Operation

To a s t i n g

1. Connect the appliance to a mains power supply.

2. Set the Toasting level using the Level Selector dial.

1 - lightest to 5 - darkest.

3. Insert the bread into the top of the appliance.

4. Push the lever down.

5. The appliance will begin toasting. When complete the toast is ejected.

Bagel

The appliance features a ‘Bagel’ facility, in which only one side is toasted (the side closest to the centre of
the appliance).

1. Connect the appliance to a mains power supply.

2. Set the Toasting level using the Level Selector dial.

3. Insert the bread into the top of the appliance.

4. Press the ‘BAGEL’ button. The indicator light turns on.

Reheating

Should there be a need to reheat bread that has already been toasted:

1. Connect the appliance to a mains power supply.

2. Press the ‘REHEAT’ button. The indicator light turns on.

3. Insert the toast into the top of the appliance.

4. Push the lever down.

The appliance will begin reheating. When complete the toast is ejected.

Defrosting

Frozen bread should be defrosted before toasting.

1. Connect the appliance to a mains power supply.

2. Press the ‘DEFROST’ button. The indicator light turns on.

3. Insert the bread into the top of the appliance.

4. Push the lever down.

5. The appliance will begin defrosting. When complete the bread is ejected.

Cancelling

Any of the functions can be cancelled at any time by pressing the CANCEL button.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

• A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

• Always switch off the appliance, disconnect the power supply and allow to cool before cleaning or

performing maintenance.

• If necessary wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

•Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Crumb Tray

Periodically empty the crumb tray (located at the rear of the appliance).
Slide the tray out to empty.
Slot back in securely when replacing the tray.

Note: The’REHEAT’ function is for a preset time and power level and cannot be altered
by the Level Selector dial.

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.

Werking

Brood roosteren

1. Sluit het apparaat aan op de stroomvoorziening.

Opnieuw verwarmen

Wanneer u reeds geroosterd brood opnieuw wilt opwarmen:

1. Sluit het apparaat aan op de stroomvoorziening.

2. Druk op de knop 'REHEAT'. Het indicatielampje licht op.

3. Plaats het geroosterd brood in de sleuf aan de bovenkant van het apparaat.

4. Duw de hendel naar beneden.

5. Het apparaat begint met het opnieuw roosteren. Wanneer het brood klaar is, wordt het uitgeworpen.

Ontdooien

Bevroren brood moet vóór het roosteren eerst worden ontdooid.

1. Sluit het apparaat aan op de stroomvoorziening.

2. Druk op de knop 'DEFROST'. Het indicatielampje licht op.

3. Plaats het geroosterd brood in de sleuf aan de bovenkant van het apparaat.

4. Duw de hendel naar beneden.

5. Het apparaat start het ontdooiproces. Na het ontdooien wordt het brood uitgeschoven.

Annuleren

Alle eerdergenoemde functies kunnen door het indrukken van de CANCEL knop worden geannuleerd.

Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud

• Eventuele reparaties moeten door een BUFFALO vertegenwoordiger of een vaktechnicus worden
uitgevoerd.

• Alvorens dit apparaat te reinigen of onderhoud uit te voeren, dient men altijd de stekker uit het
stopcontact te halen en het apparaat te laten afkoelen.

• Indien nodig, maak de buitenkant met een zachte doek en warm zeepwater schoon.

• Laat houten keukengerei niet in water staan.

• Na reiniging goed drogen.

Opmerking: De 'REHEAT'-functie heeft een vast ingestelde duur en vermogenssterkte
en kan niet met de niveaukeuzeschakelaar worden veranderd.

Kruimellade

Reinig regelmatig de kruimellade (aan de achterzijde van het apparaat).
Schuif de lade uit om deze leeg te maken.
Schuif de lade opnieuw goed in de opening bij het terugplaatsen.

Oplossen van problemen

Indien er een storing van uw BUFFALO product optreedt, dient u de
onderstaande tabel te raadplegen alvorens contact op te nemen met uw
BUFFALO dealer of de Hulplijn te bellen.

Technische specificaties

Elektrische bedrading

Men dient de steker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:

• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

Operation

Griller le pain

1. Branchez l'appareil à une prise d'alimentation secteur.

2. Réglez le niveau de cuisson à l'aide de la molette de Sélection de niveau de cuisson.

3. Insérez le pain par le dessus de l'appareil.

4. Enfoncez le levier.

5. La cuisson du pain commence. Le pain grillé est éjecté à la fin de la cuisson.

Bagel

L'appareil est muni d'une touche " Bagel " qui permet de ne faire griller qu'un côté des aliments (le côté le
plus proche du centre de l'appareil).

1. Branchez l'appareil à une prise d'alimentation secteur.

2. Réglez le niveau de cuisson à l'aide de la molette de Sélection de niveau de cuisson.

Réchauffage

Si vous voulez faire réchauffer du pain déjà grillé :

1. Branchez l'appareil à une prise d'alimentation secteur.

2. Appuyez sur la touche " RÉCHAUFFAGE ". Le témoin s'allume.

3. Insérez le toast par le dessus de l'appareil.

4. Enfoncez le levier.

5. Le réchauffage commence. Le toast est éjecté à la fin de la cuisson.

Décongélation

Le pain surgelé doit être décongelé avant de passer au grille-pain.

1. Branchez l'appareil à une prise d'alimentation secteur.

2. Appuyez sur la touche " DÉCONGÉLATION ". Le témoin s'allume.

3. Insérez le pain par le dessus de l'appareil.

4. Enfoncez le levier.

5. La décongélation commence. Le pain est éjecté à la fin du temps de décongélation.

Annulation

Les fonctions du grille-pain peuvent être annulées à n'importe quel moment, en appuyant sur la touche
ANNULATION

Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance

• Toute réparation doit être confiée à un agent ou technicien qualifié BUFFALO.

• Avant tout nettoyage ou opération d'entretien, vous devez éteindre l'appareil, le débrancher de
l'alimentation électrique et le laisser refroidir.

• Pour nettoyer les surfaces extérieures, essuyez-les avec un tissu doux imbibé d'eau chaude savonneuse.

• Ne laissez pas tremper dans l'eau vos ustensiles en bois.

• Séchez-les avec soin après chaque nettoyage.

Tiroir ramasse-miettes

• Videz régulièrement le tiroir ramasse-miettes (situé à l'arrière de l'appareil).

• Ouvrez le tiroir pour le vider.

• Veillez à bien remettre le tiroir en place après l'avoir vidé.

Remarque : Les réglages de temps et de niveau de cuisson de la fonction de " RÉCHAUFFAGE "
sont prédéfinis et ne sont pas modifiables avec la molette de Sélection du niveau de cuisson.
