded by the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction, LoJack Corporation will pay you an amount equal to the purchase price paid

®

for your LoJack
up to $1,049 for LoJack Plus and Early Warning. For purposes of this warranty, the price paid does not include any fees for Early Warning service or any finance, lease, tax or other charges, including dealer
installation charges. This warranty applies only when both the theft of the vehicle and the report of the theft occur within the boundaries of a jurisdiction where the LoJack
time of the theft (see your LoJack Owner’s Manual, see coverage information at www.lojack.com or call 1-800-4-LOJACK (1-800-456-5225) for updated coverage information). This one-time payment of an
amount equal to the purchase price paid for the LoJack
with any claim under the LoJack Extended Limited Warranty, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide (i) dated/time-stamped proof of report of theft from the appropriate law enforcement agency;
(ii) dated proof of purchase of the LoJack

Conditions, Limitations and Exclusions: The LoJack
warranties are limited to the original retail purchaser and are not transferable nor refundable after installation of the LoJack
under this Extended Limited Warranty call 1-800-4-LOJACK (1-800-456-5225). You must present your vehicle and dated proof of purchase to a LoJack Installation Technician. LoJack
payment has been made pursuant to any LoJack warranty and units and parts that have been replaced become the propert y of LoJack Corporation and, at the option of LoJack Corporation, may be removed
from Purchaser’s vehicle or deactivated. Upon recovery of a stolen vehicle equipped with the LoJack
verify working condition and to revalidate this warranty. A vehicle equipped with the LoJack
Lifetime Extended Warranty unless the LoJack
will be removed or repaired at the owner’s expense. This warranty does not cover any LoJack
LoJack Technician. This warranty does not cover damage that results from faulty or leaky vehicle batteries, accident, misuse, abuse or damage caused by conditions in the vehicle, or improper voltage, or
from fire, flood, lightning or other acts of God. This warranty does not cover the loss of the contents of a vehicle or any original and/or aftermarket accessories installed or in the vehicle if it is stolen. This
warranty shall be null and void if it is determined that the report to the law enforcement agency of the theft of a vehicle equipped with the LoJack
reserves the right to make changes in design and improvements upon its products without assuming any obligation to install such changes upon any of its products previously manufactured or installed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitati on of incidental or consequential damages,
or do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

DO NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, ASSURE, OR OTHERWISE MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR OPERATION OF THE LOJACK
