Safety Instructions
Please take a few moments to carefully read through this manual. Correct maintenance and operation of this machine will provide the best possible performance from your BUFFALO product.
• Position on a flat, stable surface.
• A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not remove any components on this product.

Installation
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and coatings are thoroughly removed from all surfaces.
2. Position the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface and ensure the surface can support its weight when full.
3. Avoid placing it on or close to flammable materials. Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation.
Note: Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the shelves and interior with soapy water. Let dry completely and ensure no water goes into the appliance inside.

This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.

Operation
• Connect the appliance to the mains power supply and turn on the power switch (“I” position).
• Set the thermostat to the desired temperature (30ºC-85ºC). The HEAT indicator light turns on and the appliance starts to heat up.
• When the set temperature is reached, the HEAT indicator light turns off. (Note: During use, the HEAT indicator light keeps on and off, indicating the set temperature is being kept.)
• Put the plates in. (Tip: When removing plates, it is recommend to use oven mittens to avoid burns/ scalding.)
• After use: Set the thermostat to ‘MIN’ and turn off the power switch. Then disconnect from the power supply.
Overheating protection
This appliance is featured with an overheat protection. Should the temperature exceed safe levels the appliance will automatically cut off power. The thermal Cut-out switch is located on the rear of the appliance. To reset the appliance after a sufficient cool-down period:
1. Unscrew the reset switch cover.
2. Press the small reset switch down until it clicks, using a blunt pointed instrument.
3. The appliance is now reset and can be used as normal.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Disconnect from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning or servicing.
• Never immerse the appliance in water, nor rinse it under running water.
• Wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Troubleshooting
A qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.

Installatie
1. Haal het apparaat uit de verpakking. Zorg ervoor dat alle plastic beschermlaagjes en coatings goed verwijderd zijn van alle oppervlakken.
2. Plaats het apparaat op een vlak, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak en zorg ervoor dat het oppervlak het gewicht kan dragen wanneer het apparaat vol is.
3. Plaats het niet op of in de buurt van ontvlambare materialen. Behoud een afstand van 20 cm (7 inch) tussen het apparaat en wanden of andere voorwerpen voor voldoende ventilatie.
Opmerking: Maak de schappen en de binnenruimte schoon met een sopje voordat u het apparaat voor het eerst gebruikt. Laat het volledig drogen en zorg ervoor dat er geen water in het apparaat binnendringt.
Geschikt voor 1/1 GN-pannen, niet inbegrepen.

Bediening
• Sluit het apparaat aan op het elektriciteitsnet en zet de aan/uit­schakelaar aan ("I"-stand).
• Stel de thermostaat in op de gewenste temperatuur (30 ºC-85 ºC). Het HEAT-indicatielampje gaat aan en het apparaat begint op te warmen.
• Wanneer de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt, gaat het WARMTE-indicatielampje uit. (Opmerking: De HEAT (Warmte)­indicator blijft tijdens gebruik in- en uitschakelen om aan te geven dat de ingestelde temperatuur wordt behouden.)
• Zet de borden erin. (Tip: Bij het uitnemen van de borden is het raadzaam ovenhandschoenen te gebruiken om brandwonden te voorkomen.)
• Na gebruik: Stel de thermostaat in op ‘MIN’ en zet de aan-/uitschakelaar uit. Koppel dan de verbinding los van de voeding.
Beveiliging tegen oververhitting
Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een oververhittingsbeveiliging. Het apparaat onderbreekt automatisch de voeding als de temperatuur de veiligheidslimieten overschrijdt. De thermische beveiligingsschakelaar bevindt zich op de achterkant van het apparaat. Om het apparaat te resetten nadat deze lang genoeg heeft afgekoeld:
1. Schroef het deksel van de resetschakelaar los.
2. Druk de kleine resetknop omlaag totdat deze klikt met een stomp instrument.
3. Het apparaat is nu gereset en kan normaal worden gebruikt.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u het schoonmaakt of er onderhoud aan pleegt.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water en spoel het ook niet af onder stromend water.
• Veeg het oppervlak schoon met een vochtige doek.
• Droog het apparaat grondig na het schoonmaken.

Installation
1. Retirez l’appareil de son emballage. Veillez à ce que tous les films plastiques et revêtements de protection soient soigneusement retirés de toutes les surfaces.
2. Placez l'appareil sur une surface plane, stable et résistante à la chaleur et assurez-vous que cette surface peut supporter son poids lorsqu'il est plein.
3. Évitez de le placer sur des matériaux inflammables ou à leur proximité. Maintenez une distance de 20 cm entre l’appareil et les murs ou autres objets pour assurer la ventilation.
Remarque : avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, nettoyez les clayettes et l’intérieur avec de l’eau savonneuse. Laissez sécher complètement et veillez à ce que l'eau ne pénètre pas à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
Casseroles GN 1/1 compatibles, non incluses.
Cet appareil est destiné à des applications commerciales, par exemple dans les cuisines de restaurants, cantines, hôpitaux et entreprises commerciales telles que boulangeries, boucheries, etc. et non pour la production continue de denrées alimentaires en masse.

