Step 3: Insert one M10x60 bolt, (1) (the MXx60 bolt (1) is slightly longer than the two M10x50 bolts (2), through a small flat washer (8), the “L” Brace (D), the Rib Joint Connector (C), the middle predrilled hole of the T-Bar Handle (A) and the pre-drilled hole of the Support Stand (E). (To attach all pieces together at the center predrilled hole you may need to squeeze the legs of the Support Stand (E) together to align all the holes.) Place another small flat washer (8), a small locking washer (9) and a M10 Nut (10) onto the M10x50 Bolt and finger tighten.
Step 4: Insert one M10x50 bolt (2) through a small flat washer (8), “L” Brace (D), Rib Joint Connector (C) and the pre-drilled hole furthest from the handle of the T-Bar Handle (A). Place another small flat washer (8), a small locking washer (9) and a M10 nut (10) onto the M10x50 bolt (2) and finger tighten.
Step 5: Position the Rib Joint Connector (C) under the open channel of the lower Axle Assembly (B). Align the holes of the Rib Joint Connector (C) and the lower Axle Assembly (B). Insert each M12x30 bolt (4) into small flat washers (8), and place the M12x30 bolts (4) to the aligned pre-drilled holes of the Rib Joint Connector (C) and the open channel of the lower Axle Assembly (B). Place another small flat washer (8), a small locking washer (9) and a M10 nut (10) onto the bottom of both of the M12x30 bolts (4) and finger tighten.
Step 6: Put the remaining M18x40 bolt (3) through a large flat washer (6), the upper pre-drilled hole in the upper Axle Assembly (B) and the pre-drilled hole of the “L” Brace (D). Place another large flat washer (6), the large lock washer (7), and M18 nut (5) onto the M18x40 bolt (3) and finger tighten.
Step 7: Firmly tighten all bolts and nuts on the trailer dolly with a wrench.
Step 8: Place a Wheel (G) over the end of the Axle
Assembly (B) stub. Be sure air fill valve is facing outward. Place a large wheel washer (12) over Axle Assembly (B) stub, and insert the cotter pin (11) through the pre-drilled holes. Spread the ends of the cotter pin (11) to prevent the wheel from slipping off the axel (as seen in the photo to the left). Repeat the procedure for the remaining axle stub and wheel. Your Trailer Dolly is now fully assembled and ready for use.
