Assembly
_Read entireoperator'smanualbeforeyouattempt
to assemble or operate your newpressurewasher.
Your pressure washer requires some assemblyand isready for useafter it has beenproperly serviced with the
recommendedoil and fuel. If you haveanyproblems with the assemblyof your pressure
washer, pleasecall the pressurewasher helpline at (800) 743-4115. if calling for assistance, pleasehavethe
model, revision, and serial number from the identification label available.
To prepareyourpressurewasherfor operation, you will needto performthese tasks:
1. Fill out and sendin registration card.
2. Attach handle and accessorytray to main unit.
3. Add oil to engine crankcase.
4. Add fuel to fuel tank.
5. Connecthigh pressure hose to spray gun and pump.
6. Connectwater supply to pump.
7. Attach nozzleextension to spray gun.
8. Select/attach quick connect spray tip to nozzle extension.

Placepressure washer outdoors in an areathat will not accumulate deadlyexhaust gas. DONOTplacepressure washer where exhaust gas (A) could accumulate and enter inside or be drawn into a potentially occupied building. Ensureexhaust gas is kept awayfrom anywindows, doors, ventilation intakes, or other openingsthat can allow exhaust gasto collect in aconfined area. Prevailingwinds and air currents should be taken into consideration when positioning

Howto Start YourPressure Washer
To start your pressure washer for the first time, follow these instructions step-by-step. This starting information also applies if you haveletthe pressure washer sit idle for at least a day.
1. Placepressure washer near an outside water source capableof supplying water at a flow rategreaterthan
2.9 gallons per minute and no lessthan 20 PSi at pressure washer end of garden hose. DONOTsiphon supply water.
2. Checkthat high pressure hoseis tightly connectedto spray gun and pump. SeeAssembly section.
3. Make sure unit is in a level position.
4. Connectgarden hose to water inlet on pressure washer pump.

9. Move throttle leverto "Fast" position (A), shown as a rabbit.
To start the engine for the very first time: 10A. Push primer bulb firmly 5 times, waiting 2 seconds
between each push.
To start engine thereafter:
10B. Press primer bulb firmly 3 times, waiting 2 seconds
between each push. For a warm engine, DO NOT press primer bulb.
