THE TABLE SYSTEM: BASIC STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE
FINA FLEX
This is a rened interplay between elegant shapes, ligree lightness and convincing stability. Between a unique design statement and a high degree of adaptability to rooms and situations. And it is the perfect addition to nasoft. That's because na ex represents the systematic evolution of the idea behind the multiple award-winning seating range.
OVERVIEW TABLE TOPS
The required table or selected table formation has a signicant impact when selecting a matching table top. We basically dierentiate between three dierent table top types. The exible conference table system is combined with the removable T-leg frame.
Table tops for individual tables
are ideally suited to seminar or small conference rooms. Thanks to the recessed connection points for attaching the T-legs, the table tops with two plate ends oer sucient space for seating on both sides.
Connecting table tops and end table tops
are ideal for slotting in to create table formations. Thanks to their internal connection points, the connecting plates can also be used as table ends. This is particularly recommended when quickly adapting individual table formations for short-term use in seminars. The connecting plates can also be used as individual tables if required. We recommend using appropriate end plates in this position to make best use of the space at the table end.
End table tops with retracted base for table systems
are used in table formations to complete a group of tables. The recessed connection point for the T-leg frees up an additional seating place at the end of the table and, furthermore, also looks better; thanks to the recessed base, the table looks lighter and more elegant.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WINNING FORMULA
The modular design of the na ex frame. Speedy and stable: when locked, the four ngers of the connection elements clamp into the metal plates recessed in the table top. Thanks to the patented mechanism, two table tops can be connected or separated in just a few simple steps, with no need for tools.
Assembly step 1
Place the table top to be mounted (face down) on a soft base to prevent scratches to the table surface.
Assembly step 2
With table formations, position the T-leg in such a way that it projects halfway over the table edge and snaps into two of the recessed connecting points. Place the second T-leg in the same position on the other side of the table top. Now close the levers positioned on the table top on both T-legs, to secure the bases in place on the table top. Once this has been done, the table can be carefully turned over and placed upright on the legs.
With individual tables, position the T-leg correspondingly in the two internal connecting points. Closing the levers secures the T-legs onto the table top.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly step 3
If you have assembled multiple individual tables and placed them on the legs, you can connect them to the matching table tops (with the connecting points on the edge). To do so, position the table top's connecting point on the corresponding T-leg brackets (while open) and close both levers to secure the table top.
Create your required table formation using the right table top formats, in line with your ideas.
To make small adjustments to the table tops, both levers must be slightly opened on the table top you wish to move. After adjusting the table top, close the lever to lock the table in the desired position.
Important note
Table tops with recessed connecting points, which do not extend to the edges, can only be used as individual tables or as end tables and are not suitable for connecting multiple table elements using one T-leg.

ELECTRIFICATION AND CABLING
HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CABLE ROUTING
There is a black anodised cable duct made of high-grade aluminium for horizontal cable routing under the table top. These can be axed and removed conveniently, without tools, in a matter of just a few steps. A polished, chrome-plated cable cover can be used for vertical cable routing. The polished, chrome-plated cable cover routes cables along the column right to the base of the table frame. Visually, this ideally matches the chrome-plating of the frame.
Foldable cable ducts
When ordering a exible cable duct, the table tops are supplied with two plastic strips, which are recessed in the table top. The cable duct is easily positioned in the four points. The four wing ttings can now be tightened manually by turning clockwise, to secure the cable duct to the table top. To remove the cable duct, the bars are easily reopened by turning anti-clockwise. This process also has no need of tools.
Chrome-plated cable cover
A chrome-plated cable cover is used for vertical cable routing, which routes the cables from the cable duct or clamp brackets at the table leg, vertically to the oor. After placing the cables within the cover, it is fastened to the table using strong magnets, without the need for any tools.
ELECTRIFICATION AND CABLING
USE OF THE CABLE LID
The two-sided cable lid makes the electrical side of things easy with your na ex table system. It enables quick, straightforward access to your prole box. By lifting one of the two outer edges, both sides of the cable lid can be opened. After connecting the cables, you can easily feed the cable ends through one of the two columns to the top of the table. When closing the cable lid, check that the cable is not trapped either under the sides or under the closing mechanism of the compartment, to ensure problem-free operation.
