Einführung

Der B-Speech® TX2 bietet den neuesten Stand in der
Bluetooth Technologie.
Der B-Speech® TX2 überträgt Musikdaten von Ihrem nicht
Bluetooth fähigem MP3,- CD Player, Stereoanlage und
anderen Wiedergabegeräten an einen Bluetooth Empfänger
wie wie zum Beispiel das Stereo- Headset B-Speech®
Calypso oder dem Speakersystem B-Speech® Twiddle.
Der B-Speech® TX2 kann mit allen Audioquellen die über
einen 3,5 mm Audio-Ausgang verfügen genutzt werden.

Normalerweise gehen der B-Speech® TX2 und ein
Bluetooth-Empfänger eine "Plug and Play"-Verbindung ein.
Der Transmitter sucht, pairt und verbindet sich nach dem
Einschalten automatisch mit dem Empfänger, der sich im
Paring-Modus befindet.

Lernen Sie den B-Speech® TX2 kennen

Aufladen des B-Speech® TX2

Bevor Sie den B-Speech® TX2 benutzen können, müssen
Sie ihn ca. 3 Stunden aufladen. Voll aufgeladen bietet er
eine Betriebszeit von bis zu 5 Stunden.

Aufladen

1. Den USB-Stecker des Ladekabels stecken Sie bitte in die

USB Buchse Ihres PC’s, Laptops oder den optionalen
Netzadapter.

2. Verbinden Sie den Mini USB-Stecker des Ladekabels mit
dem Mini USB Eingang des B-Speech® TX2. Während
des Ladevorganges leuchtet die rote LED konstant.

3. Wenn der Ladevorgang beendet ist schaltet sich die rote
LED aus.

4. Entfernen Sie das Ladekabel.

Pairing des B-Speech® TX2 mit dem Empfänger

Pairing nennt man das Installieren der kabellosen
Funkverbindung zwischen dem Sender und dem Bluetooth
Empfänger. Bevor Sie den B-Speech® TX2 zusammen mit
dem Empfänger nutzen können, müssen Sie beide Geräte
pairen. Der B-Speech® TX2 sucht, pairt und verbindet sich
nach dem Einschalten automatisch mit dem Empfänger, der
sich im Paring-Modus befindet. Nach dem erfolgreichen
Pairingvorgang finden und verbinden sich die Geräte auto­matisch nach jedem erneuten Einschalten.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Der B-Speech® TX2 pairt sich nur mit
Empfängern, die über die werksseitig vorgegebenen PIN­Codes '0000', '1234' oder '8888' verfügen.

Nach erfolgtem Pairing können Sie den B-Speech® TX2
zusammen mit dem Bluetooth-Empfänger nutzen.
Wenn Sie den B-Speech® TX2 mit einem anderen
Bluetooth Audio-Empfänger verwenden möchten, müssen
Sie den Pairingvorgang mit den neuen Geräten wiederholen.
In diesem Fall wird der B-Speech® TX2 mit dem vorher
gepairten Gerät nicht weiter arbeiten, bis sie diese erneut
pairen.

Der Pairing-Prozeß

1. Bevor Sie das Pairing vorbereiten stellen Sie sicher, dass

beide Geräte voll aufgeladen sind.

2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Geräte innerhalb eines
Radius von 3 Metern befinden.

3. Schalten Sie den Bluetooth-Empfänger ein und stellen

Sie sicher, dass es sich im Pairing -Modus befindet
(Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Empfängers
wenn Sie nicht sicher sind).

4. Schalten Sie den TX2 durch drücken des Ein /Aus
Schalters ein. Die rote und blaue LED leuchten abwech-

selnd für ca. 6 Sekunden, der TX2 befindet sich im

Pairing-Modus.

5. Beide Geräte sollten sich jetzt finden und miteinander

pairen. Erfolgreiches Pairing wird beim B-Speech® TX2

durch verlangsamtes, gleichzeitiges Blinken der LED’s

An- und Ausschalten des B-Speech® TX2

Normalerweise werden die Geräte nach dem Pairing­Prozeß nur angeschaltet. Alle anderen notwendigen
Operationen werden automatisch ausgeführt.

Anschalten: Durch drücken des An/Aus-Knopf schaltet sich
der B-Speech® TX2 ein. Die blaue LED leuchtet.

Ausschalten: Drücken Sie den An/Aus-Knopf für ca. 5
Sekunden, die blaue LED erlischt.

