Features

Deflects air in oven cavity; for baking delicate foods like puff pastry
and meringue, so they do not fall or move on the baking pans due to
the powerful standard air flow of the fans.

The XC600
needed. Quick and easy on/off; no tools required.

Use one XC600 plate per oven fan. Full-size 4-shelf XAF oven models
have two fans, so require two XC600 plates.
