1: Press the Bell Push to confirm the setup

1: Place a small flat screwdriver into the locking clip on the base of the Bell Push.
2: Gently twist.
3: The backing plate will unclip.

1: Remove the battery cover.
2: Insert 3 X 1.5V Size ‘AA’ batteries (Not Supplied).
3: Make sure the Positive/Negative terminals match the internal markings
4: switch the Chime ON
5: Replace the battery cover.
1: Insert CR2032 battery (Supplied) into the battery holder.
2: Make sure the positive side is facing upwards.
3: Replace back plate.
Warning: Make sure that the batteries are replaced correctly to avoid battery failure. Only replace with same or equivalent type.

Downloading MP3 Melody:
Functions:
To select the Chime Volume level, press the ‘+’ button increase the volume and ‘-’ button to decrease the volume.
To select a melody for the Door Chime
1: Select between preprogrammed (IN) or downloaded MP3 melodies (MP3).
2: Press the arrows on the door chime to select the next melody
3: The chime will play the newly selected melody
4: Press the centre button to confirm Or press arrows to select the next melody.
1: Connect the chime to the USB port of a computer using the USB lead (supplied ).
PC Only 2: The Chime will appear as a USB storage device, install and run MP3 Editor.exe file on your computer.

3: Select the open file icon , highlight the required MP3 file on your PC and click Open.
5: Edit the file length by inputting the required start and end times. Use the Play/Pause button to listen to the mp3 file, recommended file length is between 8-10sec.
5: Press the scissors icon to Cut and save the MP3 file, the recommended file length is approximately 8-10 seconds long.

PC & Mac 6: Drag and drop the edited file onto the MP3 Chime, the file will be saved on to the MP3 chimes internal memory.

Avoid locating the Bell Push/Chime on or directly near metallic surfaces as this may reduce the operation range. UPVC Door Frames: When locating the bell push onto a UPVC door, always check the operating performance before final
installation, internal metal frame may affect performance. Tip: Try adjusting the location of the Bell Push to the Left/Right or place on external wall.

Place the door Chime within the operating range, transmission of the wire free signal through Walls, Doors and Ceilings etc, may reduce the operating range. Chime unit for INDOOR use only.

‘CLICK’
1: Using back plate as a template.
2: Making sure UP arrow points UP.
2: Mark and drill holes.
3: Insert wall plugs and attach to wall using screws provided.
4: Clip the Bell Push on to the back plate making sure the Bell Push ‘Clicks’ in to place.
Tip: The Bell Push can be installed using a suitable double sided adhesive tab or tape when drilling is not sutiable.

User Hints: In case of the door chime does not sound, please check the followings: a) Flat batteries in either Push Button or Door Chime. b) Wrong battery polarity in either Push Button or Door Chime. c) For Plug-in Door Chimes make sure the socket is switched on. d) Bell Push and Door Chime are not paired together, see setup guide. e) Materials in between the Bell Push & Chime will reduce the operating range, move the Door Chime closer to the Bell Push f) Wire free devices can be affected by external sources e.g. wire free home alarms or power transformers/adapter
Chime Unit 1: Remove old Batteries.
2: Insert new batteries, 3 X 1.5V size ‘AA’.
3: Make sure ‘+/-’ match the internal markings.
4: Test Chime Kit.
Changing Batteries:
Bell Push: 1: Remove back plate from the Bell Push.
2: Remove old battery
3: Replace with new ‘23A’ 12V battery.
4: Insert into holder making sure ‘+/-’ match the internal marking
5: Test Chime Kit.
Always dispose of old batteries in an environmentally friendly way.
Type R2 Device - device where the sound output is created by the initial operation of the control and where the period of sound output continues for the designed duration irrespective of condition of the control.
IMPORTANT:
There are no serviceable parts, do not repair.
The appliance is not to be used by children or persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Address Code:
The MP3 Door Chime, comes preset to a default address code, this code may need to be changed if the chime rings due to a neighbouring door chime or similar wire free product.
1: Select a new address code in the bell push, by randomly moving the white dip-switch’s.
2: Copy the new address onto the chimes dip-switch’s. Located in the battery compartment of the chime.
3: Test the chime kit by pressing the bell push.
