Remote message retrieval

If you work from home, or in an environment without a dedicated
resource to handle your phone and fax messages, the Fax-930
Digital Message Centre offers you the perfect solution. Its message
forwarding and fax retrieval facilities keep you up-to-date with all
your messages – wherever your business takes you, whether at
home or abroad.

Fax forwarding

Before you leave the office, you can program the Fax-930 and your
fax messages can be re-directed to another designated fax machine.

Remote message retrieval

When you’re away from the office, you can access the Fax-930 by
phone or by fax and have your fax or phone messages replayed or
sent to you – almost anywhere in the world.

Message paging

If you have a mobile phone, you need a facility that keeps you up-to­date with all your incoming telephone messages. The Fax-930
message paging facility does this by alerting you of any received
calls, these can then be accessed, using a security PIN number.

15 minute digital answerphone

With up to 15 minutes of recording time, the Fax-930 ensures
important messages aren’t missed. The latest digital technology
also gives fast message access and is not prone to wear and tear.

Non-fading fax and copy output

The Fax-930 outputs onto plain paper, giving you long term fax
records. The copy feature, with reduction and enlargement,
provides the perfect convenience copier for the small office.