Hinweis: Um den Blutooth-Empfänger ein- und auszuschalten,
lesen Sie bitte dessen Bedienungsanleitung

Musik abspielen

1. Den Klinkenstecker des eingeschalteten B-Speech® TX2

in die 3,5 mm Buchse das Audioquelle stecken.

2. Sicherstellen, dass der Empfänger eingeschaltet ist und
sich innerhalb eines Umkreises von 10 Metern zum
B-Speech® TX2 befindet.

3. Die blaue und rote LED des B-Speech® TX2 zeigen durch
langsames, gleichzeitiges Blinken an, dass die Bluetooth­verbindung steht.

4. Wenn die Verbindung verloren geht, die Tonübertragung
stört oder abbricht, bringen Sie den Empfänger näher
zum TX2. Bringen Sie den Empfänger in den Suchmodus,

die erneute Verbindung erfolgt automatisch.
Falls keine automatische Verbindung erfolgt, führen Sie
den Pairingprozess erneut aus.

Bitte beachten:

1. Wenn aus irgendwelchen Gründen der B-Speech® TX2

keine Musik überträgt, sollte ein Neustart erfolgen.
(siehe hierzu Kapitel Pairing)

2. Im Normalfall werden der Transmitter und der Empfänger
ihre Bluetooth-Verbindung behalten die sie seit ihrem
Pairing-Prozeß innehaben. Wenn diese Verbindung
verloren gegangen ist kann das folgende Gründe haben:

- Der Arbeitsbereich von 10 Metern wurde überschritten

oder ein Hindernis steht im Weg.

- Eines oder beide Geräte sind ausgeschaltet, oder die

Batterien müssen aufgeladen werden.

Um die Such- und Pairingfunktion wieder zu starten, bringen
Sie den Bluetooth Empfänger in den Suchmodus oder leiten
Sie die Paringprozedur erneut ein.

User guide

Introduction

The B-Speech® TX2 offers the latest in Bluetooth
technology.
The B-Speech® TX2 transmits music data from players
which are not Bluetooth capable (e.g.: MP3 and CD player,
stereo and other players) to a Bluetooth receiver such as
the stereo headset B-Speech® Calypso or the speaker
system B-Speech® Twiddle.
The B-Speech® TX2 can be used with any audio sources
with a 3.5 mm audio output.

Normally the B-Speech® TX2 and a Bluetooth receiver esta­blish a connection automatically, as if using "Plug and Play".
After being turned on, the transmitter automatically scans,
then pairs and connects to the receiver.

Note: Please read about pairing in the user guide of your
Bluetooth receiver.

Get acquainted with the B-Speech® TX2

Charging

1. Connect the USB plug on the other end of the cable

charger to the USB input of your PC, laptop or optional
power supply.

2. Connect the cable charger mini USB plug to the mini
USB input of the B-Speech® TX2. The red LED lights up
during charging.

3. When charging is done, the red LED goes off.

4. Remove the cable charger.

Pairing the B-Speech® TX2 with the receiver

"Pairing" means making a wireless connection between the
transmitter and the Bluetooth receiver.
Before being able to use B-Speech® TX2 with a receiver,
you need to pair them.
After being turned on, the transmitter automatically scans,
pairs and connects to the receiver.
Once pairing is established, both devices search for each
other and connect automatically whenever they are
switched on.

Important note: B-Speech® TX2 pairs only with receivers
which have a factory PIN-Code equal to '0000', '1234' or
'8888'.

After pairing, you can use B-Speech® TX2 with the
Bluetooth receiver.
If you wish to use B-Speech® TX2 with another receiver,
you need to pair them also.
In this case, B-Speech® TX2 will not re-connect with the
previous device until you pair them again.

The pairing process

1. Before pairing, please check that both devices are fully

charged.

2. Check that both devices are within 3 meters of each
other.

3. Turn the Bluetooth receiver on and make sure it is in

pairing mode. (If in doubt, read your receiver user guide).

4. Turn the TX2 on by pressing the On / Off button. The red

and blue LED flashes alternating for 6 seconds; the TX2
is in pairing mode.

5. Both devices should now find each other and pair. The

red and blue LED on the TX2 flashes slowly at same time
when the pairing is successful.

Turning B-Speech® TX2 on / off

Normally, both devices only need turning on after the
pairing; everything else is done automatically.

