Safety Tips
Position on a flat, stable surface
A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required.

DO NOT use jet/pressure washers to clean the appliance

Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance with the regulations
of local authorities
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance
During operation, do not put fingers into cutting area or the towel roll and do not drop foreign
objects into the machine to avoid personal injury and machine damage.
Use only towel rolls that are recommended by the manufacturer. Towels not specified by
manufacturer may cause machine damage which will void warranty.
The ends of the towel rolls should be dry and flat .Defective ends must be trimmed straight before
inserting into machine.
Use only clean, drinkable water.
Dispose of water collected in the water receiver regularly.
When using for the first time, after a long period of shutdown or when restarting after maintenance
of heating cylinder or cleaning of water system, ensure that cold wet towel is dispensed first before
selecting the heat function to confirm that there is water in the water spray system and heating
cylinder.
SELECTING THE HOT WET TOWEL MODE WHEN THERE IS NO WATER IN THE HEATING CYLINDER
MAY CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE.

Remove all packaging, taking care to dispose of all polythene bags safely.
Check the product for any transit damage, do not use if there is damage to the product.

Operation
Loading a Towel Roll
Insert the plastic towel roll rods (1) into the central hole of the towel roll. Open the upper cover (3)
and place the towel roll into the machine.
Lift the towel pressing cover (5) and flatly insert the end of the towel roll into the roller (6). Release
the towel pressing cover back into position.
Please note: The end of the towel roll should be dry and flat.
Loading the Water Tank
Fill the water tank (4) with water and tighten screw cap.
Place the water tank upside-down into the machine.
You may add disinfectant or essence into the water tank according to needs.
Opening the Towel Plate
Press ‘PUSH’ to open the towel plate (10).
Switching on Power and Starting Up
Press the power switch (9).
The green indicator on the display panel will light, the buzzer will ‘beep’ once and the LED display will show
‘01’
Setting Towel Quantity
The Buffalo Wet Towel Dispenser can be set for up to 18 towels per cycle.
Press the ‘quantity’ key on the control panel (8). Each press of the quantity key will cycle through
the quantity’s 1-18.
Dispensing Wet Towels
Press the ‘start/stop’ key. The machine will dispense hot or cold wet towels at the preset quantity.
When the preset quantity of towels is completed, the LED display will return to display the set towel
quantity.
Note: Pressing the ‘start/stop’ key when towels are being dispensed will stop the machine and cancel the
dispensing operation.
If towels fail to come out smoothly, please stop the machine immediately by switching off the power.
Open the upper cover, lift the towel-pressing cover and pull out the curled or seized towel. Remove any
frayed or damaged ends from the towel roll and reload the towel roll before restarting the machine.
Switching Between Hot and Cold Wet Towels
The initial state of the dispenser after start up is for cold towels.
To dispense hot wet towels, press the ‘hot’ key. The red indicator light will illuminate to show hot
mode has been selected.
To return to dispensing cold towels press the ‘hot’ key again. The red indicator light will switch off to
show cold mode has been selected.
Please note: When using the machine for the first time run the dispenser in cold mode first until wet
towels are dispensed. This insures that there is water in the heating cylinder. SELECTING THE HOT WET
TOWEL MODE WHEN THERE IS NO WATER IN THE HEATING CYLINDER MAY CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO
THE MACHINE.
Towel Length Adjustment
The length of the towel can be set from the shortest (1), to the longest (5). The factory setting is set at 3.
Press the ‘length’ key. Each press of the length key will cycle through the lengths 1-5. The length
selected will be displayed in the LED display.
Adjusting Towel Moisture
The towel moisture volume can be set from the driest (1) to the wettest (6). The factory setting is set at
grade 3.
Press the ‘humidity’ key. Each press of the humidity key will cycle through the moisture settings 1-6.
The moisture setting selected will be displayed in the LED display.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Before cleaning takes place the dispenser should be disconnected from the electricity supply by removing
the plug from the socket.
Wipe external surfaces with a clean damp cloth.
Regularly drain the machines internal water system by unscrewing the drain nut to discharge the water
collected in the water receiver.

