Safety Tips

the appliance

Water Heating: When displayed water is being heated.

Water Circulating: When displayed water is being stirred.

Temperature: Displays actual temperature of water.

Set Temperature: Temperature set point.

Set Time: Under setting mode displays the time set point. In working mode display shows the time left.

Operation

1. Add water to the water bath.

Note: the water level (after the food is put in) should be higher than the MIN but lower than the MAX

marked on the machine.

2. Turn on by pressing the On/Off button at the back of the machine.

3. Press the Temperature Display button to set the unit to display °C or °F

Note: Default setting is °C. After choosing °C or °F, the unit will remember your setting for future
use.

4. Press and to set working time and temperature.

5. After setting time and temperature, press to start the unit heating. Pressing will
stop the unit heating.

6. When the water reaches the desired temperature place the food to be cooked into the water bath.

Note: before Sous Vide cooking, the food should be vacuum packed first.

7. When set time has expired the Sous Vide will beep. Press to stop the machine heating.

Note: the machine will go on beeping for 20 seconds. If there is no action by the operator the water

temperature will be held at the preset temperature.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Disconnect from power by removing the plug, allow to cool before wiping exterior surfaces and

removing any loose debris.

Unit should be regularly descaled using a food safe descaler

Electrical Wiring

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:

• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L

• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N

• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E

This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency disconnection being required
they must be readily accessible.

Veiligheidstips

Op een platte, stabiele ondergrond plaatsen.
De installatie en eventuele reparaties moeten worden uitgevoerd door een onderhoudsagent of een

bevoegde technicus. Geen componenten van dit product verwijderen.

Raadpleeg de plaatselijke en landelijke normen om te voldoen aan:

o wetgeving inzake gezondheid en veiligheid op het werk

Het toestel NIET in water onderdompelen tot boven de maximale vulstreep en gebruik geen

straal/hogedrukreinigers om het toestel schoon te maken.
Het toestel niet tot onder de maximale vulstreep onderdompelen.
Het toestel niet gebruiken voor andere doeleinden dan waarvoor het bedoeld is.
Het toestel altijd uitschakelen en van het lichtnet loskoppelen indien het niet in gebruik is.

Watercirculatie

Waterverwarming: wanneer dit verschijnt wordt het water verwarmd.

Watercirculatie: wanneer dit verschijnt wordt het water geroerd.

Temperatuur: toont werkelijke temperatuur van water.

Ingestelde temperatuur: instelpunt temperatuur.

Ingestelde tijd: toont in de instelstand de ingestelde tijd. Toont in de werkstand de resterende tijd.

Bediening

1. Doe water in de bak.

N.B. als het voedsel er in zit, moet het waterpeil hoger zijn dan de MIN-markering en lager dan de

MAX-markering op het toestel.

2. Zet het Sous-vide aan door de aan/uit-knop op de achterkant in te drukken.

3. Druk op de temperatuurweergaveknop om het toestel op weergave van °C

of °F te zetten

N.B. De standaardinstelling is °C. Nadat °C of °F is geselecteerd, onthoudt het toestel deze
instelling voor de toekomst.

4. Druk op en om de werktijd en -temperatuur in te stellen.

5. Druk nadat de tijd en temperatuur zijn ingesteld op om het verwarmingsproces te starten.

Als u op drukt, stopt het toestel met verwarmen.

6. Wanneer het water de gewenste temperatuur heeft bereikt kan het voedsel dat moet worden
gekookt in de bak worden geplaatst.

N.B. voordat sous-vide wordt gekookt, moet het voedsel eerst vacuüm worden verpakt.

7. Wanneer de ingestelde tijd om is, klinkt er een pieptoon. Druk op om het
verwarmingsproces te stoppen.

N.B. het toestel zal 20 seconden blijven piepen. Als er verder niets wordt gedaan door de bediener,

wordt de watertemperatuur op de ingestelde temperatuur gehouden.

Reiniging, verzorging en onderhoud

Ontkoppel hem van het lichtnet door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen. Laat hem afkoelen en

neem de buitenkant af om los vuil te verwijderen.

Het toestel moet regelmatig ontdaan worden van kalkaanslag met een verwijderingsmiddel dat

veilig is voor voedsel

Elektrische verbinding

Dit toestel wordt geleverd met een gesmolten, 3-polige BS1363 stekker en snoer, standaard met een 13 ampère zekering.
De stekker moet worden aangesloten op een geschikt stopcontact.
De aansluitingen zijn als volgt:

• Plus (bruin) naar de klem die met L is aangeduid.

• Nul (blauw) naar de klem die met N is aangeduid

• Aarde (groengeel) naar de klem die met E is aangeduid

Dit toestel dient te zijn geaard, met behulp van een speciale aardverbinding.
Raadpleeg in geval van twijfel een bevoegd elektricien.
De elektrische isolatiepunten moeten onbelemmerd worden gehouden. In geval van nood moet het toestel gemakkelijk
uitgeschakeld kunnen worden.

NE JAMAIS immerger l'appareil au-dessus de la ligne de remplissage maximal, ni utiliser de système

de lavage à jet pulvérisé/à pression pour le nettoyer.

Ne pas immerger l'appareil au-delà de la ligne de remplissage maximal.
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil à d'autres fins que celles auxquelles il a été conçu.
Veiller à toujours bien éteindre l'appareil et à couper l'alimentation électrique lorsqu'il n'est pas en

Chauffe de l'eau : Lorsque ce symbole s'affiche, l'eau est en cours de chauffe.

Eau en circulation : Lorsque ce symbole s'affiche, l'eau est en train d'être remuée.

Température : Affiche la température de l'eau.

Réglage de la température : Pour régler la température.

Réglage de la durée : Le point de réglage de la durée s'affiche en mode paramétrage. En mode de

fonctionnement normal, la durée restante est affichée.

Fonctionnement

1. Remplir le bain marie d'eau.

Remarque : le niveau d'eau (une fois les aliments placés dans le récipient) doit être compris entre les

limites MIN et MAX indiquées sur l'appareil.

2. Allumez en appuyant sur le bouton On / Off à l'arrière de la machine.

3. Appuyer sur le bouton d'affichage de la température pour sélectionner

l'unité °C ou °F.

Remarque : °C est le paramètre par défaut. Après la sélection de l'unité °C ou °F, l'appareil
mémorisera ce paramètre pour toute utilisation ultérieure.
