Assembly Instructions

Use this instruction sheet in conjunction with the appropriate
instruction sheet from either the Substation or Support.

CAUTION:

T urn off all power prior to connecting or disconnecting
the liquid electrical components.

MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN

Substation Channel instruction sheet step 1 thru step 3 must be completed before
wiring can be done.

The open end of the Infeed is to be installed by a certified electrician.
Will require cover plate to have 1 1/8” knock out and an appleton 7289v
connector to complete connection.

STEP 1

Plug the other end of the Infeed into the Junction Box. Close the
Substation Skins.

Steps to connect Floor Infeed to Channel Distribution Harness

STEP 1

Connect the open end of the Jumper to the
Floor Monument power(this has to be in-
stalled by a certified electrician). Place the
Support Unit over the Floor Monument and the
Infeed.

Note:

Support must be bolted down when power infeed used.

STEP 2

Remove T op Cover by pulling it up and
save to reassemble.

STEP 3

Disassemble T op Plate and Data Tray by unfastening the two Data Plate Bolts. Remove
Data Cover starting at one end and peeling back to other opposite end. Remove Belly
Pan by grasping one side and applying pressure outward and downward. Save parts

for reassembly .

STEP 4

Thread the Infeed through the Support and the
Channel (Fig. 4) and connect the Infeed plug to the
Distribution Harness. Reassemble the parts.