1. Turn off the power and remove the plug.
2. Open the towel-receiving plate
3. Unscrew and open the front panel
4. Push the red button to set the knife to the open position
5. Lift the towel pressing cover and pull out the towel
6. Move the cylinder in upwards direction to release any towel rolls jammed inside.
Note: Do not move cylinder in a downwards direction
7. Replace the Front panel
8. Turn on the Power
9. Set the output towel number to 01, and push the start button. If no warning message appears the
machine should run normally.
If error E5 cannot be cleared by following the E5 malfunction processing step please call your Buffalo agent
or qualified engineer.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 3 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.

disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

Alvorens dit apparaat te reinigen dient men altijd de stroomvoorziening uit te schakelen
Laat verpakkingsmateriaal niet binnen handbereik van kinderen komen. Verpakkingsmateriaal in

Men dient er toezicht op te houden dat kinderen niet met het apparaat kunnen spelen
Tijdens werking, plaats uw vingers niet in het snijgebied of de doekrol en laat geen vreemde
objecten in het apparaat vallen om persoonlijk letsel en beschadiging van het apparaat te
voorkomen.
Gebruik alleen de doekrollen die door de fabrikant worden aanbevolen Het gebruik van andere dan
de door de fabrikant aanbevolen doekrollen kan het apparaat beschadigen en de garantie ongeldig
maken.
De uiteinden van de doekrollen moeten droog en vlak zijn. Defecte uiteinden moeten alvorens
plaatsing in het apparaat worden rechtgemaakt.
Gebruik alleen schoon, drinkwater.
Gooi het verzamelde water in de wateropvangbak regelmatig weg.
Als u het apparaat voor het eerst gebruikt of na een lange stilstandsperiode, onderhoud van de
verwarmingscilinder of na reiniging van het watersysteem opnieuw wilt gebruiken, zorg dan dat u
eerst de koude vochtige doekdispensing gebruikt alvorens de verwarmingsfunctie te selecteren. Op
deze wijze weet u zeker dat er water in het waterspuitsysteem en de verwarmingscilinder zit.
Het selecteren van de hete doekmodus als er geen water in de verwarmingscilinder is, kan het
apparaat ernstig beschadigen.

Installatie
Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal en zorg voor een veilige afvalverwerking van alle polyethene zakken.
Controleer het product op de aanwezigheid van transportschade. Gebruik het product niet bij beschadiging
van het product.

Werking
De doekrol plaatsen
Plaats de plastic doekrolstangen (1) in de centrale opening van de doekrol. Open de bovenste
afdekking (3) en plaats de doekrol in het apparaat.
Breng de doekdrukkap (5) omhoog en steek het vlakke uiteinde van de doekrol in de rol (6). Laat de
doekdrukkap los.
Opmerking: het uiteinde van de doekrol moet droog en vlak zijn.
Waterreservoir vullen
Vul het waterreservoir (4) met water en draai de schroefdop vast.
Plaats het waterreservoir met de bovenkant naar beneden in het apparaat.
U kunt naar behoefte desinfecteermiddel of essence aan het waterreservoir toevoegen.
De doekplaat openen
Druk op ‘PUSH om de doekplaat (10) te openen.
Stroom en apparaat inschakelen
Druk op de stroomschakelaar (9).
De groene indicator op het displaypaneel gaat aan, de zoemer geeft een "beep" en 01 wordt op het
LED-display weergegeven
Aantal doeken instellen
De Buffalo vochtige doek dispenser kan op maximaal 18 doeken per cyclus worden ingesteld.
Druk op de knop hoeveelheid op het bedieningspaneel (8). Elke druk op de knop hoeveelheid wordt
stapsgewijs het aantal doeken van 1 tot 18 doorlopen.
Vochtige doeken dispensing
Druk op de knop ‘start/stop. Het apparaat zal de ingestelde hoeveelheid warme of koude vochtige
doeken dispensen. Nadat het ingestelde aantal doeken is verstrekt, wordt het ingestelde aantal
doeken op het LED-display weergegeven.
Opmerking: Als u tijdens het dispensen van de doeken op de knop start/stop drukt, wordt het apparaat
gestopt en de dispensingprocedure onderbroken.
Als de doeken moeizaam uit het apparaat komen, onderbreek dan onmiddellijk de dispensingprocedure
door de stroom uit te schakelen. Open de bovenste afdekking, breng de doekdrukkap omhoog en
verwijder de opgerolde of vastzittende doek. Verwijder gescheurde of beschadigde uiteinden van de
doekrol en plaats opnieuw de doekrol alvorens het apparaat opnieuw te starten.
Omschakelen tussen warme en koude doeken
Na het opstarten staat het apparaat in de koude doekmodus.
Om warme vochtige doeken te dispensen, drukt u op de knop hot (warm). Het rode indicatorlampje
gaat aan en toont de geselecteerde modus.
Om opnieuw naar de koude doekmodus over te schakelen, drukt u opnieuw op de knop hot (warm).
Het rode indicatorlampje gaat uit, de koude doekmodus is geselecteerd.
Opmerking: Als u het apparaat voor het eerst gebruikt moet u eerst de koude modus gebruiken totdat er
vochtige doeken worden verstrekt. Hierdoor weet u zeker dat er water in de verwarmingscilinder is. Het
selecteren van de hete doekmodus als er geen water in de verwarmingscilinder is, kan het apparaat
ernstig beschadigen.
Handdoeklengte aanpassen
De lengte van de handdoek van kortste handdoek (1) tot langste handdoek (5) worden ingesteld. De
fabrieksinstelling is 3.
Druk op de knop lengte. Elke druk op de knop lengte wordt stapsgewijs de lengtes van 1 tot 5
doorlopen. De geselecteerde lengte wordt op het LED-display weergegeven.
Vochtigheidsgraad van handdoeken instellen
De vochtigheidsgraad kan van de droogste graad (1) tot de vochtigste graad (6) worden ingesteld. De
fabrieksinstelling is vochtigheidsgraad 3.
Druk op de knop vochtigheid. Elke druk op de knop vochtigheid wordt stapsgewijs de
vochtigheidsinstellingen van 1 tot 6 doorlopen. De geselecteerde vochtigheidsinstelling wordt op
het LED-display weergegeven.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
Voordat u de dispenser reinigt, dient u de elektrische stroom uit te schakelen door de stroomstekker uit het
stopcontact te halen.
Maak de externe oppervlakken met een schone vochtige doek schoon.
Tap regelmatig het interne watersysteem van het apparaat af door de aftapmoer los te draaien om het
verzamelde water in het waterreservoir af te tappen.