Turning on: The B-Speech® TX2 is turned on by pressing
on the On / Off button. The blue LED lights up.

Turning off: Press the On / Off button for about 5 seconds;
the blue LED goes off.

Note: Read the user guide of your Bluetooth receiver to find
out how to turn it on / off.

Playing music

1. Insert the connector of the turned on B-Speech® TX2

into the 3,5 mm socket of the source device.

2. Make sure the receiver is turned on and within10 meters
of the B-Speech® TX2.

3. The red and blue LED from the B-Speech® TX2 indicates
that a Bluetooth connection exists by flashing slowly at
same time.

4. If the connection disappears, the sound is disrupted or
breaks down: Move the receiver nearer to the TX2.
Put the receiver in search mode and it will connect
again automatically. If the connection does not automati­cally follow, start the pairing process again.

Please note:

1. If for any reason the B-Speech® TX2 does not play any

music, it should be restarted.(See chapter about pairing.)

2. Normally, the connection between the transmitter and the
receiver is established once the pairing process is done.
The connection can break for the following reasons:

- The distance between the devices is greater than 10

meters or an obstacle stands between the devices.

- One or both of the devices have been turned off or

must be recharged.

Couplage du B-Speech® TX2 avec le récepteur

On appelle couplage l'installation d'une connexion sans fil
entre l'émetteur et le récepteur Bluetooth.
Il vous faut coupler le B-Speech® TX2 avec le récepteur
avant de pouvoir les utiliser ensemble.
L'émetteur cherche, se couple et se connecte après sa mise
en marche automatiquement avec le récepteur qui se trouve
en mode de couplage. Après un couplage réussi, les deux
appareils se cherchent et se connectent automatiquement
chaque fois qu'ils sont allumés.

Remarque importante: Le B-Speech® TX2 ne se couple
qu'avec des récepteurs disposant en sortie d'usine des PIN­Codes '0000', '1234' ou '8888'.

Vous pouvez utiliser le B-Speech® TX2 avec le récepteur
Bluetooth lorsque le couplage est réussi.
Si vous désirez utiliser le B-Speech® TX2 avec un autre
récepteur audio Bluetooth, il vous faut recommencer le cou­plage avec cet autre appareil. Dans ce cas, le B-Speech®
TX2 ne communiquera plus avec le premier appareil jusqu'à
ce qu'ils soient à nouveau couplés.

Procédé de couplage

1. Avant de commencer le couplage, vérifiez que les deux

appareils soient complètement chargés.

2. Vérifiez que les deux appareils se trouvent à une
distance de moins de 3 mètres l'un de l'autre.

3. Allumez le récepteur Bluetooth et vérifiez qu'il soit en
mode de couplage (en cas de doute, lisez le mode
d'emploi de votre récepteur).

4. Allumez le TX2 en appuyant sur l'interrupteur
marche-arrêt. La DEL rouge / blue clignote 6 fois par
seconde, le TX2 est en mode de couplage.

5. Les deux appareils devraient maintenant se trouver et se
coupler. Lorsque le couplage est réussi, le clignotement
de la rouge/blue DEL du TX2 ralentit.

Allumer et éteindre le B-Speech® TX2

Après le couplage, il suffit d'allumer les appareils. Toutes
les autres opérations nécessaires sont effectuées
automatiquement.

Allumer: On allume le TX2 en appuyant sur l'interrupteur
marche-arrêt. La DEL bleue s'allume.

Éteindre: Appuyez sur l'interrupteur marche-arrêt pendant
environ 5 secondes. La DEL bleue s'éteint.

Remarque: Voir comment allumer ou éteindre votre
récepteur Bluetooth dans son mode d'emploi.

Jouer de la musique

1. Connectez la fiche jack 3,5mm du B-Speech® TX2

allumé à la prise de votre lecteur audio.

2. Vérifiez que le récepteur soit allumé et qu'il se trouve à
moins de 10 mètres du B-Speech® TX2.

3. La DEL rouge/bleue du B-Speech® TX2 montre par un
clignotement lent qu'une connexion Bluetooth existe.

4. Si la connexion se perd, le son se brouille ou disparaît,
rapprochez le récepteur du TX2. Mettez le récepteur en
mode de recherche, la reconnexion va être effectuée
automatiquement.

Note:

1. Si pour une raison quelconque, le TX2 ne diffusait pas de

musique, redémarrez-le (voir pour cela le chapitre

couplage.)

