Thank you for purchasing JOI, the ingenious lighting product that transforms candle
heat into LED light ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining.

SAFETY WARNING!

All candles have an inherent danger associated with their use in the form of an open
fl ame. Improper use of JOI or any other candle accessory can result in fi re, injury or
potentially death. Please recognize the risk of fi re and take the following precautions
when using JOI:

WARNING: NEVER USE LAMP OIL, FONDUE OIL OR ANY FUEL IN JOI OTHER
THAN A 4 HOUR, 5/8” (16 mm) HIGH TEA LIGHT CANDLE TO AVOID FLARES,

FIRE OR INJURY.

• Operate with 5/8” (16 mm) high, 4 hour tea lights only

(Use of other candles or fuels can result in fi re or injury)

• Operate on level surface

Never use liquid

to extinguish

Trim wick to 1/4” (6 mm)

before lighting

Keep out of reach of

children and pets

Never leave a burning

candle unattended

Do not move a
burning candle

Place candle and wick in

an upright position

Keep the wax pool clear of

matches and other debris

to avoid fl aring