Het E5-storingsproces
1. Zet het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2. Open de doekdispensingplaat
3. Schroef het voorpaneel los en open het paneel
4. Druk op de rode knop om het mes in de open stand te zetten.
5. Breng de doekdrukkap omhoog en trek de doek uit het apparaat
6. Verplaats de cilinder omhoog om eventuele opgerolde doeken te verwijderen.
Opmerking: verplaats de cilinder niet omlaag
7. Plaats het voorpaneel
8. Zet het apparaat aan
9. Zet het aantal doeken op 01 en druk op de startknop. Als er geen waarschuwingsmelding verschijnt,
werkt het apparaat weer normaal.
Als de foutmelding E5, na het uitvoeren van het E5-storingsproces, niet verdwijnt neem dan contact op met
uw Buffalo dealer of laat een bevoegde monteur komen.

Elektrische verbinding
De stekker moet worden aangesloten op een geschikt stopcontact.
De aansluitingen in de stekker van het toestel zijn als volgt:
• Plus (bruin) naar de klem die met L is aangeduid.

Conseils de sécurité
À positionner sur une surface plate et stable.
Un agent de service / technicien qualifié doit effectuer toute installation et réparation, le cas
échéant.
Se reporter aux normes locales et nationales pour garantir la conformité à :
o la législation sur l'hygiène et la sécurité au travail,
o les codes de pratiques BS EN,
o les mesures de prévention des incendies,
o les réglementations sur le câblage IEE,
o les réglementations du bâtiment.
NE PAS utiliser de laveurs à jet / pression pour nettoyer l'appareil.
NE PAS utiliser l'appareil en extérieur.
NE PAS entreposer de produits sur le dessus de l'appareil.
Toujours éteindre et débrancher la source d'alimentation de l'appareil avant de le nettoyer.
Conserver tous les emballages hors de la portée des enfants. Jeter les emballages conformément
aux réglementations émises par les autorités locales.
Lorsque le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un agent BUFFALO ou
un technicien qualifié agréé afin d'éviter tout danger.
Cet appareil n'est pas conçu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les enfants) dont les

Les extrémités des rouleaux d'essuie-mains doivent être sèches et plates. Si ce n'est pas le cas, elles
doivent être coupées droites avant d'être insérées dans l'appareil.
Utiliser uniquement de l'eau potable propre.
Jeter régulièrement l'eau collectée dans le bac de réception d'eau.
Lors de la première utilisation, après une longue période d'inactivité ou lors du redémarrage après
toute tâche de maintenance du cylindre de chauffe ou nettoyage du système d'eau, vérifier qu'une
serviette humide froide est distribuée avant de sélectionner la fonction de chauffe afin de confirmer
la présence d'eau dans le système de vaporisation et le cylindre de chauffe.
La sélection du mode serviette humide chaude lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'eau dans le cylindre de chauffe
peut entraîner des dégâts importants de l'appareil