Two-sided cable lid
The two-sided cable lid can be easily operated from two sides of the table, thanks to its innovative closing mechanism. The cable lid can be easily opened and closed again by lifting gently. If required, feed the cable ends through the open longitudinal edges to the table top surface.
Caution: When closing the cable lid, please ensure that the cables do not become trapped between the lateral edges and the table top.
Note: Take the product-specic notes on the cable lid into account, in line with the current price list before selecting the desired electrical system.

MODESTY PANEL
OPTIONAL PRIVACY SCREEN
If ordering a modesty panel, the mechanism for attaching it is already mounted. The modesty panels, which are 40centimetres high, can be mounted in a matter of moments with no tools and are impact-resistant. The surface nish can be selected to match the table tops and the screens and is also available in a rounded design.
Assembly step 1
The table must be set on its legs to attach the modesty panel. Feed in the ends of the bracket into the preassembled equipment on the table top until it will go no further.
Assembly step 2
Slide both bars to the left to secure the modesty panel.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CARTS
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE OF THE TABLE TOPS AND TLEGS
We oer practical storage and transport carts from the na ex series to simplify transport and storage of the table tops and T-legs. Both transport and storage carts are ideally suited for regularly assembling and dismantling your table system, when converting it to dierent table formations or if you wish to set up your table system in a variety of room spaces.
Transport and storage carts: T-leg
Thanks to matching mechanisms, the T-legs can be securely locked to the storage carts. The T-legs stay exactly where they are supposed to, simply by positioning and locking the four bars, even when the transport cart is moving. This enables safe, straightforward transport of the T-leg frames. Up to ve T-leg frames can be transported and stored with the help of the transport cart.
Transport and storage carts: table tops
na ex table tops can be easily and securely transported and stored, thanks to the practical transport and storage carts from the na ex series. The table tops are simply positioned between the spacers on the carts, before and after assembly or disassembly. This prevents the table top nishes from being scratched during transport. There is room for up to eight table tops on the practical transport and storage cart.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
CARE
Gentle, proper cleaning of the surfaces of your na ex table system is particularly important to keep it in optimum condition. The following cleaning instructions are only intended as a recommendation. Brunner GmbH will not be held liable for damage to the nish caused by improper cleaning.
Cleaning the steel and aluminium frame
With normal use, it is sucient if: The metal surfaces are wiped down while dry with a clean cloth. Any particularly dirty areas can be cleaned with a standard, grease-dissolving allpurpose cleaner. Tarnished areas in the chromiumplating can be polished o with chrome polish. Never use abrasive cleaning agents, such as toilet or sanitary cleaners. The gliders' surfaces should be regularly cleaned of coarse pieces of dirt or deposits.
General cleaning of table tops
Generally speaking, we recommend cleaning with a lint-free cloth, dampened with pure water without any added cleaning agent or furniture polish. Then dry o the surface of the table top with a clean, soft cloth. Never use silicone-based polishes, strong ammonia, alcohol or plasticiser-based cleaning agents. The same applies to abrasive cleaning agents containing scouring agents.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Cleaning table tops with high-pressure laminate
Our high-quality HPL nishes full the requirements of DIN 438. To clean, rinse the surface with warm water and then dry it with a paper towel or soft cloth. If any soiling remains, use a normal household cleaning agent, e.g. washing powder, liquid or solid soap. This should not contain any abrasive ingredients, as they could lead to changes in the gloss level and scratches. We recommend leaving the cleaning agent to work as required depending on how dirty the surface is. Then wash o with water and dry. Remove any remnants of the cleaning agent to prevent streaks from developing. Please do not use wax-based furniture polish or cleaning agents, as they are inclined to build up in the texture of the HPL nish and result in a sticky, unattractive layer that attracts dirt.
Cleaning table tops with oak or walnut veneer
Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. With normal use, it is enough to remove dirt from the surface once or twice a year with a damp cloth. Use water mixed with a small amount of commercially available mild detergent to dampen the cloth. Then, while the surface is still damp, wipe it with a soft, clean cloth in the same direction as the wood grain. Avoid rubbing hard, as this can cause dierences in nish to occur with matte surfaces. After lengthy and heavy use, the lacquered surface can be cleaned with a commercially available furniture polish. When doing so, please note the manufacturer's instructions for use and check compatibility on a small hidden area of your na ex table system.
