Before using for the first time, the appliance must be cleaned. To clean the appliance:

1. Wash the water box, racks and oven interior with warm soapy water and a damp cloth.

2. Place the rack inside the oven.

3. Close the door.

4. Set the Temperature knob to ‘MAX’, the function knob to Convection Oven (see table) and the Timer

knob to ‘5 minutes’.

5. When the minutes are over turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply.

6. Allow to cool. The appliance is now ready to use.

Note: See ‘Setting the Timer’ for setting times under 20 minutes.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Timer

The Timer knob also acts as the Power switch. When the Timer is set to
‘0’ the power is Off.

1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.

2. Set the Timer knob to the required time (0-120 minutes).

Alternatively select ‘Stay On’ for non-stop use

3. The appliance will begin to heat up to the set temperature (see ‘Setting the Temperature’) and the

Power Indicator light comes on.

4. When the Timer reaches ‘0’ an audible alarm sounds and the appliance turns Off.

Setting the Temperature

1. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the required temperature

(50°C-200°C).

2. The Temperature Indicator light comes on

Note: Before use ensure that the Water Collection Tray is securley fitted underneath the
unit

Note:This product is classed as a steam-convection oven, an appliance intended for the

cooking of food either by means of direct steam contact or by heated air circulated by
mechanical means within the cooking compartment or by a combination of these two
methods. The pressure within the cooking compartment does not differ significantly from
atmospheric pressure

Note: If the required time is under 20 minutes, the Timer must be turned beyond 20 and

then turned back down to the required setting in order to work.

Note: The Time can be adjusted during cooking if required. Simply adjust the setting as

required using the Timer knob.

Note: When the Oven reaches the set temperature the Temperature Indicator light

turns off.

Setting the Function

The oven has four function settings. Rotate knob to select desired function

Convection Oven

1. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position

2. Turn the function knob to the convection oven setting

3. Select the required temperature

4. To switch the oven ON turn the timer control to the required time. It is not necessary to preheat the

oven

Fan Only (Defrost)

1. Place the food to be defrosted on the rack in the middle shelf position. Place a baking tray at the

lowest level and close the oven door

2. Set the function knob to Fan Only setting

3. Set the timer according to the size and quantity of food to be defrosted - the fan will start

Steam Function

1. Fill the water tank to the maximum level

2. Preheat oven to 130C using the Convection Oven setting

3. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position

4. Turn the function knob to the Steam Only setting

5. Select the required temperature

6. Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work

Combination Oven (Steam and Convection)

1. Fill the water tank to the maximum level

2. Preheat oven to the desired temperature using the Convection Oven setting

3. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position

4. Turn the function knob to the Combination Oven setting

5. Select the required temperature

6. Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

• Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.

• Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.

• Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.

•Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

• A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

Electrical Wiring

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:

• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L

• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N

• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency

disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

BUFFALO is trots op de haar productkwaliteit en dienstverlening en controleer de inhoud van de
verpakkingen, tijdens de verpakkingsfase, op functionaliteit en schade.

Mocht u product door transport zijn beschadigd, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw BUFFALO dealer.

Werking

Voor het eerste gebruik dient u het apparaat te reinigen. Om het apparaat te reinigen:

1. Was de waterbak, rekken en de ovenbinnenkant met warm zeepwater en een vochtige doek.

2. Plaats het rek in de oven.

3. Sluit de deur.

4. Zet de temperatuurknop op de stand MAX, de functieknop op convectieoven (zie tabel) en de timer-

knop op 5 minuten.

5. Na het verlopen van de ingestelde tijd zet u het apparaat uit en haalt u de stekker uit het stopcontact.

6. Laat het apparaat afkoelen. Het apparaat is nu gebruiksklaar.

Gebruiksaanwijzingen

Timer instellen

De timerknop werkt ook als een stroomschakelaar. Wanneer de timer op
'0' staat dan is het apparaat uitgeschakeld.

1. Sluit het apparaat aan op de stroomvoorziening.

2. Zet de timerknop op de gewenste tijdsduur (0-120 minuten).

Als alternatief kunt u ook de stand "Stay On" (aanblijven) selecteren voor
non-stop-gebruik

3. Het apparaat start het verwarmingsproces tot aan de ingestelde temperatuur (zie 'Temperatuur

instellen') en het stroomlampje gaat aan.

4. Wanneer de timer de stand '0' bereikt, hoort u een alarm en gaat het apparaat uit.

Temperatuur instellen

1. Zet de temperatuurknop op de gewenste temperatuurinstelling

(50 °C - 200 °C).

