This Cactus PT-04 Wireless Flash Trigger is a powerful yet stable device to command external flashes wirelessly. With this wireless flash trigger, you can place different flashes at various angles and distances from the object without being hindered by wires. This is particularly useful for portrait and product photography.
Please read this instruction manual carefully and refer to the manual of your camera and flash if necessary.
The Cactus PT-04 Wireless Flash Trigger composes of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is to be attached on your camera while the receiver an external flash. When the transmitter is activated, it emits radio signal to the receivers and therefore triggers the external flashes.
Each receiver works with one flash. Number of receivers to be used with a transmitter is unlimited. In other words, you can control as many external flashes as you wish provided that you have enough receivers to work with them.
The transmitter is made of advanced electronic circuits and components. Its special energy-saving design allows a new battery to last a year when the unit is in the standby mode or triggers 20,000 times continuously. Triggering current is only 0.01mAh. It is safe for all cameras, both film and digital, and flashes with standard hot shoe or PC sync connector.
The four selectable channels and advanced anti-interference feature allow the device to work within the effective area without interfered by other channels.
