ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully unpack this lamp and place it on a flat surface.
1. Attach the base cover (5), weight-base (4), metal washer (3) and spring
washer (2) onto lamp body (6) and secure with nut (1) with tool (Tool
Included).
2. Attach the spring (7) onto body (6).
3. Attach the shade (8) onto socket and secure it with ring (9).
4. Install the bulb (10) into socket.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider thanthe other) as safety a feature to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet onlyone way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with
an extension cord unless plug can be fullyinserted. Do not alter the plug.