Fonctionnement
• Branchez l'appareil sur l'alimentation secteur et enclenchez l'interrupteur d'alimentation (position « I »).
• Réglez le thermostat sur la température souhaitée (entre 30 ºC et 85 ºC). L'indicateur HEAT (Chauffage) s'allume et l'appareil commence à chauffer.
• Lorsque la température réglée est atteinte, l'indicateur HEAT (Chauffage) s'éteint. (Remarque : Lorsque l'appareil est en marche, le voyant HEAT (Chauffage) s'allume et s'éteint, indiquant que la température réglée est respectée.)
• Mettez les assiettes en place. (Conseil : Il est recommandé d'utiliser des gants de cuisine pour retirer les assiettes afin d'éviter les brûlures/échaudages).
• Après utilisation : Réglez le thermostat sur « MIN » et éteignez l'interrupteur d'alimentation. Débranchez ensuite l'appareil de l'alimentation électrique.
Protection contre la surchauffe
Cet appareil est équipé d’une protection contre la surchauffe. Si la température dépasse les niveaux de sécurité, l’appareil coupe automatiquement le courant. Le coupe-circuit thermique est situé à l’arrière de l’appareil. Pour réinitialiser l’appareil après une période de refroidissement suffisante :
1. Dévissez le couvercle de l'interrupteur de réinitialisation.
2. Appuyez sur le petit interrupteur de réinitialisation jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche à l'aide d'un instrument à pointe émoussée.
3. L’appareil est maintenant réinitialisé et peut être utilisé normalement.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
• Avant de procéder au nettoyage ou à l'entretien de l'appareil, débranchez-le de l'alimentation électrique et laissez-le refroidir.
• Ne plongez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau et ne le rincez pas à l'eau courante.
• Essuyez la surface avec un chiffon humide.
• Séchez soigneusement après le nettoyage.

Montage
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Verpackung. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Schutzfolien und Beschichtungen gründlich von allen Oberflächen entfernt wurden.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen flachen, stabilen, hitzebeständigen Untergrund und stellen Sie sicher, dass der Untergrund sein Gewicht bei voller Beladung tragen kann.
3. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf oder in die Nähe von brennbaren Materialien. Halten Sie einen Abstand von 20 cm zwischen dem Gerät und Wänden oder anderen Gegenständen ein, um die Belüftung zu gewährleisten.

Bedienung
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Netzstromversorgung an und schalten Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter ein (Position „I“).
• Stellen Sie das Thermostat auf die gewünschte Temperatur ein (30 bis 85 ºC). Die Kontrollleuchte HEAT (Heizen) leuchtet auf und das Gerät beginnt zu heizen.
• Sobald die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, schaltet sich die Kontrollleuchte HEAT (Heizen) aus. (Hinweis: Während des Betriebs leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte HEAT (Heizen) immer wieder auf. Dies weist darauf hin, dass die eingestellte Temperatur eingehalten wird.)
• Stellen Sie die Teller hinein. (Tipp: Beim Herausnehmen der Teller sollten Sie Ofenhandschuhe tragen, damit Sie sich nicht verbrennen/verbrühen.)
• Nach der Benutzung: Stellen Sie das Thermostat auf „MIN“ ein und schalten Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter aus. Trennen Sie dann das Gerät vom Stromnetz.
Überhitzungsschutz
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet. Sollte die Temperatur einen sicheren Wert überschreiten, schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Der Schalter für den Überhitzungsschutz befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Geräts. Um das Gerät nach einer ausreichenden Abkühlungszeit zurückzusetzen:
1. Die Abdeckung des Schalters Zurücksetzen abschrauben.
2. Drücken Sie den kleinen Schalter Zurücksetzen mit einem stumpfen Spitzeninstrument nach unten, bis er einrastet.
3. Das Gerät ist nun zurückgesetzt und kann wie gewohnt verwendet werden.
Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
• Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen oder warten.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser ein, und spülen Sie es nicht unter fließendem Wasser ab.
• Wischen Sie die Oberfläche mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.
• Nach der Reinigung gründlich abtrocknen.
Störungssuche

Installazione

Funzionamento
• Collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica e attivare l’interruttore di alimentazione (posizione "I").
• Impostare il termostato alla temperatura desiderata (30-85 ºC). La spia HEAT (Riscaldamento) si illumina e l'apparecchio inizia a scaldarsi.
• Una volta raggiunta la temperatura impostata, la spia HEAT (Riscaldamento) si spegne. (Nota: durante l'uso, la spia HEAT (Riscaldamento) si accende e si spegne continuamente per indicare il mantenimento della temperatura impostata.)
• Mettere i piatti all’interno. (Suggerimento: per rimuovere i piatti, si consiglia di utilizzare guanti da forno per evitare ustioni/scottature).
• Dopo l'uso: impostare il termostato su ‘MIN’ e spegnere l’interruttore. Dopodiché scollegare l'alimentazione.
Protezione anti-surriscaldamento
Questo apparecchio è dotato di protezione contro il surriscaldamento. Se la temperatura supera i livelli di sicurezza, l'apparecchio interrompe automaticamente l'alimentazione. L'interruttore termico si trova sul retro dell'apparecchio. Per ripristinare l'apparecchio dopo un periodo di raffreddamento adeguato:
1. Svitare il coperchio dell'interruttore di ripristino.
2. Utilizzando uno strumento con la punta arrotondata, premere verso il basso il piccolo interruttore di ripristino fino a sentire un "clic".
3. Ora l'apparecchio è ripristinato e può essere usato normalmente.
Pulizia, cura e manutenzione
• Scollegare l’apparecchio dall’alimentazione e lasciarlo raffreddare prima di effettuare interventi di pulizia e manutenzione.

Funcionamiento