2. Normalement, l'émetteur et le récepteur conservent la
connexion établie lors du couplage. Si cette connexion
se perd, cela peut tenir aux raisons suivantes:

- La distance entre l'émetteur et le récepteur est supérieure
à 10 mètres, ou un obstacle est présent entre ces deux
appareils.

- L'un des deux appareils est éteint ou sa batterie doit être
rechargée.

Pour utiliser les fonctions de recherche ou de couplage,
mettez le récepteur Bluetooth en mode de recherche ou
recommencer la procédure de couplage.

Introducción

El B-Speech® TX2 ofrece la tecnología Bluetooth en su
forma más reciente. El B-Speech® TX2 transmite música de

Sincronización del B-Speech® TX2 con el receptor

La sincronización consiste en la instalación de una
conexión inalámbrica por radio entre el transmisor y el
receptor Bluetooth. Antes de poder usar el B-Speech® TX2
con el receptor, es necesario sincronizar ambos aparatos.
Al encender el B-Speech® TX2, éste se sincroniza y
conecta automáticamente con el receptor que debe estar en
modo de sincronización. Después de un proceso de
sincronización exitoso, los aparatos se localizan y conectan
automáticamente cada vez que se enciendan.

Nota importante: El B-Speech® TX2 se sincroniza única­mente con receptores que desde la fábrica tengan los códi­gos PIN pairt '0000', '1234' o '8888'.

Después de la sincronización, puede utilizar el B-Speech®
TX2 junto con el receptor Bluetooth.
Si desea usar el B-Speech® TX2 con un receptor audio
Bluetooth diferente, es necesario repetir el proceso de sin­cronización con este aparato.
En tal caso, el B-Speech® TX2 no seguirá funcionando con
el aparato sincronizado anteriormente, hasta que vuelva a
sincronizarlo de nuevamente con éste.

El proceso de sincronización

1. Antes de iniciar la sincronización, asegúrese que ambos

aparatos estén completamente cargados.

2. Asegure que los dispositivos se encuentren a menos de

3 metros de distancia.

3. Encienda el receptor Bluetooth y asegure que esté en

modo de sincronización (si necesario, consulte el manual
de uso del receptor).

4. Encienda el TX2 oprimiendo el botón Encender /

Apagar. El LED rojo y azul centella por 6 segundos y

entonces el TX2 está de manera de la sincronización.

Ambos dispositivos deberían encontrar y sincronizarse. El
LED del B-Speech® TX2 parpadea más lento si la sincroni­zación fue exitosa.

Encender y apagar el B-Speech® TX2

Después de la sincronización exitosa, es suficiente simple­mente encender los aparatos. Todos los demás pasos se
efectuan automáticamente.

Encender: Oprima el botón Encender/Apaga para
activar el B-Speech® TX2. El LED azul se enciende.

Apagar: Mantenga oprimido el botón Encender/Apaga
durante aprox. 5 segundos. El LED azul se apaga.

Observación: Para encender y apagar el receptor
Bluetooth, sírvase leer el manual de uso de éste.

Reproducir música

1. Conectar el enchufe de 3,5 mm del B-Speech® TX2

encendido con la fuente de audio.

2. Asegurar que el receptor esté encendido y que la
distancia entre éste y el B-Speech® TX2 no esté mayor
a 10 metros.

3. El LED rojo y azul del B-Speech® TX2 parpadea lenta­mente, lo que indica que existe la conexión Bluetooth.

4. Al interrumpirse la conexión o al haber distorsiones o
interrupciones en la transmisión de sonido, disminuya la
distancia entre el TX2 y el receptor. Ponga el receptor en
modo de "buscar" para restablecer la conexión
automáticamente.

Favar de observar:

1. Si por alguna razón el B-Speech® TX2 no llegara a

transmitir música, recomendamos hacer un rearranque
(vea el capítulo sobre sincronización).

2. Normalmente, tanto el transmisor como el receptor
mantienen la conexión Bluetooth que establecieron
desde la sincronización. La pérdida de esta conexión se
debe posiblemente a lo siguiente:

- la distancia entre los dos dispositivos es mayor a 10

metros, o hay un obstáculo entre ellos

- uno de los dos dispositivos está apagado, o es

necesario cargar las baterías

Para repetir el proceso de búsqueda y sincronización, deje
el receptor Bluetooth en modo de búsqueda o arranque de
nuevo el proceso de sincronización.
