2. Remove locking ring by turning it counter clockwise.
3. Gently pull impeller assembly to remove it.
5. Reassemble water pump.

ENGLISH
Cleaning the water system:
For optimal performance of the water system, we recommend the following maintenance be performed monthly.
WARNING: Once the cleaning process is started, it must be run through all steps including rinse to avoid atomizing the cleaning solution and blowing it out of the unit.
1. Following de calcification product manufacturer’s safety guidelines, fill a bucket with a calcium and lime remover diluted with water following the de calcification product manufacturer’s recommendation. Fill the bucket deeply enough to completely submerge the water pump.
2. Place the bucket in the tank, and place the water pump into the bucket/mixture. Position the drain tube so that it drains into the bucket as well.
3. Ensure the atomizer water valve is fully open, in line with the tubing.
4. Power on the unit.
5. Press the atomizer and oscillation buttons at the same time and hold them for 5 seconds. This will immediately enter the cleaning mode and water should start circulating but the fan, atomizer and oscillation will remain OFF. The LED lights for the atomizer and oscillation will be ON, indicating cleaning mode.
6. Allow the cleaning mode to run for about 15 minutes.
7. Power off the unit.
8. Dispose of the diluted calcium and lime remover solution following de calcification product manufacturer’s recommendation. Replace the cleaning mixture with clean water and repeat steps 2 through 6 above to flush the system with clean water.
WARNING: Failure to flush the system with clean water will result in some cleaning solution being atomized and blown out of the unit while in use.
9. IMPORTANT: After completing the rinse and powering off the unit,
UNPLUG the unit and wait 10 seconds. This is the ONLY way to exit the cleaning mode.
WARNING: If you encounter a unit
in cleaning mode, flush with clean water (return to step 7) prior using the system.
Caring for the reservoir:
1. Once a week drain the reservoir and allow for it to dry overnight.
2. If the inside of the reservoir becomes slippery or slimy to the touch, drain the reservoir and clean it with mild soapy water.
Do not use bleach, chemicals or harsh detergents. Rinse well with a
hose and drain. Allow reservoir to fully air dry before storing.
Storing your Breezer Oasys:
1. During daily use, you may store your Breezer Oasys outside. We recommend storing it in the shade or in a protected area.
2. For long term storage, ensure the reservoir is fully dry and cover your Breezer Oasys to protect it f ro m dust. We recommend purchasing a Breezer Oasys Waterproof Cover.
Caring for the exterior:
1. Occasionally wipe the exterior with a cloth moistened with water.
2. For cleaning dirt use only mild soapy water. Do not use bleach,
chemicals or harsh detergents.

Troubleshooting
Before contacting the Customer Care Center, please locate your Breezer Oasys’ serial number inside the reservoir and have it ready.
Atomizing disk is spinning, but there is no mist:
1. Verify that there is water in the rese r voir.
2. Verify that the water pump is running. Water pump should vibrate when running.
3. If water pump is running but there is no water flowing, check that the water valve output is open and that the water valve output is open enough for your climate (See page 9).
4. Clean water pump. See cleaning the water pump (Page 11).
5. If the above steps fail, the water pump may need to be replaced. Please contact our customer care center at:
customerservice@breezercooling.com or 844-233-5673.
Your Breezer Oasys shuts off:
1. Unplug your Breezer Oasys.
2. Wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
3. Restart your Breezer Oasys.
Your Breezer Oasys will not roll when pushed:
1. Ensure wheel brakes are in the OFF position.
Misting output is too high and droplets are creating excessive moisture:
1. Reduce mist output setting. See adjusting your Breezer Oasys for your environment (Page 9).
Unit is plugged in, and powered on, but the LED lights are off:
1. The LED lights dimming feature may have been activated. The LED lights may have to be brightened (See Page 10).

Helpful Tips
1. Do not store water in reservoir for long periods of time. Keep the water in your Breezer Oasys fresh. If you fill your reservoir but do not use it within a week, drain the reservoir, rinse it, and refill it with fresh water.
2. Your Breezer Oasys is designed for daily outdoor use. When used regularly, you may store your Breezer Oasys outdoors. We recommend placing it under a covered area. During periods of long storage, storing your Breezer Oasys indoors and under cover is preferred.
3. Do not use bleach, chemicals or harsh detergents for cleaning, this may damage your Breezer Oasys.
4. Your Breezer Oasys has the power to cool 1, 500 square feet. Use the oscillation feature to cool a wide area.
5. Your Breezer Oasys is designed to create cool comfortable environments using water to cool down air, but never get you wet. To set your Breezer Oasys’s mist to the perfect setting, see
adjusting your Breezer Oasys for your environment section of
this manual. To enjoy the most comfortable environment provided by your Breezer Oasys, observe the following placement guidelines: a. In moist climates, place your
Breezer Oasys about six feet from entertainment areas for optimal performance. (High Humidity)
b. In dryer climates, your Breezer
Oasys may be placed four feet from entertainment area for optimal performance. (Low Humidity)
6. Your Breezer Oasys was specially designed to cool outdoor and partially covered spaces. It was engineered to cool well ventilated areas. We do not recommend using the Breezer Oasys to cool indoor spaces. Doing so may cause excess moisture buildup in the indoor space.
7. Do not attempt to repair your Breezer Oasys yourself, doing so will void the warranty.