2. Het temperatuurlampje gaat aan

Opmerking: voordat u het apparaat gebruikt, controleer dat de wateropvanglade goed
onder deunit zit.

Opmerking: de aan dit apparaat toegewezen productklasse is die van convectieovens,

een apparaat bedoeld voor het koken van voedsel met behulp van directe stoomtoevoer
of verwarmde circulatielucht gegenereerd door mechanische componenten in het
kookcompartiment, of een combinatie van beide methodes. De druk in het
kookcompartiment verschilt niet veel van deatmosferische druk

Opmerking: om de oven met een gewenste tijdsduur van onder de 20 minuten te
gebruiken, dient men de timer eerst verder dan de 20 minutenstand te draaien en draai
vervolgens de timer terug naar de gewenste instelling.

Opmerking: indien gewenst kan gedurende het kookproces de tijdsduur worden
aangepast. Hiervoor dient men alleen de vereiste instelling met de timerknop in te
stellen..

Opmerking: wanneer de oven de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt, gaat het
temperatuurlampje uit.

Functie instellen

De oven beschikt over vier functie-instellingen. Draai de knop naar de gewenste functie

Convectieoven

1. Plaats het rek of de bakplaat in de gewenste rekstand.

2. Zet de functieknop op de instelling convectieoven

3. Selecteer de gewenste temperatuur.

4. Om de oven in te schakelen, zet u de timerregelaar op de gewenste tijdsduur. Het is niet nodig om de

5. oven voor te verwarmen

Alleen ventilatie (ontdooien)

1. Plaats het te ontdooien voedsel op het rek in de middelste rekstand. Plaats een baklade op de laagste

stand en sluit de ovendeur

2. Zet de functieknop op de instelling Fan Only (alleen ventilatie)

3. Stel de timer in overeenstemming met de grootte en de hoeveelheid te ontdooien voedsel in - de

ventilator wordt gestart

Stoom-functie

1. Vul het waterreservoir tot aan het maximumniveau.

2. Gebruik de instelling Convectieoven om de oven tot 130 °C voor te verwarmen

3. Plaats het rek of de bakplaat in de gewenste rekstand.

4. Zet de functieknop op de instelling Steam Only (alleen stoom)

5. Selecteer de gewenste temperatuur.

6. Zet de timerknop op de gewenste tijdsduur - de oven gaat aan

Combinatieoven (stoom en convectie)

1. Vul het waterreservoir tot aan het maximumniveau.

2. Gebruik de instelling Convectieoven om de oven tot de gewenste temperatuur voor te verwarmen

3. Plaats het rek of de bakplaat in de gewenste rekstand.

4. Zet de functieknop op de instelling combinatie-oven

5. Selecteer de gewenste temperatuur.

6. Zet de timerknop op de gewenste tijdsduur - de oven gaat aan

Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud

• Alvorens het apparaat te reinigen dient men altijd het apparaat uit te schakelen en de steker uit het
stopcontact te halen.

• Laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u met het schoonmaken begint.

• Gebruik warm zeepwater en een vochtige doek om de buitenkant van het apparaat te reinigen.

• Na reiniging goed drogen.

• Eventuele reparaties moeten door een BUFFALO vertegenwoordiger of een vaktechnicus worden
uitgevoerd.

Oplossen van problemen

Indien er een storing van uw BUFFALO product optreedt, dient u de onderstaande tabel te raadplegen
alvorens contact op te nemen met uw BUFFALO dealer of de Hulplijn te bellen.

Technische specificaties

Elektrische bedrading

Men dient de steker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:

• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

• Neutraalkabel (blauw) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met N

• Aardekabel (groen/geel) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met E
Dit apparaat moet worden geaard met behulp van een adequaat aardingscircuit.
Bij twijfels raadpleeg een vakkundige elektricien.
De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling moeten

de isolatiepunten direct toegankelijk zijn.

Productconformiteit

Het WEEE-logo op dit product of bijbehorende documentatie geeft aan dat het product
niet onder huisvuil valt en als zodanig ook niet mag worden verwerkt. Ter preventie
van mogelijke gevaren voor de gezondheid van personen en/of voor het milieu, dient
men dit product in overeenstemming met het voorgeschreven en milieuveilige
recyclingproces als afval te verwerken. Raadpleeg uw productleverancier of uw

qualifizierten Techniker durchgeführt werden. Keine Bauteile oder Bedienflächen von diesem Produkt
entfernen.
