Great care must always be taken durin g installation as most AV equipment i s of a fragile nature,
possibly heavy and easily damaged if dropped.
If you do not fully understand the instructions or are not sure how to install this product safely, then
please consult a professional for advice and/or to install this p r oduct for you. Failure to mount this
product correctly may cause serious injury or death both during installation and at any time thereafter.
Do not mount any AV equipment tha
installing. This weight limit will be clearly stated on each product and its packaging and will vary from
product to product.
Product location
Please pay careful attention to where this product is located. Some locations are not suitable for
installation.
If located in a public or frequently populated area ensure th at the product is out of the immediate
reach of people.
Fixing hardware
It is highly recommended that all fi xing screws be used where supplied and that the purpose of all
other fixing hardware is fully unde rst ood. In some cases more AV equipment fixing hardware will be
supplied to accommodate differe nt models of equipment and set up configurations.
The installer must be satisfied that any supplied fixing hardware is suitable for each specific
installation. If any fixing screws or included hardware are deemed not suf fi cient for a safe instal
then please consult a professional or your local hardware store.
Hazard limitation
When routing cables take advantage of any built in cable management features that the product might
provide and ensure that all cabl es are tidy and secure. Check to see that any moving aspect of the
product can do so unhindered by any cabling.
Some products have moving parts and the potential to cause injury through the crushing or trapping o f
fingers or other body parts.
Particular attention to the natu re of moving parts is required especially when assembling installing and
g during set up.

FLOORSTAND STABILITY
• Install stand on level ground
When verifying the stability of the structure, consider the following external factors:
1. The strength of the floor.
2. Exposure to sudden and severe wind.
3. Danger arising from contact with people and / or objects. (eg installations in passageways,
emergency exits).

Assemble Joining Plate
i. Connect together four M8 x 16mm screws (part C4) with M8 sliding nuts (part C2)
on each joining plate (part C1).

ii. Lay column (part B1) on the floor and slide two joining plates (part C1)
onto each column.

iii. Use the spacer (part E1) to set distance between 2 joining plates (part C1) on the
column (part B1) according to the screen size. Once set, tighten all M8 x 16mm screws
(part C4) on joining plate with hex key (part C5).

Attach Mounting Rails to Columns
i. Lay mounting rail (part D1) on the floor and insert 4 x M8 sliding nuts (part C2)
into either end of the mounting rail - Two in the bottom slot, two in the second
from top slot.

ii. On the floor, lay the columns (part B1) on the mounting rails (part D1) so the joining
plates (part C1) are face down. Through the joining plates, fastening the M8 x 12mm
screws (part C3) into the inserted M8 sliding nuts (part C2) attaching the mounting rails
to the columns
Note: The distance between the two columns should be approx. 1300mm - 1500mm

Assemble Bases to Columns
Attach the bases (part A1) to the columns (part B1) using the support
stems (part A2), M8 x 90mm screws (part A3) and washers (part A4).
Once bases are fixed, return stand to upright position.
Important:
If mounting a shelf,
insert 2 x M8 sliding
nuts (part B5) into
column (part B1)
before attaching
base (part A1).

Attach Interface Arms to Screen
Attach the interface arms (parts F1 and F2) to the back of the screen using
the screen fixing kit (parts A-F).

Hook the Screens onto the Stand
i. Hook the first screen onto bottom left of the stand and make sure
the right side of the screen is aligned with the centre of the mounting rail (part C1)
ii. Using a level, align the flat screen to the floor using the Z axis adjustment knobs.
iii. Use the Y axis knobs to ensure flat screen is perpendicular with the floor.

Align and Secure Screens
i. Use the Y & Z micro-adjustment knobs on interface arms to align screens.
ii. When the screens are all positioned correctly, tighten the safety screws
on the bottom of the interface arms (parts E1 & E2) to secure in position.

Add End Caps and Cable Management Covers
i. After screen cables are connected, slide the cable management
covers (part B3) down the rear of columns (part B1).
ii. Fit end caps (parts B4 & D2) to the columns and mounting rails
(parts B1 & D1).
iii. With a knife, cut to length the plastic slot inserts (part B2) and insert to the
front and sides of the columns (part B1).
